LIVINGSTON - Duane B. Lindeman, 70, of Livingston, died Saturday, May 8, 1999, in Livingston Memorial Hospital. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, in St. John's Episcopal Church at Emigrant. Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory of Livingston is in charge of arrangements.

Paul Marr
Paul Marr, 62, died Sunday, May 9, 1999, at his home of an apparent heart attack.
No service is planned. Cremation was held at Cremation or Funeral Gallery.

Darren Michael Mattfield
ROUNDUP - Darren Michael Mattfield went home to be with our Lord and his Grandma Clara, May 7, 1999. His smile, that flashed at all he met, now radiates Heaven.
He was born on March 12, 1978, and spent his 21 years in Roundup with his parents, Greg and Connie Mattfield and his younger sister, Darci. After graduating from Roundup High School in 1996, he attended college at Montana State University-Billings where he excelled at his studies.
Darren was a loving person who cared deeply for all and loved the Lord. He was humorous, articulate, and dedicated to his family and friends. Hunting, fishing, music, singing, movies, and vacationing were his hobbies. Time spent on Grandpa Nick's ranch was special to him. Most important to him was the time spent with his cousin Brent who was his very best friend. He radiated warmth, was quick with a compliment or a story, and wanted everyone to be happy. Quiet in his pain, he sought to comfort others and had a mature sense of decency. Those touched by Darren's compassion will forever be the richer for knowing this exceptional young man.
Darren is survived by his loving parents and sister, Greg, Connie and Darci. Also surviving are his special grandparents, Nick Janich and Susie, of Roundup, and Wilford and Betty Mattfield of Corvallis. Darren had many aunts, uncles and cousins who love him very much. Included are: Don and Marlene Janich, Brent Janich, Angie and Matt Wald of Billings, Rachel and Rob Morehead of Bozeman, Kevin and Beth Mattfield, Gwen and Gary Robins, Barry and Linda Mattfield and families of Oregon, Kim and Zene Robinson, Ronald and Pearl Mattfield, Rodney and Jessie Mattfield, Tammy and Jeff Medcoff and families of Alaska.
Services will be held Wednesday, May 12, at 10 a.m. at St. Benedict's Catholic Church with interment following in the Roundup City cemetery. Wier Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.

Thomas Ernest Miner
BASIN, Wyo. - Thomas Ernest "Tom" Miner, 49, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 1999.
Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 13, in the Greybull Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. Cremation has taken place. Atwood Family Funeral Directors Inc. are in charge of arrangements.

