Mrs. Williamson is survived by a son, John C. Williamson of Laurinburg; and two daughters, Lee E. Hines of New York and Annie P. Oates of Monroe.

MARSTON -- Russell Ewing, 77, of 25260 Newton Road died Monday in Autumn Care of Raeford nursing home.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday in Spring Branch Baptist Church by the Rev. John Daniels. Burial with military honors will be in Silver Hills Cemetery.
Mr. Ewing is survived by his wife, Margaret Ewing of the home; four brothers, Lonnie Ewing of Fayetteville, Hyder Massey Sr. of Wagram, Solomon Ewing of Ellerbe and Charles Ewing of New York; and three sisters, Mary Massey of Edgemoor, S.C., Perdetha Fowler of New York and Mattie Malloy of Maxton.

Mr. McRae is survived by his wife, Callie R. McRae of Laurinburg, N.C.; three daughters, Gloria Moore of Winston-Salem, N.C., Jacqueline McArthur of Austin, Texas, and Sheila Patterson of Laurinburg; a son, Franklin F. McRae Jr. of Laurel Hill, N.C.; his parents, Luther and Hattie McRae of Brooklyn; six sisters, Ella James of Rosedale, Bettie McRae of Bronx, Annie Mitchell of Maxton, N.C., Mary McRae of New York, and Edwinwa Murphy and Concencia Gorman, both of Brooklyn; and 11 grandchildren.

Mrs. Sadie I. Faircloth (dated Thursday, Dec. 11, 1997)
CLINTON -- Mrs. Sadie I. Faircloth, 91, of 1717 Indian Town Road died Tuesday in Sampson Regional Medical Center.
She was a homemaker.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday in Holly Grove Holiness Church by the Revs. Randy Simmons, W.L. Ammons and Jerry Groves. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home.
Mrs. Faircloth is survived by a daughter, Sudie M. Simmons of Clinton; a son, Jerry L. Faircloth of Clinton; a sister, Occardelia Bryant of Fayetteville; a brother, Preston Faircloth of Clinton; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Rev. Henry Johnston (dated Thursday, Dec. 11, 1997)
The Rev. Henry Johnston, former rector at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Fayetteville, died Wednesday in Hope Mills Retirement Center. He was 94.
Mr. Johnston retired from Holy Trinity in 1970, where he had served since 1956. He led two major building programs in the growth of the Fayetteville church.
He served earlier at churches in Oxford, Charlotte and Raleigh in North Carolina, and in Alabama and Virginia. Before entering the ministry, he was the assistant dean of men at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Mr. Johnston was a member of the executive council of the Episcopal dioceses of North Carolina and East Carolina; chairman of the Department of Christian Education; a member of the Board of Managers for Thompson Children’s Home; examining chaplain of the diocese of East Carolina; a trustee at St. Mary’s Junior College in Raleigh; and a member of the Department of Evangelism, diocese of East Carolina.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Burial will be at 4 p.m. Sunday in Calvary Parish Churchyard in Tarboro. Arrangements are being handled by Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.
Mr. Johnston is survived by a daughter, Betsy.

DUNN -- Mrs. Jessie Pearl Warren, 83, of Dunn died Tuesday in Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Mrs. Warren was employed for many years at Howard Johnson’s Restaurant, and was secretary for Elton Warren, Inc.
The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Long Branch Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church by the Rev. Elton Butts. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Warren is survived by her husband, W. Elton Warren; two daughters, Nancy W. Hawley of Dunn and Barbara Bass of Newton Grove; and four grandchildren.

Retired Army Sgt. 1st Class Samuel Eugene Conners, 47, of 7650 Glenbrook Drive, Fayetteville, died Tuesday in Womack Army Medical Center on Fort Bragg.
He retired after 22 years from the Army, serving in the Vietnam War and receiving the Purple Heart and Bronze Star.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Rogers & Breece Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. James Chung and Chaplain Blue. Burial with full military honors will be in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery.

He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars and retired after 21 years of service.

Mrs. Inez Bloodworth, 82, of Fayetteville died Tuesday in Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro.
Mrs. Bloodworth was a member of First Baptist Church and was a registered nurse for 30 years. She worked as head nurse at Columbia Highsmith-Rainey Memorial Hospital, and Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
The funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church by the Rev. E. Glen Holt. Burial will be in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Bloodworth is survived by a son, Thomas A. Millar of Austin, Texas; a daughter, Lois M. Quate of Greensboro; a brother, William C. Culbreth of Stedman; two sisters, Joy Morrison and Beverly Crawley, both of Greensboro; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
