NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Mrs. Lottie Graham Eady, 92, of 480 Ferry St., formerly of Lumberton, N.C., died Feb. 25 in Yale New Haven Hospital.

A graveside service will be conducted at noon today in Elizabeth Heights Cemetery by the Rev. E.B. Turner.

Mrs. Eady is survived by a sister, Grace Brown of New York; and a brother, Samuel Graham of Manhattan, N.Y.

The family will receive friends today from 9 to 11 a.m. at McMillan Funeral Home.

Rev. Percell Swett
(Dated Monday, March 8, 1999)
PEMBROKE -- The Rev. Percell ‘‘Bossie’’ Swett, 91, of 22 Ruth Dial Apts. died Saturday in Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.

The Rev. Swett was a preacher at Reedy Branch Baptist Church for 68 years.

The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Elrod Baptist Church in Elrod by the Revs. Kent Chavis, Mike Cummings and Kenny Aubin. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The Rev. Swett is survived by seven sons, Marvell Swett of Cheswell, Wilmer Swett of Radford, Va., Lathen Swett of Greensboro, Bobby Swett of Charlotte, Willie Swett of Cheraw, S.C., William Swett of Fairmont and Percell Swett Jr. of Concord; three daughters, Mary Gerlach and Ellen Locklear, both of Concord, and Stella Swett of the home; a brother, James ‘‘Buddy’’ Swett of Fairmont; a sister, Beaulah King of Philadelphia; 38 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory.

Mrs. Mabel D. McLean
(Dated Monday, March 8, 1999)
RAEFORD -- Mrs. Mabel David McLean, 86, of 471 N. Parker Church Road died Friday in Open Arms Nursing Home.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Friendship Grove Free Will Baptist Church by Bishop Robert L. Douglas. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. McLean is survived by five stepdaughters, Veorah McLean of Paterson, N.J., Mary Burke, Devone McLean and Mable McLean, all of Raeford, and Dorothy McNair of Harrisburg, Pa.; four stepsons, James McLean, Cleven McLean, Mack McLean and Arthur McLean, all of Raeford; a brother, John McKinnon of Raeford; several step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.

The public will be received today from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Buie Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the home of Arthur McLean, 535 N. Parker Church Road, Raeford. Arthur W. Ingram BENSON -- Arthur W. Ingram, 75, of 500 E. Moore St. died Sunday in his home.

Arrangements will be announced by Dafford Funeral Home of Dunn.

Mrs. Mary J. Simmons
(Dated Monday, March 8, 1999)
LAURINBURG -- Mrs. Mary Joyce Simmons, 52, of 1035 Purcell St. died Thursday in Scotland Memorial Hospital.

The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Union Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. James McLean. Burial will be in Scotland Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Morris Funeral Home.

Mrs. Simmons is survived by a daughter, Sandra Deberry of the home; three sisters, Mary Sams, Irene Murphy and Geraldine Champion, all of Laurinburg; three brothers, Robert L. Deberry, Reginald Deberry and Thomas A. Deberry, all of Greensboro; and three grandsons.

The family will receive friends at the home.

Wilton A. Tillman
(Dated Monday, March 8, 1999)
ROBBINS -- Wilton A. Tillman, 74, of 11000 N.C. 27 East died Saturday in his home.

Mr. Tillman was an Army veteran. He worked at Carolina Lace Co.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Kennedy Funeral Home by the Rev. Brad Williams. Burial will be in Mount Zion United Methodist Church cemetery.

Mr. Tillman is survived by his wife, Allene P. Tillman of the home; two sons, Steve Tillman of Reno, Nev., and Dennis Tillman of Robbins; a sister, Lois Maynard of Greensboro; and a brother, Jack Tillman of Goldston; a granddaughter; and two step-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.

Ms. Ruth B. Huntley

CAMERON -- Ms. Ruth Boggs Huntley, 86, of 1741 Stanton Hill Road died Saturday in FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in White Hill Presbyterian Church by the Rev. J.J. Manning. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.

Ms. Huntley is survived by a brother, Paul Hales of Vass; and two sisters, Mary H. Cook of Monroe, Ga., and Ella Molls of Sanford.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Terry is survived by his wife, Rosa Terry of Bronx, N.Y.

CLINTON -- Ms. Ersell Moore, 59, of 1780 Beamon Woods Road died Thursday in Sampson Regional Medical Center.

The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Union Star Original Freewill Baptist Church by Bishop James Leftwridge. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Ms. Moore is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Archer of the home; her mother, Janie Loftin of the home; and a sister, Dazell Goodman of Clinton.

The public will be received today from 1 to 6 p.m. at Brock Memorial & Worley Funeral Home.

Zack B. Martin

CHADBOURN -- Zack Barnes Martin, 75, of Second Avenue died Sunday in Duke University Medical Center in Durham.

Mr. Martin is survived by his wife, Frankie W. Martin of Chadbourn; a son, Mike Martin of Hickory; a brother, Jimmy Martin of Sussex, England; two sisters, Marjorie Shurig of Harrisburg and Dorothy Enzor of Fair Bluff; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
