The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Westside Baptist Church by the Rev. Bill McNeill. Burial will be in Alloway Cemetery.
Ms. Stevens is survived by a son, Bill Fauscett of Red Springs; and a grandson.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at Red Springs Funeral Home.
Mrs. B. Cooper Gore

CLINTON -- Mrs. B. Cooper Gore, 90, of 2194 Basstown Road died Thursday in Mary Gran Nursing Center.
Mrs. Gore was a member of Brown Baptist Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Brown Baptist Church by the Rev. Frank Turner.
Mrs. Gore is survived by two sons, Abner Gore and Jimmy Gore, both of Clinton; two brothers, Woodrow Honeycutt and Willard ’’Thump‘‘ Honeycutt, both of Clinton; a sister, Annie Houchens of Fayetteville; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Charles W. ‘Pete’ Moore

Retired Army Sgt. 1st Class Charles W. ’’Pete‘‘ Moore, 78, of 6428 Kincross Ave., Fayetteville, died Tuesday in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Mr. Moore was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was the director of food services at Pennick Home in Pinehurst and assistant manager of food services at Methodist College. Mr. Moore was a member of Hope Mills Masonic Lodge.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Village Presbyterian Church by Chaplain Maj. Archie Berringer and Curtis Harper. Burial with military honors will be in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Frances H. Moore of the home; a daughter, Barbara Knight of Spring Lake; three sisters, Virginia Brientenstine of Clinton, Ohio, Dolly Howell of Wooster, Ohio, and Bessie Gerber of Orville, Ohio; a brother, Willard Shane of Wooster; and a granddaughter.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 8:30 at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.

Mr. Baker is survived by his wife, Evelyn Baker of Chadbourn; four sons, David Baker, Arnold Baker Jr. and Oneil Baker, all of Chadbourn, and Ronnie Frink of Wilmington; and a sister, Daisy McCray of Philadelphia.
