FUQUAY-VARINA -- Ms. Rosa Boyle Sessoms, 88, of Senters Rest Home, formerly of Erwin, died Friday.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Price Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. Mark Whiting. Burial will be in Erwin Memorial Park.
Ms. Sessoms is survived by a sister, Cordia McCaskill of Erwin; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
William ‘Robert’ Watts (Dated Monday, Jan. 11, 1999)
ERWIN -- William “Robert” Watts, 56, of 302 Wondertown Drive died Saturday in Good Hope Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Erwin Church of God by the Rev. Currie Parker. Burial will be in Erwin Memorial Park.
Mr. Watts is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Watts of Erwin; a son, Marty Sloan of Sanford; a daughter, Sherry Dorn of South Carolina; his mother, Grace C. Watts of Sanford; two brothers, Larry C. Watts and Lonnie E. Watts, both of Sanford; a sister, Joyce Brown of Sanford; and three grandchildren.

R. Gerald McLamb (Dated Monday, Jan. 11, 1999)
BENSON -- Robert Gerald McLamb, 71, of 263 Beasley Road died Sunday in Veterans Affairs Hospital in Durham.
Mr. McLamb was a retired auto and tractor mechanic. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Banner Post 109, American Legion, and Unity Advent Christian Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Unity Advent Christian Church by the Rev. Billy Keene. Burial will be in the Banner Chapel Church cemetery.
Mr. McLamb is survived by his wife, Zadie L. McLamb; a daughter, Peggy Johnson of Benson; three sons, Glenn McLamb and Donnie McLamb, both of Benson, and Ronnie McLamb of Dobson; a sister, Dorothy “Dot” B. Tart of Benson; a brother, James H. “Jim” McLamb of Wilmington; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
Ms. Mary Ann H. Brisson (Dated Monday, Jan. 11, 1999)
DUBLIN -- Ms. Mary Ann Hester Brisson, 85, of Dublin died Saturday in Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Dublin First Baptist Church by the Rev. Warren Hill. Burial will be in Allen Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Kinlaw Funeral Home.
Ms. Brisson is survived by her husband, Lester C. Brisson; two daughters, Betty Skinner of Dublin and Mary G. “Pinky” Hester of White Lake; three sons, Louis M. Brisson, W. Tommy Brisson and George T. Brisson, all of Dublin; two sisters, Oramae Dudley of Wheaton, Md., and Elma Mahoney of White Lake; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Charlie W. McDuffie (Dated Monday, Jan. 11, 1999)
BROADWAY -- Charlie W. McDuffie, 88, of 611 S. Main St. died Sunday in Good Hope Hospital in Erwin.
Mr. McDuffie was a farmer and saw miller until he retired. He was a member of Summerville Presbyterian Church in Lillington.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Summerville Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Richard Depriter and Ronald Taylor. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. McDuffie is survived by three sons, J.C. McDuffie of Gastonia, Bobby McDuffie of Supply and Ray McDuffie of Sanford; a daughter, Faye M. Rosela of Pasadena, Md.; a brother, Rubin McDuffie of Greensboro; 17 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at Smith Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Ray and Helen McDuffie.
Billy D. Graham (Dated Monday, Jan. 11, 1999)
RAEFORD -- Billy Davis Graham, 63, of 247 Woodrow Lane died Friday in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.
Mr. Graham was a member of Parker United Methodist Church. He retired from the Army after 22 years, as well as from the Hoke County Schools as a teacher.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hillcrest Baptist Church by the Revs. Donald Shields and Arvil Stephens. Burial will be in Raeford Cemetery.
Mr. Graham is survived by his wife, Helga G. Graham of Raeford; a daughter, Sylvia G. Bowen of Raeford; a brother, Anthony Graham of Raeford; a sister, Nellie Hernandez of Fayetteville; and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Church of God of Prophesy in Erwin by the Rev. Mike Johnson. Burial will be in the Williams family cemetery in Coats.
Mrs. Williams is survived by a son, J.R. Williams of Coats; a daughter, Wilma Hilliard of Angier; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

CLARKTON -- Morris Johnson, 63, of 1614 Rosindale Road died Sunday in Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown.
Mr. Johnson was a machinist with CSX Transportation before retiring.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Bullard Cemetery in Bladenboro by Jim Sherrard.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Linda B. Johnson of the home; two daughters, Penny White of Bladenboro and Judy A. Hallman of Morganton; a son, Daniel Johnson of Morganton; his mother, Gussie L. Johnson of Bladenboro; three brothers, Marvin Johnson of Florida, James Johnson of Virginia and Tracy Johnson of Lenior; six sisters, Jeanette Baxley of Virginia, Mattie Cash of Bladenboro, Wilma Box of Alabama, Clarice Thompson of Florida, Mildred Haughen of Minnesota and Mary R. Wilson of South Carolina; and six grandchildren.

TAR HEEL -- Charles Williams, 67, of 152 Burden Road died Thursday in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Nona Williams of the home; three daughters, Shelia Smith of Frankfort, Ky., Tammy Jones of Fayetteville and Charlene Williams of the home; two sons, Kenneth Bell of Fayetteville and Ronald Williams of Massachusetts; two sisters, Margie Taylor and Millie Davis, both of Fairmont; and nine grandchildren.

ROBBINS -- Charles Theodore “Ted” Montjoy III, 35, of 165 Leaman Road died Saturday in FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
Mr. Montjoy was a member of First Baptist Church. He worked for Springs Mills in Biscoe.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church by the Rev. Ernest G. Ferrell. Burial will be in Pine Rest Cemetery.
Mr. Montjoy is survived by his wife, Robin R. Montjoy of the home; a daughter, Holly L. Montjoy of the home; a son, Charles T. Montjoy IV of the home; his parents, Charles and Brenda Montjoy of Robbins; a sister, Susan M. Haid of Evansville, Ind.; his maternal grandmother, Ossie Freeman of Robbins; and his paternal grandmother, Barbara Montjoy of Robbins.
