Mrs. Mary Ruth "Meg" Doll, age 92 years, of  Jefferson City, Mo., died Friday, November 12, 2004, at the Capital Region Medical Center.
Funeral arrangements under the direction of Freeman Mortuary are incomplete and will be announced at a later time.

BAGBY
Mrs. Helen Bagby, age 92 years, of  Jefferson City, Mo., died Thursday, December 2, 2004, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Bagby are incomplete under the direction of the Buescher Memorial Home.

FRANCIS
Mrs. Stephanie G. Francis, age 31 years, of  Jefferson City, Mo., died Wednesday, December 1, 2004, at the Capital Region Medical Center.
Mrs. Francis was born September 14, 1973 in San Diego, California, the daughter of Loren J. and Carol J. Ray Newby. Her father, Loren J. Newby, survives in Fulton, Mo. and her mother, Carol Newby, survives in Granite City, Illinois. She was married on October 22, 1999 at  Jefferson City, Mo. to Kevin M. Francis, who survives at the home.
A homemaker, Mrs. Francis was a resident of the  Jefferson City area for the past 25 years.
Other survivors include: one son, Christopher Loren Newby of the home; one daughter, Tina Ann Clark of the home; one sister, Jamie Lorene Newby of Granite City, Illinois; paternal grandmother, Eva B. Whitworth of Fulton, Mo. ; maternal grandmother, Esther Lee Ray of Eldon, Mo.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2004, in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Van Mitchell officiating. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum of Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the Freeman Mortuary from 1-2 p.m. Saturday.
Those desiring may make memorial contributions to The Stephanie Francis Memorial Fund. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Freeman Mortuary.

HACKNEY
Ollie Hackney, 92, California, Mo., passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2004 at Moniteau Care Center in California, Mo.
She was born on December 1, 1912 in St. Louis, Mo. the daughter of George W. and Ola Woodard Chambers who preceded her in death. She was married on Sept. 17, 1931 to Ewing Hackney who preceded her in death on Feb. 24, 1985.
She was a cafeteria worker at McDonald Douglas Aircraft Manufacturing and was a member of California Chapter 521 Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include: two sons, Archie F. Hackney and his wife, Brenda Lee of St. Charles, Mo., and Haywood "Hack" Hackney and his wife, Pat of Albuquerque, N. M. ; one sister, Virginia Miles of California, Mo. ; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 4, 2004 at 1 p.m. at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services in California, Mo. Officiating will be Rev. Gary Schulte. Burial will be in California City Cemetery in California, Mo.
Visitation will be on Saturday, December 4, 2004 from 11 a.m. 1 p.m. at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services in California, Mo.
Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Association, 1121 Business Loop 70E, Columbia, MO 65201. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services in California, Mo.

HOUCHENS
Donald E. Houchens, age 69, of Gravois Mills, died Thursday, December 2, 2004, at St. Marys Health Center in  Jefferson City.
He was born April 22, 1935, in Versailles, Mo., the son of Earl Edward and Floy Etta Silvey Houchens. He was united in marriage to Donna Ruth Chamberlain on May 14, 1954.
He was a member and elder of the First Christian Church, and was retired from the maintenance department at the Good Shepherd Care Center.
He is survived by his wife Donna Houchens, of the home; two sons: Eddie Houchens and wife Bernie of  Jefferson City, Mo., and Gary Houchens and wife Debbie of Waynesville, Mo. ; one brother: Larry Houchens of Versailles, Mo. ; five grandchildren: Cherie, Tammie, Christie, Donnie and David Houchens; one great-granddaughter: Kristen Houchens; many other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter: Sherry Lynn Houchens and one sister: Betty Campbell.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 4, 2004, at the First Christian Church in Versailles, with John Wagner and Jim Randall officiating. Burial will be in the Versailles Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 3, 2004, at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Sympathy emails can be sent to www. kidwellgarber. com. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.

MOSER
Criscella B. Moser, 90, California, Mo., passed away Friday, December 03, 2004 at her home in California, Mo.
Complete funeral arrangements will be announced later by Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services in California, Mo.

PARKER
Nancy Parker, 57, of Stover, died Wednesday, December 1, 2004, at her home.
Survivors include: her husband, Tim Parker, of the home; two daughters, Marcella "Sally" LeClair, of Stover, and Susie Mackey, of Sioux City; one son, Kelly French of Columbia; three brothers; four grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.
A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 5, 2004, at the Parker home. Funeral arrangements are provided by Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home, Stover.

WAYNE
Eloise "Penny" Wayne, 79, Climax Springs, died Friday, December 3, 2004, at Golden Age Living Center, Stover.
Survivors include four children: Suzie Horne, West Point, N. Y., Penny Wills, Lynchburg, Va. ; Bobby Wayne Jr., Gloucester, Mass., and Polly Fischer, House Springs, Mo. ; one sister, Barbara Jesser, Amelia Island, Fla. ; and eight grandchildren.
No services are planned. Mrs. Wayne chose to have her body donated to science for medical research. Arrangements are provided by Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home-Stover.

WILLIAMS
Alpha Florence Williams, age 92, of Syracuse, Mo., died Friday, December 3, 2004.
She was born February 13, 1912,, in Akron, Colo., to William A. and Kathryn Mead Reneau. She was married to Lee Williams. He preceded her in death in June 1988.
She is survived by two sons: Rodney Lee Williams and wife Janice, Clarksburg, Mo. and Gary Warren Williams and wife Linda, Centertown, Mo. ; two daughters: Marilyn Louise Rowles, Syracuse, Mo. and Lorene Wisdom and husband Robert, California, Mo. ; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister: Marion Sanders.
Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, at the Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton, Mo.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 5, at the Meisenheimer Funeral Home, Tipton, Mo., with the Rev. Gary Payne officiating. Burial in Syracuse.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.

