Today the journey begins, so soon after it seems that it has ended. The roads that were traveled by our father today now seem empty, the CB's don't talk and the diesel's don't roar. But for the millions of miles traveled, today the journey begins with the passing of our father. Over these miles he put a smile on a million faces. He will be missed not only by his family, but by all the people he touched while he was alive. In our father's later years he enjoyed being a part of the support groups AA. and Al-Anon. He enjoyed listening to the speakers and will be missed by all that knew him. Thank you Lord for giving us this time with our father, so to say goodbye would be most fitting as just to say "Roll on".
