TROY - Robert H. (Bob) Wortmann, 54, of Moscow Mills, died at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2004, at his home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at St. Theodore Catholic Church in Wentzville. Father Urban Knoll will officiate. Burial will be at St. Theodore Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Feb. 27, and from 8 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Saturday at McCoy & Blossom Funeral Home in Troy.
Mr. Wortmann was born Nov. 18, 1949, in Warrenton to Simon and Helen Pieper Wortmann.
He was married to Mary Ellen Wortmann in 1972, in Troy. She survives.
Other survivors include one son, Andrew (Lisa) Wortmann; one daughter, Amanda Wortmann; three sisters, Arlene (Paul) Riothermich, Alice (Omar) Roettger and Bernadette (Duane) Rush; and four brothers, Herman (Edna) Wortmann, Alferd (Tootsie) Wortmann, Melvin (Donna ) Wortmann, Paul Wortmann and Dennis (Karen) Wortmann.
Mr. Wortman served in the National Guard.
Keith A. Breshears

BOWLING GREEN - Keith A. Breshears, 48, of Bowling Green, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles, as the result of an accident at Bowling Green.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 1, at Kirks Funeral Chapel in Bowling Green. The Rev. Gary Allum will officiate. Burial will be at Bowling Green City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 29, at the funeral chapel.
Mr. Breshears was born Nov. 7, 1955, in Marshall to Elmer Marvin and Martha Moore Breshears.
He was married to Rose Ingram Breshears. She survives.
Other survivors include three sons, Cody Breshears, Anthony Breshears and Joshua Breshears; three daughters, Sarah Breshears, Jennifer Breshears and Jaci Breshears; five sisters, Shirley Breshears, Reta Breshears, Karen Darling, Marvina Green and Cheryl White ; four brothers, Charles Breshears, Russell Breshears, Francis Breshears and Kevin Breshears; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronnie Breshears and Terry Breshears.
Malcolm Dimmitt Glascock
Hannibal

HANNIBAL - Malcolm Dimmitt Glascock, 85, of Hannibal died at 3:19 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2004, at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, at Hydesburg United Methodist Church. Pastor Paul O. Bond will officiate. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
Mr. Glascock was born Oct. 7, 1918, in Ralls County to Walter Joseph and Margaret Louise Dimmitt Glascock.
He was married to Leta Mae Ruhl on March 14, 1947, at Hydesburg Church. She survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Michael Dean Glascock of Columbia, Timothy Lee Glascock of Hannibal, Dennis Gene Glascock (Julie Ann) of Stillwater, Okla., and Kevin Lynn Glascock (Diane Ruth) of Ballwin; one daughter, Christine Ann Glascock Smith (Joseph Allen) of Hannibal; one brother, Walter Richard Glascock of Tamarac, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Derek Robert Smith, Denna Ann Glascock, Trevor Nathan Glascock and Jason Matthew Glascock.
Mr. Glascock was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Glascock loved the St. Louis Cardinals and attended his first game in St. Louis when he was 16. He farmed in Ralls County most of his adult life and he retired from the Hannibal Public Schools Transportation Department in 1985. He was an avid auction attendee. Mr. Glascock was a member of Hydesburg United Methodist Church. He loved his family and will be sadly missed by all.
Memorials may be made to Shiloh Christian Children's Ranch.
Pallbearers will be Michael Glascock, Timothy Glascock, Dennis Glascock, Kevin Glascock, Joseph Smith and Derek Smith.
Honorary pallbearers will be John Higdon, Henry Morawitz, Bill Swank, Bill Locke, Virgil Bockhold and Melvin Pracht.
Cecil Kiekel
Perry
July 7, 1922-April 10, 2004
PERRY - Cecil Kiekel, 81, of Perry, died Saturday, April 10, 2004, at the Harry Truman Veterans Hospital in Columbia.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, at Bienhoff Funeral Home in Perry. Mr. Kiekel was cremated. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at a later date.
Mr. Kiekel was born July 7, 1922, in Woden, Iowa, to Richard and Helen Kiekel.
He married Dorothy Crow on April 4, 1946. She survives.
Also surviving are three children, Barbara Swearingen and husband, Alan, Bonnie Stickler and husband, James, all of Blue Springs, and Ronald Kiekel and wife, Sandra, of Dittmer; six grandchildren, Shiloh Cochrane (and husband, James), Brittany Kiekel, Shawn Swearingen (and wife, Jenny), Travis Swearingen, Brian Stickler and Mark Stickler; and many friends and neighbors.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Kiekel.
Mr. Kiekel was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and a retired Gorin farmer. He was a VFW member in Perry.

HANNIBAL - Charles (Ed) Record, 86, of Hannibal, died at 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 9, 2004, at his home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 13, at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Pastor Alvin Young will officiate. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Record was born Feb. 27, 1918, in Bourbon to Charles Thomas and Joy Mildred Record.
He was married to Juanita Brothers on March 12, 1983, in Hannibal. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, including Charles E. Record Jr. of Hannibal; one daughter; one stepson, Marvin K. Unglesbee of Hannibal; two stepdaughters, Christina Simmons of Shelbina and Marilyn Unglesbee of Hannibal;. one brother, William Record of Bourbon; two sisters, Edna Miller of Bourbon and Pat Blankenship of Japan, Mo.; and six grandchildren, Craig Berghager, Alyssa Jines, Hillary Simmons, Ashley Simmons, Jared Simmons and Mindy Simmons.
Mr. Record was preceded in death by one sister, Hazel Johnson; and two brothers, Glenn Record and Wayne Record.
Mr. Record was a retired electrician for the Ralls County Electric Cooperative. He was an avid bowler and hunter, as well as a talented carpenter and woodworker. He was a Baptist by faith.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Pallbearers will be Mike Pipkin, Jamie Pipkin, Mark Rouse, Brad Treaster, Reuel Ingels and James Weldy.
Honorary pallbearers will be Glen Cornelius, Bob Alexander, Junior Kent, Ray Zumwalt, Ben Berghager and Bunk Mundle.
George Greenwell
SHELBINA - George Greenwell, 75, of Shelbina, died at 4:15 a.m. Sunday, April 11, 2004, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Funeral services are pending at Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina.
Dorothy Forman

SHELBYVILLE - Dorothy Forman, 89, of Shelbyville, died at 7 a.m. Friday, April 9, 2004, at Moberly Regional Hospital in Moberly.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, at the Leonard Christian Church in Leonard. The Rev. Jim Bilbro will officiate. Burial will be at Leonard Christian Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbyville.
Mrs. Forman was born July 23, 1914, in Cherry Box to Ancil O. and Nannie Jewel Hoofer Smith.
She was married to Thomas (Nook) Forman on July 16, 1933, in Macon. He preceded her in death April 19, 1994.
Survivors include four children, Donald Forman of Leon, Iowa, Eddie Forman and wife, Dawn, of Sheridan, Ill., Kevin Forman and wife, Toni, of Kansas City, Mo., a special friend, Karen Forman of Macon; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Shirley Bue; two brothers, Donald and Weldon Smith; one sister, Jean Barnett; and one grandson, Kyle Forman.
