The funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday in New Hope Christian Church by the Rev. Bob Hultman. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Lancaster Funeral Home.
Among Mr. Ray’s survivors is a son, Robert Ray of Fayetteville.

LUMBERTON -- William “Willie Bill” Lewis, 85, formerly of 58 Chambers St., died Sunday in Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday by Bishop Charles McDowell in Fairmont cemetery.
Mr. Lewis is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Murchison, all of Clarkton, and Anthony Murchison of Wilmington; two brothers, Harold Murchison and Lewis Murchison, both of Elizabethtown; three sisters, Annie Drye, Bessie Blanks and Anna Collins, all of Elizabethtown; and 13 grandchildren.
