Arthur H. Cunningham
POWELL, Wyo. - Arthur H. Cunningham, 77, died Saturday, Dec. 19, in the Powell Hospital.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 21, at the Powell Nursing Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wadlow-Rozanek Colonial Chapel in Lincoln, Neb., with burial in the Lincoln Memorial cemetery. Miratsky-Easton Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Royce Dale Drew
BILLINGS - Royce Dale Drew, 63 of Billings, passed away Friday evening, Dec. 18, 1998, at his home. The son of Seldon and Winnie (Sloan) Drew, he was born in Margaret, Texas, Aug. 24, 1935.
As a young child, Royce's family moved to Stillwater, Okla., where he was raised and educated. Following graduation, he entered the Navy and was stationed at Long Beach, Calif. He served several years before being honorably discharged in 1957.
On June 29, 1957, Royce married Catherine Ann Rusch in Las Vegas, Nev. Royce worked as an accountant for Ford Motor Co. and he and Catherine lived in various locations of California before moving to Butte in 1975. They lived there until retiring to Billings in 1992.
Royce was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
Among his many hobbies, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was an excellent cook.
He particularly enjoyed transporting his fellow veterans to the Miles City V.A. Hospital. He was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Lea.
Survivors include his wife Catherine of Billings; his three daughters, Carol Roberts (Rocky) of Vancouver, Wash., Jean Drew (Wendy) of Hardin, and Betty Helstrom (Don) of Butte; his son R. D. Drew, Jr. (Jordie) of Butte; his two sisters, Jean Dishman of High Point, N.C., and Betty Jo Bussell (Paul) of Norman, Okla.; and his grandchildren, Kista Marie Roberts, Kalin Roberts, Keith Helstrom, Kyle Helstrom, Katie Helstrom, and Camden Rosetti.
Cremation is planned and private memorial services will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will be in the Columbarium of Yellowstone Valley Memorial Park at a later date. Memorials may be sent to the Disabled American Veterans, 1127 Alderson Ave., Billings, MT 59102, or Big Sky Hospice, P.O. Box 30533, Billings, MT 59107. Michelotti, Sawyers & Nordquist Heights Chapel has charge of arrangements.

Patrick J. Kennedy
GILLETTE, Wyo. - Patrick J. Kennedy, 64, died Wednesday Dec. 16, 1998, at the Sheridan VA Medical Center.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 21, at the Wilson Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Black Hills National cemetery, Sturgis, S.D. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge.

Germaine Kober
Germaine Kober, 82, of Billings died Friday Dec. 18, 1998, at Parkview Convalescent Center. She was born October 9, 1916, at White Pidgeon, Mich., a daughter of John & Ella Stoldt Fritzen.
She had worked as a technician in the radiology department of the Billings Clinic for 45 years.
She married Karl Kober on April 28, 1944, in Roundup and he died April 19, 1994.
Survivors include two sisters Nedra Shope of Billings and Jean Bibler of Kalispell. Numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. At her request no services are planned.

Don Rollance Littlewolf
BUSBY - Don Rollance Littlewolf passed away on Dec. 17, 1998. He was born April 7, 1936, at Busby to Charles Littlewolf and Annie Limpy Littlewolf. His Indian name was "Standsintimber" and was a descendent of Chief's Littlewolf and Dullknife. In his early years he attended Busby School and graduated there in 1956. He then attended Haskell Indian Institute in Lawrence, Kan., receiving a degree in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration. He was a member of the Army Reserves.
In 1958 he married Kitty Gillespie and moved to Oakland, Calif., and lived there until 1967. They had three children.
He was one of the first graduates from Dull Knife Memorial College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services. He originated the first youth camp-out at Lost Leg about 25 years ago and Little League and Babe Ruth programs in the Busby community. He was a former member of the Busby School Board, and White River Mennonite Church. He also was the Master of Ceremonies for several of the Northern Cheyenne powwows.
Don liked to hunt and be out in the hills. He enjoyed fishing, attending basketball games (and played a lot himself when he was a youth), taking pictures, attending powwows, sweat lodge, horseback riding and training horses in his younger days.
He remarried and lived the past 14 years of his life in France, returning in the summers to visit.
Dad and Brother we will love you forever.
He is survived by four children: Jay Littlewolf and Pamela Littlewolf of Busby, Dawn Littlewolf of Phoenix, Ariz., and Giselle Littlewolf of France; his brother and sister-in-law, Leonard and Linda Littlewolf, sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Roger Turns Plenty, a sister Cheryl Johnson; one granddaughter, Taylor Starr, and numerous relatives.
Funeral services have taken place. Don was buried at his Kirby land, near Busby. A memorial service will be held at the Busby White River Mennonite Church at 11 a.m. on Dec. 22, 1998.

Charles Kraft
WORLAND, Wyo. - Charles "Charlie" Kraft, 52, died Friday, Dec. 18, at Wyoming Medical Center.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Casper and at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the United Methodist Church in Worland. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Memorial Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory.

Marilyn C. Murray
LAUREL - Marilyn C. Murray, age 64, died of cancer on Friday Dec. 18, 1998, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on September 19, 1934, in Chinook to Hugo and Beatrice Christiansen. She graduated from Central High School in St. Paul, Minn., in 1953, and attended St. Qlaf College. She married John P. (Jack) Murray on March 10, 1956, and they had four children. Together, they mostly farmed, and ranched. Over the years, they resided in or near Shelby, Billings, Joliet and Hardin. Upon retirement, they moved to Laurel. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Laurel. She did volunteer work at St. John's Lutheran Home in Billings, and at Community Hope in Laurel. She loved to bake and to sew, and she was an accomplished quilter.
She was preceded in death by her father, her brother, Tom, and her son, Gerry. She is survived by her husband, her son, Jeff of Billings, her son, Lindsay and his wife, Sonia of Bridger, her daughter, Leslie Cooke and her husband, Clifford of Billings; her grandchildren: Erik, Amy, Jeremy, and Taran, her brother, Hugo, her mother, many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many good friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 1998, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Laurel at 3 p.m.
Cremation was handled by Smith Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Big Sky Hospice, Our Savior's Lutheran Church or the charity of your own choice.

