Hill
BELZONI -- Funeral services for Joseph "J.P." Hill, 58, a farm worker of Belzoni will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Goodwill MB Church, Belzoni.
He died of heart failure Jan. 21, 2003, at his home.
Burial will be in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, Belzoni, under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Belzoni.
Survivors include a special friend, Ms. Jessie Smith of Belzoni; two sons, Quentarius Hill and Roger Hill, both of Belzoni; one daughter, Sheena Hill of Belzoni; two brothers, Willie James Hill and Dexter Hill, both of Apaka, Fla.; four sisters, Augusta Harris, Emma D. Hill and Virge Edwards, all of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Floria Lee Jones of Apaka, Fla.; two uncles; and one aunt.
Visitation will be today from noon to 5 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home chapel, Belzoni.
The Rev. Earl Reed will officiate.
Irving
GREENVILLE -- Funeral arrangements for Ida Lee Titus Irving, 49, of Greenville and formerly of Compton, Calif., are pending at Redmon Funeral Home, Greenville.
She died Jan. 26, 2003, at Delta Regional Medical Center, Greenville.
Powell
GREENVILLE -- Funeral services for Glynn Reynolds Powell, 80, a homemaker of Greenville will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Boone-Wells Funeral Home, Greenville.
She died of heart failure Jan. 26, 2003, at Autumn Leaves Nursing Home, Greenville.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Greenville.
She was born in Timmonsville, S.C., where she received her education.
She has been a resident of Greenville since 1948, where she was a wedding consultant for many years.
She also owned and operated Glynn's Flowers and Bridal Shop until her retirement in 1987.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, where she was active in many church ministries and especially enjoyed the jail ministries.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Drucilla Reynolds; two sisters, Bertha Reynolds and Mazie Lundquist; and three brothers, Charlie Reynolds, Robert C. Reynolds and Ocie D. Reynolds.
Survivors include her husband, Ben W. Powell of Greenville; one daughter, Donna G. Powell of Greenville; one sister, Azelea R. Seaman of Walker, La.; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will received friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Boone-Wells Funeral Home, Greenville.
Robinson
SHAW -- Funeral services for James L. Robinson, 96, of Shaw were Friday, at Ray Funeral Home, Cleveland.
He died Jan. 21, 2003, at University Medical Center, Lebanon, Tenn.
Burial followed at Shaw Cemetery.
Mr. Robinson was born on Jan. 22, 1907, in Louisville to Lattie Paul and Connie Robinson.
He married Pauline Williams on Aug. 20, 1935, in Columbia, Miss.
They moved to the Delta in 1942, where he was employed as a farm manager.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Williams Robinson, in 1996; a son, Al Robinson; and his parents, Lattie Paul and Connie Robinson.
Survivors include three sons, James Paul Robinson of Shaw, Joe Robinson of Harrison, Ark., and Don Robinson of Lebanon, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Kevin Robinson, Randall Robinson, Joe Dan Robinson, Steve Robinson, Michael Robinson, Wade Muirhead, Allen Martinson and Dennis Short.
Memorials may be made to the Mississippi Baptist Children's Village or the charity of your choice.

INDIANOLA -- Funeral arrangements for James Smith, 62, of Indianola and formerly of Greenville are pending at Smith Funeral home, Greenville.
He died Jan. 27, 2003, at his home in Indianola.

Causey
BELZONI -- Funeral services for Lenora Moore Causey, 79, a retired Humphreys County Health Department employee of Belzoni, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, Belzoni.
She died July 27, 2003, of heart failure at Humphreys County Hospital, Belzoni.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Greenville, under the direction of Mortimer Funeral Home, Greenville.
She lived in Belzoni for 40 years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Belzoni.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jessica Shows, and nine brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband, James E. Causey of Belzoni; two daughters, Susan (Thomas) Causey Smith of Belzoni and Sheila (Wayne) Causey Shows of Mendenhall; a son, Greg (Cheryl) Causey of Greenville; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Smith, Shara Smith and Alyssa Smith, all of Belzoni, Shelley Causey Jones of Leland, Shauna Causey of Greenville, and Joseph Shows and Casey Shows, both of Mendenhall; and two great-grandchildren, Rachael and Cristopher Smith of Schlater.
The Rev. George Johnson will officiate.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Mortimer Funeral Home.
Edwards
GREENVILLE -- Funeral arrangements for Lawrence "Leon" "Sleepy" Edwards, 49, of Greenville are pending at Redmon Funeral Home, Greenville.
He died July 25, 2003, at University of Mississippi Medical Center, Greenville.

RULEVILLE -- Funeral services for Mary Jessie Shaw Henderson, 71, of Ruleville will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at New Jerusalem MB Church, Ruleville.
She died July 23, 2003, at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Jackson.
Burial will be in Mt. Gallilee Cemetery, Ruleville, under the direction of Byas Funeral Home, Ruleville.

INDIANOLA -- Funeral services for Annie Bell Wilder, 89, of Indianola will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mt. Beulah MB Church, Indianola.
She died July 24, 2003, at her home.
Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Garden, Indianola, under the direction of Byas Funeral Home, Indianola.
Survivors include a son, Robert Riley of Indianola; three sisters, Matilda Tory of Greenville, and Ruby Lee Shanklin and the Rev. Magnolia White, both of Chicago, Ill.; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
