Services were held May 27 at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven with burial in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens. He was a Vietnam War Army veteran and member of Horn Lake First Baptist Church. Mr. Baldwin leaves his wife of 37 years, Janet Baldwin; a daughter, Susan Baldwin of Memphis; a son, Jimmy Baldwin of Olive Branch, and five grandchildren. The family requests any memorials be sent to Baptist Healthcare Foundation Transplant Fund.

MILDRED BARTHOLOMEW BEEBE, 85, of Memphis, homemaker, died May 23 at Kirby Pines Villa. Services May 25 at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memorial Park. Mrs. Beebe, the widow of Hershel R. Beebe, leaves a daughter, Sally Ann Hulsey of Olive Branch; a son, Raymond Beebe of Eads, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Austin Church Cemetery in Cockrum. EH. Ford Mortuary had charge. He leaves his mother, Henrietta Chatman of Olive Branch; two sisters, Johnetta Smith of Byhalia, and Patricia Chatham of Champaign, Ill., and five brothers, Lessie Williams of Byhalia, Wilbert Shannon and Tony Chatman, both of Memphis, and Clifton Chatman Jr. and Timothy Chatman, both of Champaign.

JAMES DENNIS II, 15-year-old son of Carolyn A. Dennis of Omaha, Neb., and James E. Dennis of Hernando, student at Hernando High School, died May 25 at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis. M. J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home had charge. He was a member of Hernando Second Baptist Church. He also leaves his stepmother, Debra L. Dennis of Hernando; a sister, Tuyna E. Dennis of Memphis, and six brothers, Mario Harris and Deshundrick Dennis, both of Memphis, and KeithRic Harris, Jeremy Dennis, Deramous Harris and Demarcus Long, all of Hernando.

Mr. Dunlap leaves his wife, Mary Dunlap; two daughters, Kathline Cody of Byhalia, and Alethea Stanford of Memphis; a son, George Dunlap Jr. of Olive Branch; two sisters, Kay Morris of Byhalia and Nancy Victory of Myrtle; two brothers, Carl Dunlap of Marietta, and Dale Dunlap of Byhalia, and three grandchildren.

Mr. Faulkner, the widower of Nola Faulkner, leaves four daughters, Lovie M. Faulkner and Ola M. Jones, both of Memphis, and Pearlie B. Faulkner and Janice L. Foster, both of Olive Branch; a son, Chester Faulkner of Olive Branch; a sister, Omelia Woods of Memphis, 16 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

Mrs. Gadison, the widow of Nelson Gadison, leaves three daughters, Adrienne Sutton of Horn Lake, and Cassandra Pace and Natasha Gadison, both of Memphis; three sons, Floyd Williams Jr. of Jackson, Miss., Cornelius Carter Jr. of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Nelson Gadison III of Memphis; four sisters, Doris Barns of Utica, Miss., Patricia Clement of Clarksville, Tenn., Gwendolyn Ballard of Dayton, Ohio, and Roslyn Nesbit of California; a brother, Eddie Brown of Flint, Mich., and four grandchildren.

Harrison of Medina, Tenn., and Jerry W. Harrison of Southaven, 20 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
