SUPPLY -- Mrs. Clara Elizabeth Guin Kiger, 68, of 2861 John T. Holden Road, formerly of Raeford, died Wednesday in Brunswick County Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Evangelical Methodist Church by the Rev. Billy J. Brady. Burial will be in Raeford Cemetery.
Mrs. Kiger is survived by two daughters, Linda K. Robinson of Holden Beach and Peggy K. Hardin of Summerville, S.C.; three brothers, William R. Guin and Robert Guin, both of Raeford, and Johnny R. Guin of Pompano Beach, Fla.; four sisters, Lessie Duncan of Pompano Beach, Esther Harris and Rosa L. Brown, both of Raeford, and Margaret Sanders of Weldon; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

CLARKTON -- Lee Andrews Kemp, 70, of 75 Ella Bell Road died Sunday in SunBridge Care & Rehabilitation Center in Elizabethtown.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Piney Grove AME Zion Church by the Rev. John W. Freeman. Burial will be in Clarkton Community Cemetery.
Mr. Kemp is survived by four daughters, Van Hazel Kemp of the home, Evangelist Janice Lewis of Elizabethtown, Doris J. Hatcher of Clarkton and Lee Nora Johnson of Jeffersonville, Ind.; two sisters, Earlene Pone of Clarkton and Selma Hill of Baltimore; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
The public will be received today from 1 to 8 p.m. at Cromartie & Cunningham Mortuary.

FAIRMONT -- Richard L. Jones, 63, of 94 Spencer Drive died Tuesday in his home.

Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Geraldine Jones; a daughter, Shelia Ray of Newark, N.J.; two sons, 1st Sgt. Ricky Jones of Korea and Darren Jones of Newark; four brothers, Ulysesses Jones, Algie Jones and Dr. Ray Ford, all of Newark, and the Rev. C.K. Jones of Portsmouth, Va.; five sisters, Helen Ballard of Greensboro, Julie Pointer of Portsmouth, Shirley Roberts of Bloomfield, N.J., Dr. Martine Spencer of Fairmont and Linda Roper of Newark; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

HOPE MILLS -- Johnny Beauford Jones, 50, of 5920 Spinner Road died Tuesday in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Nancy Jones of the home; a stepson, Bobby Nelson of Louisville, Ky.; his mother, Marie O. Steen of Fayetteville; a brother, Jimmy Jones of Fayetteville; and two step-grandchildren.

Mrs. Hobson is survived by a son, David T. Hobson of Sanford; three daughters, Lois Patterson of Broadway and Mildred Buchanan and Ruth Wells, both of Sanford; a sister, Inez Garner of Southern Pines; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Kenneth William Finner, 78, of 367 Summerhill Road, Fayetteville, died Wednesday in Highland House.

LAURINBURG -- Guevester Deberry, 48, of 703 Corona Ave. died Wednesday.
Mr. Deberry was a population coordinator for vocational testing for the Robeson County schools. He also taught at Purnell Swett and West Robeson high schools. He was a member of Bright Hopewell Baptist Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Scotland High School Auditorium by the Rev. Garland Pierce. Burial will be in Hillside Memorial Park. Arrangements are being handled by Morris Funeral Home.
Mr. Deberry is survived by his wife, Bobbie J. Deberry of the home; three sons, Craig Deberry, Rodney Deberry and Patrick Deberry, all of Durham; his mother, Marie Deberry of Laurinburg; four brothers, Beverly Deberry and Rambert Deberry, both of Laurinburg, John Deberry of Durham and Lawrence Deberry of Wadesboro; four sisters, Gladys Holmes of Fayetteville, Marjorie Edmonds of Chesapeake, Va., Mary A. Deberry of Durham and Ardelia Harrington of Laurinburg; and three granddaughters.
