Holly Springs -- C.W. Langford, 73, retired foreman for Conley Frog & Switch, died Thursday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Pate-Jones Funeral Home in Senatobia with graveside services at 2 p.m. at Oak Springs cemetery in Calhoun City. He was a member of Apostolic Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church in Wyatte. Mr. Langford, the husband of Retha Taylor Langford, also leaves two daughters, Shelia Johnson of Calhoun City and Glenetta Ausburn of Hernando; a son, Steve Langford of Senatobia; five sisters, Jane Rodgers of Grenada, Inez Smith of Benton, Ark., Jessie Blaylock of Southaven, Nail Turner of Derma and Lunez Patterson of Olive Branch; three brothers, Frank Langford and Jimmy Langford, both of Senatobia, and Johney Langford of Derma, six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Apostolic Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church Building Fund.

Holly Springs -- Lizzie B. Vaughn McCary, 74, retired from Emerson Electric Co. in Oxford, died Monday at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Greenwood Missionary Baptist Church in Lamar, where she was a choir member, with burial in the church cemetery. J.F. Brittenum & Son Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. McCary, the widow of Floyd McCary, leaves two daughters, Jerline McCary-Mack and Ernestine Rooks, and four sons, Floyd McCary Jr., James Earl McCary, Cornell McCary and Terry Lee McCary, all of Holly Springs; three sisters, Irene Jones and Mary Lee Turnage, both of Holly Springs, and Olivia Sellers of Memphis; two brothers, Roy Lee Vaughn and Willie C. Vaughn, both of Holly Springs, 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Olive Branch -- Mary Nell Gill, 82, formerly of Hayti, Mo., retired from DeSoto County Schools, died Thursday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Brantley Funeral Home with burial in Woodlawn cemetery in Hayti. She was a member of Olive Branch First Baptist Church. Mrs. Gill, the widow of Milford Gill, leaves two daughters, Sherry Wright of Searcy, Ark., and Pam Padgett of Olive Branch; a sister, Hattie Cain of Caruthersville, Mo., and a grandson.

Oxford -- Rivers McMillin Renfrow, 93, homemaker, died Friday at Graceland Care Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Anchor Baptist Church, where she was a member of Women's Missionary Union, with burial in Shipp cemetery. Waller Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Renfrow, the widow of Claudie Thomas Renfrow, leaves three daughters, Joy R. Anthony of Collierville, Tenn., and Geraldine R. Champion and Johnnie R. Hurdle, both of Oxford; two sons, James N. Renfrow and Jack Renfrow, both of Oxford, 19 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Anchor Baptist Church Building Fund or the American Cancer Society.

Ripley -- John Robert Jumper, 90, of Ripley and Decatur, Ga., retired research biologist for the U.S. government, died Thursday at Northlake Regional Medical Center in Tucker, Ga. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Ripley Funeral Home with burial in Tippah Memorial Gardens. He was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Jumper, the widower of Leota May Jumper, leaves a daughter, Molly Glenn Jumper of Decatur; three sons, Paul Jumper and David Jumper, both of Lawrenceville, Ga., and John Spight of Decatur; a sister, Ruby Jumper of Memphis, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Clarksdale -- Louise Wolfe Boyd, 91, homemaker and seamstress, died Friday at her daughter's home in Olive Branch. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Clarksdale First Presbyterian Church, where she was a member, with burial in Clarksdale Memorial Gardens. National Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Boyd, the widow of James Finnie Boyd, leaves two daughters, Pat Giles of Clarksdale and Shirley Andrews of Olive Branch; a son, Gary Boyd of Cary, N.C.; a sister, Dedda Donelson, and a brother, Eldred Wolfe, both of Collierville, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Wesley Youngblood, also leaves two daughters, Rebecca Youngblood of Jackson and Judy Youngblood of Senatobia, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
