Holly Springs Funeral Home has charge. He was a Baptist. Mr. Boone, the widower of Josie Irene Boone, leaves two daughters, Rita Ann Boone Sparks of New Site and Eva Kathryn Boone of Holly Springs; a sister, Evelyn Krag of Memphis; a brother, Robert Boone of Holly Springs, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Olive Branch -- Cynthia Coker Jones, 48, business owner and former hair stylist, died Thursday at her home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brantley Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park in Memphis. She was a member of Whitehaven Baptist Church, a graduate of Whitehaven High School and attended Northwest Mississippi Community College. Mrs. Jones, the wife of Kenneth Jones, also leaves two daughters, Melissa Harper Davis of Bartlett and Amanda Harper Pierce of Olive Branch; a son, Joel Harper of Southaven; her parents, Arlene and J.E. Coker of Olive Branch; a sister, Rebecca Coker Tate of Germantown; a brother, Coleman Coker of Memphis, and two grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Bancorp South William E. Brooks Fund.

Shields, also leaves three sons, Ronnie Lannet of Sardis, and Randy Lannet and Rickey Lannet, both of Angola, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Angel Shields of Pikeville, Ky.; three stepsons, Wayne Hitchcock of Pikeville, Ardis Shields Jr. of Hayward, Wis., and Thurman Shields of Chicago; a brother, Pearlie Sutherland Jr. of Garrett, Ind., seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

Overstreet Jr., and his mother, Nola Agnes Murry, both of Memphis; a sister, Karen Holden of Southaven; a brother, James Murry of Memphis, and two grandchildren.
