Keegan Roach
My name is Keegan Patrick Roach. I lived a happy seven months. I died Ash Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at 1:45 a.m., at my home in Surrey. I died as I lived...in the arms of my Mommy and Daddy. Services will be held at noon Saturday, at Church of St. Anne, Bismarck, with the Rev. Roger A. Synek officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bismarck.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at Eastgate Funeral Service, Bismarck, and for one hour prior to the service at the church.
I was born on July 30, 1999 at St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck to Andrea and Darrin Roach. I loved to watch my sisters, Shanley and Kendra, run around the house when playing.
They would make me smile as they entertained me, or just sit with me and watch Scooby Doo. Mommy would give me massages and hum to relax me and make me feel good. I loved to smile and show people my beautiful blue eyes, to communicate to them how much I enjoyed life. I met many wonderful people in my short life, who show me love and affection, and always made me feel special.
It would have been fun to grow up with my sisters and to feel my family's touch and love each day. But I knew God made me special, and that His plan for me was unique. I want you to know how much I loved you, my family and friends, and that I will see you in heaven where I am waiting.
I will be missed, on earth, by my Mommy and Daddy, Andrea and Darrin Roach; and my sisters, Shanley and Kendra; my grandparents, Neil and Madrene Nitzkowski, Topeka, Kan., and Gerald and Sharon Roach, Bismarck; my aunts and uncles, Lee Nitzkowski, New Hope, Minn., Mark Roach, Billings, Mont., Tim and Michelle Roach, Billings, Mont., and Kent (Ed) and Bonnie Roach, Bismarck, Dan and Judy Roach, Audubon, Minn.; one cousin, Gabriel; my great-grandparents, Amelia Michael, Laurel, Mont., Leland Nitzkowski, Amery, Wis., and Marvin and Mina Gilles, Plum City, Wis. (Eastgate Funeral Service, Bismarck)