Cecelia Plain Feather
FORT SMITH - Cecelia M. Plain Feather, 70, of rural Fort Smith, passed away Sunday, May 9, 1999, in the St. Vincent Hospital.
She was born Oct. 24. 1928, in Crow Agency, a daughter of John and Marie Longtail Half. She grew up and attended schools in St. Xavier. She lived and worked in the St. Xavier area.
Cecelia married Leo Plain Feather on Aug.7, 1944, in St. Xavier and the couple made their home in the St. Xavier area.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother, who enjoyed sewing, beading and cooking for her family. She also enjoyed watching her sons participate in rodeos.
Cecelia was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Bad War Deeds Clan and a child of the Ties the Bundle Clan.
Survivors include her husband, Leo of Fort Smith: two daughters, Rose (Calvin) BirdinGround of Garyowen and Corliss (Joseph) Prevost of New Mexico; five sons, Willie of Fort Smith, Thomas (Vera) and Tim (Ella) of St. Xavier, John (Valeen) of Crow Agency and Leo (Mardell) Plain Feather Jr. of Hardin; two sisters, Rita (Owen) Snell of Crow Agency and Edith (Sonny) Reed of St. Xavier; 22 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, whom she raised as her own: Danny and Jermaine Half, Johnann Yarlott, Cecelia Big Lake and Tina Pretty on Top.
Rosary will be recited 4 p.m. Tuesday in the Bullis Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Crow Agency St. Dennis Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in the Hardin Fairview cemetery. Bullis Mortuary of Hardin has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Kevin Lee Reichert
CHETEK, Wis. - Kevin Lee Reichert, age 28, of Chetek, Wis., passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 1999, as a result of an AH-64 Apache Helicopter crash in Albania, while in support of Operation Task Force Hawk.
Kevin was born on Aug. 16, 1970, in Wauwatosa, Wis., the son of Tom Harmon and Bonnie English. As a toddler, he was adopted by the late Dale and the late Kathleen (Haizel) Frontczak. He was later adopted at a young age by Harley and Flo (Bonnette) Reichert. Kevin attended grade school in Muskego, Wis. He graduated from Chetek High School in Chetek, in 1988. On May 3, 1989, he left for basic training with the U.S. Air Force. On Nov. 21, 1989, Kevin and Ridgeley Schroeder were united in marriage in Chippewa Falls, Wis. To this union, three children were born: Carissa, Christopher, and Colten. Kevin was stationed in Hahn, Germany, for a year and a half before moving to Ramstein, Germany, and then on to New York and Idaho. He applied and was accepted by the U.S. Army Aviation Flight Program in 1995. He attended flight school at FT. Rucker, Ala., where Kevin received his wings and later became an AH-64 Apache Helicopter Pilot. He then returned to Illesheim, Germany in 1997.
Kevin attended the Air Force Community College and received his Associates Degree. At the time of his death he was near receiving his Bachelors Degree in Aeronautics and a Minor in Safety. Kevin also had a private helicopter pilot license.
He is survived by his wife, Ridgeley Reichert; a daughter, Carissa Marie (9); two sons: Christopher Lee (7) and Colten William (4) all of the family home; his mother, Flo Reichert of Chetek; a grandmother, Tracy Haizel of West Allis, Wis.; his father, Tom Harmon and his wife Barbara, of Billings, Mont.; Bonnie English of Wis.; two brothers: Gerald Reichert of Milwaukee, Wis.; and Dan Harmon of Billings, Mont.; a sister, Holly English of Friendship, Wis.; a grandfather, Frank Harmon of Miles City, Mont.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Harley Reichert.
A private family service will be held Friday, May 14, at 10 a.m. at the Methodist Church in Chetek. A public memorial service will be held Friday, May 14, at 2 p.m. at the Chetek Lutheran Church in Chetek. A private interment will follow the family service in the family lot in the Wayside cemetery in Baron, Wis., with full military honors. Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home of Miles City, Mont., Waid Funeral Home of Merrill, Wis., and Burnham Funeral Service of Chetek are in charge of the arrangements.
Should friends desire, memorials may be made in memory of Kevin to Ridgely Reichert for a memorial which will be established at a later date.

John Dennis Holmgren
COLUMBUS - John Dennis Holmgren, 39, of Columbus passed away on his ranch Jan. 23, 1999.
Dennis was a son of Margaret (Margo) and John Holmgren, born Sept. 21, 1959, in Columbus. He graduated from Reed Point High School in 1978. He spent six years in Alaska as a heavy equipment operator and gold miner. He returned to the family ranch in 1992. He was a very conservation minded rancher and was always interested in state and national agricultural political policies. He was a fourth generation rancher on the Holmgren Ranch W. of Columbus.
Survivors include his parents of Billings; two sisters: Mrs. Patty (Jim) Appleby of Warrenton, Va., and Carol Holmgren of San Diego, Calif.; two nephews: John Nelson and Ian Appleby.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, at Smith Funeral Chapel-Columbus. Interment of cremated remains will be in Mountainview cemetery, Columbus.

