Allen Warren, 75, of 1124 Cedar Creek Road, Fayetteville, died Sunday.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday in White Oak Disciples of Christ Church in Newton Grove by Bishop Charles J. Williams and Elder Terrance Melvin. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Dafford Funeral Home of Dunn.
Mr. Warren is survived by his wife, Katie Warren of Clinton; five daughters, Linda Rorie of Fayetteville, Cassandra Smith of Clinton, Margaret Hyman of Rocky Mount, Jean Ellis of Jackson, Miss., and Priscilla Saltoni of Cameron; a son, Herbert A. Warren of Clinton; two sisters, Elizabeth Williams of Seat Pleasant, Md., and Meta Williams of Washington, D.C.; three brothers, Marshall Warren of Raleigh and Lee Warren and Joseph Warren, both of Newark, N.J.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 8 at the church and at other times at the home of Cassandra W. Smith, 200 Ellen St., Clinton.

LUMBERTON -- Willard James Turner, 84, of 1505 N. Pine St. died Tuesday in Woodhaven Nursing Center.
Mr. Turner was an Army veteran.
A private service was held. Arrangements were handled by Floyd Mortuary & Crematory.
Mr. Turner is survived by his wife, Lillian Turner of the home; three daughters, Sylvia Baldwin of the home and Janet Turner, Karen Bogard and Kimberly Herrick, all of California; two sisters, Doris Townsend of Oklahoma and Mildred T. Jackson of California; and seven grandchildren.
Daniel L. Schell III (Dated Wednesday, October 13, 1999 )
MEADVILLE, Pa. -- Army Staff Sgt. Daniel LeRoy Schell III, 34, of 15076 Limber Road, formerly of Fort Bragg, N.C., died Sunday.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Van Matre Funeral Home in Cambridge Springs by the Rev. Richard Clay and Chaplain Travis. Burial with military honors will be in Venango Cemetery.
Sgt. Schell is survived by his wife, Teresa of Meadville; two daughters, Jessica E. Schell and Cassandra D. Schell, both of the home; a son, Daniel L. Schell IV of the home; two stepsons, Joshua S. Rideout and Jeremiah S. Rideout, both of the home; his parents, Daniel and Lois Schell of Saegertown; a brother, Donald L. Schell of Fayetteville, N.C.; his paternal grandparents, Daniel L. and Goldie E. Schell of Cambridge Springs; and his maternal grandmother, Alice Burnell of Cambridge Springs.

LUMBERTON -- Ms. Vivian M. Price, 81, of 2278 East Powersville Road died Monday in her home.
Ms. Price was a homemaker.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Grace Lutheran Church cemetery in Gilbert, S.C., by the Rev. Russ Stillwell. Arrangements are being handled by Biggs Funeral Home.
Ms. Price is survived by a son, Wayne M. Price of the home; a brother, Delmus Price of Gilbert; a sister, Lorene Hite of Leesville, S.C.; two granddaughters; and two great-grandsons.
The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.

CLINTON -- Mrs. Dorothy Ray Pope, 92, of 1123 Sunset Ave. died Monday in Sampson Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of Clinton Pentecostal Holiness Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday in Clinton Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Revs. Ken Milligan, David Wheeler and Roland Harrell. Burial will be in Well’s Chapel Church in Harrells.
Mrs. Pope is survived by a son, Jimmy Horrell of Wilmington; a daughter, Lois Lentes of Wilmington, Del.; a sister, Ida Bell Wood of Harrells; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Mr. Helmich is survived by his wife, Arlene Helmich; two daughters, Michelle Pezzelle of Fayetteville and Christina Bethoulle of Lumber Bridge; a son, Johnny Helmich of Seattle; his mother, Mildred Helmich of Rifton, N.Y.; a sister, Jeane Bingham of Rialto, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at Reeves Funeral Home in Hope Mills.
The Rosary will be recited tonight at 8:30 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hearn was a cafeteria manager for Scotland High School before retiring. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in First United Methodist Church by the Rev. Wil Jackson. Burial will be in Beaver Dam Cemetery in McColl, S.C.
Mrs. Hearn is survived by a son, Donald Hearn of Gainesville, Fla.; two daughters, Diane Brantley of Clayton and Debbie Coffield of Matthews; a sister, Elizabeth Hendren of Raleigh; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Jenkins, Myra Shipman and Charlene Grissett, all of the home; her father, James A. Stephens of Fairmont; her stepfather, and stepmother, James B. and Doretha McQueen of Baltimore; three brothers, James L. Stephens, James E. Stephens and Glenn E.
