In the late 1930s, her family moved to Bismarck where she met Mike Sprynczynatyk. After she learned to spell his last name, they were married on Oct. 17, 1940. Rose and Mike raised a family of five children and because of their willingness to stay together through the good times and the bad, their children still hold a strong family bond.

Rose loved and thought of everyone and in her simple ways she touched thousands with her kindness. She was a lifetime member of the Eagles Club and was very proud to have been a member of their Ritual Marching team. She also served on the ``Sick and Visiting Committee" for the Eagle's Auxiliary for many years and was selected as their ``Honorary Mother of the Year" in 1983 and ``Grandma of the Year" in 1984. Another project very dear to her was her volunteer work at both Bismarck hospitals for the RSVP, where she delivered flowers and operated the gift cart. She was named ``Volunteer of the Week" in November of 1984.

Rose dearly loved her family and showed it in every way she could. To them and all who knew her, she was the most loving and caring person in the world. She stressed music, laughter and forgiveness even as she lay sick in the hospital and, because of this legacy, Rose will live on forever in the hearts of all the people whose lives she touched.

Her death is a great loss to this world and she will be greatly missed by many friends and relatives, but most of all by her children and their families; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Nick and Janet, Auburn, Wash., Ric and Pam, Mandan, and Michael, Bismarck; two daughters, Trish Lovold and her husband, Norton, Auburn, Wash., and Rosie Sprynczynatyk and her special friend, Larry Tice, Bismarck; eight grandchildren, Wade Sprynczynatyk, Neil Sprynczynatyk and his wife, Sharon, Nick Sprynczynatyk, Brienna Dyberg, Jenny Lovold and her fiance, Brad Pierce, and Annitsa, Samuel and Edison Sprynczynatyk; and two great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Amanda Sprynczynatyk. She also leaves her Aunt Mary; many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Rose not only touched the hearts of all who knew her, she also touched their souls. We love you. (Eastgate Funeral Service, Bismarck)
