One of Dad’s passions was traveling, especially to visit family and friends wherever they might be in the world. He was always there to mentor us when we needed him with his words of wisdom and his soft spoken ways. It was an honor to be there for him through his courageous and gracious battle with cancer. He often spoke of the many blessings in his life; his family and friends gathered around, good conversations, great food, fine wine, cinnamon rolls and strawberries from the Farmers’ Market.