Lester I. Rambough
Lester I. Rambough, 76, of Billings died Monday Dec. 14, 1998 at Eagle Cliff Manor where he has resided the last three years. He was born Jan. 28, 1922, in Kintyre, N.D., a son of Philo Charles and Pearl Louise Ives Rambough. He attended schools in Kintyre and the family moved to Billings in 1936 where Lester graduated from High School.
He was very interested in airplanes and took training to be a mechanic at Wright Field in Ohio. He spent time in the National Guard before enlisting in the Navy during the out break of WW II, serving time with the Navy Air Service in Hawaii. After the service he worked in the Los Angeles area and later in airplane mechanics at Alameda Air Base in California where he retired and returned to Billings.
Survivors include a son Mike Perry in the Army Air Service in San Antonio, Texas, two sisters, Vera Sjostrom of Billings and Jean Verhaeghe of Concord, Calif., sister in laws Elma Rambough of Valley City, N.D., and Helen Rambough of Napoleon, N.D., several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Dale and Clell and three sisters Fraye, Winifred and Lois.
Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Cremation or Funeral Gallery.

Dorothy Ann Schleicher
LIVINGSTON - Dorothy Ann Schleicher, 69, died Friday, Dec. 18, 1998, at Livingston Health and Rehab Center.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, at Franzen-Davis Funeral Home with graveside committal and burial in Mountain View cemetery.

Margaret Louise Smith
LOVELL, Wyo. - Margaret Louise Smith, 95, died Thursday, Dec. 17, at New Horizons Care Center.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, at Haskell Funeral Home in Lovell and one hour prior to services at the Cowley, Wyo., LDS Chapel at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in the Cowley cemetery.

William Bolton Sr.
MILES CITY - William Bolton Sr., 89, died Friday, Dec. 18, 1998, at the Holy Rosary Extended Care Facility in Miles City.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, in the Chapel of Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home with interment in the family lot in the Custer County cemetery.

Lisa Lynette Bradford
SCOBEY - Lisa Lynette Bradford, 30, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 1998, in an auto accident.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, in the Scobey Lutheran Church with burial in the Scobey cemetery. Waller Funeral Home is in charge.

Dennis Dean Dietrich
Dennis Dean Dietrich, 53, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 1998, in Billings.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at St. John's Lutheran Church with interment in St. John's Lutheran cemetery, both in Crystal, N.D. Jensen-Askew Funeral Home of Cavalier, N.D., is in charge.

Lawrence Edward Fox
Lawrence Edward Fox passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 1998, at Western Manor Nursing Home, where he resided for the past five years.
Lawrence was born April 3, 1915, the son of Lawrence E. and Carrie M. Fox Sr., in Twin Falls, Idaho. He attended schools in Billings and Anaconda. Later he worked in the shipyards in Vancouver, Wash., before serving in the army during WWII. Lawrence returned to Billings where he worked and lived.
He is survived by three sisters: Margaret Fairburn and Harriet Schreiber of Billings and Virginia White of Vancouver. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place at Smith Crematory. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.

Fred I. Guynn
THERMOPOLIS, Wyo. - Fred I. Guynn, 69, of Thermopolis, died at St. Vincent's Hospital in Billings, Mont., on Dec. 16, 1998, from cardiovascular disease. He was born in Hot Springs, S.D., on Dec. 7, 1929, and was raised in Edgemont, S.D. He joined the Navy in 1947 and was discharged in 1951. He married Iris Kirby on Nov. 23, 1951. They moved to Powell where he attended college for two years. He graduated with a degree in dentistry from the University of Minnesota in 1958. Fred and Iris moved to Thermopolis in 1958 where they raised their family. Fred maintained his dental practice until his death.
Fred was active in his community. He was a Boy Scout Leader, School Board Member, Chairman of the Hot Springs County Republican Party and Chairman of Ducks Unlimited. He was a member of the Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity, American Dental Association, Wyoming Dental Association, Malta Lodge AFAM, Kalif Shrine Temple, Scottish Rite Valley of Deadwood, BPOE, VFW, and Eagles. He helped many people and believed in "stealth charity."
Fred pursued his many interests with zeal. He loved animals and the outdoors and was an avid fisherman, hunter, and bird watcher. He was a gourmet cook, gardener, practical joker, and woodworker who enjoyed restoring antiques.
He is survived by his wife, Iris; four children and three grandchildren: Martha Willis of Laramie and daughter, Nicole; Jenny Trautman of Atlanta, Ga.; Freddie (Loretta) Guynn of Laramie, son, Kirby and daughter, Sophia; Amy (Roy) Ready of Phoenix, Ariz.; brother, Jack Guynn of Edgemont, S.D.; and beloved dog, Fancy.
A memorial will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the Episcopal Parish Hall. Cremation has been held at Cremation or Funeral Gallery in Billings and the cremated remains will be buried in Black Hills National cemetery at a later date.
His family requests memorials be made to the School Nurse, Hot Springs County Schools, Thermopolis, Wyo. 82443 where they will be used to purchase items needed by children.