Ingrid Marsh
PLENTYWOOD - A funeral service for Ingrid Marsh will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 26, at the Plentywood Lutheran Church. Pastor David Curtright will officiate and burial will be in the Plentywood Memorial cemetery. Ingrid, 68, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 21, at the Sidney Health Center in Sidney.
Ingrid was born Feb. 5, 1930, in Grenora, N.D., the daughter of Jorgen and Marie (Jorgensen) Jensen. She grew up in the Dagmar community, living on the family homestead until moving with her family to Plentywood in 1942. Ingrid graduated from Plentywood High School in 1948 and married Floyd Marsh on Oct. 8, 1950. Growing up, she was very active in the Nathanael Lutheran Church of Dagmar, and was later a member of Plentywood Lutheran.
Her family was the most important thing in her life. Ingrid was a devoted mother who was very active with her children and their activities as they were growing up, including everything from making costumes for her children, organizing potlucks and fund raisers. In recent years she was devoted to providing care for her mother. She enjoyed her thirteen grandchildren, amazing them with stories about growing up in "the olden days".
Ingrid was known for her personality and wry sense of humor. She enjoyed her close circle of friends, especially the Tuesday lunch group, her special neighbors, the ladies aid and several card clubs. She was an active member of the Plentywood VFW Auxiliary and enjoyed their many activities and out of town trips.
She is survived by her four children: Joanne Baldinelli and her husband Mike and their four children of Castro Valley, Calif., Jeff and his wife Anna and their three children of Spokane, Wash., Cory and his wife Ginny and their four children of Sidney, Jay and his wife Maria and their two children of Garibaldi, Ore. She is also survived by two brothers: Jorgen Jensen and his wife Sharon of Plentywood, Art Jensen and his wife Edie of Portland, Ore., and one sister Camilla Heidel of Broadus. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She preceded in death by her parents, husband Floyd and son Frank.
Fulkerson Funeral Home of Plentywood is in charge of arrangements.

Russell "Skip" Andrew McDanel Jr.
WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS - Russell "Skip" Andrew McDanel Jr., 57, died Sunday, Jan. 24, 1999, at the Mountainview Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 25, Tuesday, Jan. 26., and from 9 a.m. to service time on Wednesday, Jan. 27 at the Twichel Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs. Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, at the funeral home with interment at Mayn cemetery.

Margaret Jean Rose
CODY, Wyo. - Margaret Jean Rose, 73, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1999, at West Park Hospital.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, at Ballard Funeral Home. Services will be Monday, Feb. 8, at Joseph Hoffman Funeral Home in Boswell, Pa., with interment in Beam cemetery, Jenner Township, Somerset County, Pa.

Jeanne Puchalla Uphaus
GLASGOW - Jeanne Puchalla Uphaus, 59, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 1999.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5, at the Bell Mortuary Chapel with interment in Highland cemetery.

Ruby L. Wilbourn
CODY, Wyo. - Ruby L. Wilbourn, 80, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1999, at West Park Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, at Ballard Funeral Home with interment in Riverside cemetery.

John Elden Farman
SHERIDAN, Wyo. - John Elden Farman, 83, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1999, at the V.A. Medical Center.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5, at Ferries Funeral Home.

Russell George Hustad
WOLF POINT - Russell George Hustad, 60, of Wolf Point, died Monday, Feb. 1, 1999, at the Salt Lake City V.A. Hospital.
Visitation will be 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, at the Clayton Memorial Chapel. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at the chapel with interment in Greenwood cemetery.

Hugo B. Becker
WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS - Hugo B. Becker, 77, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1999, at Mountainview Medical Center of natural causes.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, at Twichel Funeral Home with interment in the Mayn cemetery.

Suzanne M. Ottoy
MILES CITY - Suzanne M. Ottoy, 86, died Friday, Jan. 22, 1999, at the Holy Rosary Health Care Center in Miles City.
Vigil services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, in the chapel of Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the family lot in the Calvary cemetery in Miles City.

Beatrice E. Schnobrich
WILSALL - Beatrice E. Schnobrich, 70, died Friday, Jan. 22, 1999, at the Livingston Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, at the Franzen-Davis Funeral Home, 118 N. 3rd St. in Livingston. Cremation will follow. Memorial services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Clyde Park cemetery.

H. E. Tommy Thompson
CODY, Wyo. - H. E. Tommy Thompson, 82, died Sunday, Jan. 24, 1999, at his home following an extended illness.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, at Ballard Funeral Home.

James T. Turning Bear
SASKATCHEWAN, Canada - James T. Turning Bear, 74, died Thursday, Jan. 21, 1999, at the Ft. Qu'Appelle Indian Hospital in Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, at the Clayton Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, at the Brockton Cultural Center. Cremation to follow.
