A prayer service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, in the Chapel of Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, in the chapel with interment in the family lot of the Custer County cemetery.

Selma "Sammy" Aasheim
PLENTYWOOD - A Memorial Service will be held for Mrs. Selma "Sammy" Aasheim at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 4, 1999, at Plentywood Lutheran Church. Pastor David C. Curtright will officiate and there will be a private, family interment at a later time. Sammy, 83, died on May 31, 1999, at Sheridan Memorial Nursing Home in Plentywood.
Sammy was born April 6, 1916, near Dooley, the daughter of Peter and Lena (Rukke) Larson. She is survived by her husband Semming "Sam" Aasheim of Plentywood; two daughters: Myrna Aasheim of Boise, Idaho, and Tammy Anderson and her husband, Mike of Westby; and one son, Max and his wife, Sheryl of Reserve. Also surviving are her grandchildren. Myrna's children are Max and his wife, Lisa and their daughter, Taylor of Boise, Tobi Harvey and her husband, Andy of Anchorage, Alaska, and Tara Anthony Sharrard and her son, Greisen of Boise. Tammy and Mike's children are Riley and Shelby, both at home. Max and Sheryl's children are Casey and Brock, of Reserve. Sammy also has two sisters surviving: Mabel Olson of Plentywood and Hilda Olson of Seattle. She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Esther King and a grandson, Vance Anthony.

ZORTMAN - Veta A. Azure, 67, died Tuesday, June 1, 1999, at her home of complications from emphysema.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Adams Funeral Home and Hi-Line Crematory of Malta were in charge.
