A Native of Hancock County, Ms. he was a Heavy Equipment Operator and a member of the Catahoula Baptist Church.

Shaw, One Step-Daughter: Peggy Shaw of Perkinston, Ms. both of Perkinston, MS, and Three Step-sons: Larmon Bilbo, Larry Joe Bilbo and Keith Bilbo all of Picayune, MS, Two Brother's: Gerald Edwin Shaw of Perkinston, MS, and John Gaston Shaw of Covington, La., One Sister: Telodia Shaw of Perkinston, MS, (10 ) Grandchildren (7) Great Grandchildren.