BURTON
Charles (Charley) Burton, age 72, passed away on December 11, 2004.
He was born September 26, 1933 in Toulon, Illinois to Charles and Thula Burton.
Charley graduated from Princeton High School in 1952. He then joined the military. He gave 42 years of service, starting in the United States Air Force. He then served in the Illinois National Guard and Missouri National Guard. He retired in 1994.
Charley was an active member in the Mountain Home, Arkansas Alley- White American Legion Post #52. He worked with Boys State and was the Historian for the American Legion and also served on the Honor Guard. Charley enjoyed fishing and traveling and was an avid photographer.
Charley is survived by his wife of 27 years, Mabel Burton of the home; two daughters - Mrs. Barbara Redmond, Louisburg, Tenn., and Mrs. Robin Blevins of  Jefferson City, Mo. ; one stepson - Brian Slater of Elkhorn, Wis. ; three stepdaughters - Mrs. Julie Biddle and Mrs. Cindy Kemp of Orange County, Calif., and Ms. Renea Marston of  Jefferson City; three sisters - Mrs. Dorothy Tyne of Harvard, Ill., Mrs. Lurley Nixon of Walworth, Wis., and Mrs. Edith Hines of St. Peters, Mo. ; one brother - Mr. Norman Burton of Ariz. He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Jack and David.
Visitation for Charley Burton will be Monday, December 13, 2004 from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. at the Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home in Mountain Home, Ark. Military Honors will be provided by the North Central Arkansas Veterans Council with the Alley- White American Legion Post #52 as Color Guard. Friends are welcome to join the family at the American Legion Hall at 717 Market Street, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 14 at 12:00 p.m. at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens Cemetery in  Jefferson City, Mo.
Arrangements are by Kirby-Boaz Funeral Directors.

CHRONISTER
Kenneth Dale Chronister, 63, Ivy Bend died Jan. 16, 2004 at his home.
He is survived by Elaine Hymiller of the home; three sons, Randy Chronister and Davey Chronister, both of Stover, and Terry Chonister, Fristoe; one daughter, Deborah Wienberg, Concordia; one brother, Leland Adair, Warsaw; four sisters, Ann Landis, Van Buren, Wanda Lee Culpepper, Harrisonville, Mildred Fay Nelson, Ironwood, Mich., and Sharon Kay Smith, Ft. Smith, Ark. ; and five grandchildren.
Arrangements and cremation were under the direction of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donors choice.

RENICK
James Richard Renick, Sr., 78, of  Jefferson City, died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004, at his residence.
He was born on May 13, 1925 in  Jefferson City, the son of William Abraham and Mabel Ann Pollard Renick.
He was married on June 12, 1943 in  Jefferson City to Angeline Amelia Kuehn who survives at the home.
Mr. Renick was employed as a conductor with the Missouri Pacific Railroad for forty-two years.
He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II serving in the Pacific Theater and receiving the Bronze Star and Purple Heart for meritorious service with the 32nd Infantry "Red Arrow" division.
He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church; and a lifetime member of Roy Sone Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1003; and Oliver Buehrle Chapter 17 of Disabled American Veterans.
Other survivors include five sons, James R. Renick, Jr. ; Daniel S. Renick; Thomas K. Renick; and Douglas N. Renick, all of  Jefferson City; and Robert W. Renick, Columbia; one daughter, Mary Therese Gallatin, Columbia; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Elizabeth Fenner,  Jefferson City; and Dorothy Points, Higginsville.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, William C. Renick and Harold H. Renick.
Public visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
Private family services will be Tuesday at Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum with the Rev. Donald W. Lammers officiating. Military honors will be accorded.
Memorials are suggested to American Diabetes Association, POB 1013, Columbia, MO 65205; Disabled American Veterans, 5054 Monticello Road,  Jefferson City, MO 65109; or Carmelite Monastery, 2201 W. Main Street,  Jefferson City, MO 65109.

IDEL
Larry Alfred Idel, 62, of  Jefferson City, died Saturday, January 24, 2004, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born October 26, 1941, in Owensville, Missouri, the son of Alfred and Alma Koelling Idel.
He was a 1961 graduate of  Jefferson City High School. He was a truck driver and enjoyed Hot Rods, including his own 1934 Ford Coupe. He also loved water skiing and the outdoors. He was a veteran of the United States Army, where he served four years in Germany. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church; the American Legion Post 5; the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2693 and the Teamsters Union Local #833.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: Shawn and Tonya Idel of Holts Summit; two daughters: Kim Idel of  Jefferson City and Kelly Fancher of Lake Ozarks; his fiancÈe: Deborah Payne of  Jefferson City; one sister: Shea Idel of Kansas City and four grandchildren: Rylee Lynn Idel, Jordan Reeves, Kyle Volkart and Sarah Sundemeyer.
Friends will be received from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Directors -  Jefferson City Chapel.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2004, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Directors -  Jefferson City Chapel, with Rev. Mark Dumas officiating. Entombment with Full Military Honors will follow in the Hawthorn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society for Pancreatic Cancer Research. Arrangements are under the direction of the HOUSER-MILLARD Funeral Directors -  Jefferson City Chapel, 2613 West Main Street; 636-3838.
