Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hickson Lutheran Church, with burial in Lower Wild Rice and Red River Cemetery, Hickson. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; two sons, Leland, Fargo, and Terrence, Kasson, Minn.; three brothers, Ben, Sterling, Alvin, Valley City, and Clifford, Bismarck; three sisters, Irene Rath, Bismarck, Marie Renschler, Bismarck, and Leona Jones, Iuka, Kan.; and three grandchildren. Irvin Richau
HALLIDAY -- Irvin Richau, 82, Halliday, died Aug. 24, 2001, in his home. Services will be held at 2 p.m. MDT Wednesday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Halliday. He is survived by his wife, Tena; one son, Dale, Fargo; four daughters, Ardell Lazorenko, New Town, Jeanette Weisz, Halliday, Hope Brensinger, Mt. Home, Idaho, and Faith Keller, Dodge; two sisters, Hilda Goetz, Dickinson, and Emma Scheurer, Wallace, Idaho; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. William Robinson
MOFFIT -- William A. "B.J." Robinson, 84, New Salem, formerly of Moffit, died Aug. 25, 2001, in the New Salem nursing home. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Glencoe Church, with burial in Glencoe Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday at Eastgate Funeral Service, and will continue at the church one hour before services. B.J. was born in Bismarck on Oct. 28, 1916, the son of William C. Robinson and Margaret M. Macdonald. He was raised in the Glencoe and Braddock areas. He graduated from Braddock High School where he and his brothers participated in all sports available. B.J. entered the military in 1942, and served in the South Pacific with the Signal Corps and the Air Corps. He returned to the Moffit-Braddock area and later worked as a rural letter carrier for the local mail route. He married Elona Iwen on June 22, 1957. He lived in Moffit until 1993, and he has resided in New Salem for the past five years. Elona died in 1988. B.J. loved to hunt, fish and was an avid gardener. He could grow anything. He was a member of VFW, American Legion, Eagles and Elks. He took special pride in taking care of the Moffit Methodist Church. He enjoyed and loved his family, and won the hearts of many. B.J. made many friends at Elm Crest and in New Salem during his years at Elm Crest Manor. His family wishes to thank the Elm Crest Manor staff for all their care. He is survived by his daughter, Phyllis Gaschk, New Salem; his grandchildren, Mitchell Gaschk, Bismarck, Michele Ripplinger, Mandan, Bryan Gaschk, Mandan, Cheryl Miller, Shelbyville, Ind., and Dee Ann Gaschk, New Salem; his brother, Don Robinson, Bismarck; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife and one brother.

Peter Touchine
DICKINSON -- Peter Martin Touchine, the infant son of Yazzie Touchine Jr. and Azalea Dewey, Dickinson, was stillborn Aug. 25, 2001, in a Fargo hospital. Graveside services will be held at at 11 a.m. Saturday at Young Bear family cemetery, rural Mandaree. Further arrangements are pending at Fulkerson Funeral Home, Watford City.

Claudia Waldock
PARSHALL -- Claudia Mae Waldock, 49, Parshall, died Aug. 25, 2001, in a Minot hospital. Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Bridget's Catholic Church, Parshall, with burial in Valley View Cemetery, Torrington, Wyo. She is survived by her husband, Steve; two sons, Casey Rankin and Cody Rankin, both of Casper, Wyo.; one stepson, Jason Waldock, Glenrock, Wyo.; one stepdaughter, Jacque Waldock, Glenrock; two sisters, Beverly White, Burns, Wyo., and Frances Forister, San Antonio, Texas; and three brothers, John Gurney, Scottsbluff, Neb., Frank Gurney, Hartselle, Ala., and Robert Gurney, Torrington. Alton White Bear
NEW TOWN -- Alton White Bear, 68, New Town, died Aug. 25, 2001, in a Minot hospital. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Red Butte Community Center, Mandaree, with burial in Wayside Chapel Cemetery, rural New Town. He is survived by three daughters, Constance White Bear, Mandaree, Julie Ortiz, Minneapolis, and Claudette Fox, Fargo; one son, Anthony, Bismarck; five grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Whte Bear Sr., Poplar, Mont., and Virgil Chase Sr., New Town; and one sister, Yvonne Chase, New Town. Mary Zahn
STRASBURG -- Mary Zahn, 91, Strasburg, died Aug. 26, 2001, in the Strasburg care center. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Linton. Further arrangements are pending at Myers Funeral Home, Linton.

Margaret Zeman
MINOT -- Margaret Zeman, 84, Moorhead, Minn., died Aug. 25, 2001, in a Springfield, Mo. hospital. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Bethany Lutheran Church, Minot. Further arrangements are pending at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Alfred Anderson
MCHENRY -- Alfred Anderson, 84, McHenry, died Aug. 27, 2001, in the Cooperstown hospital. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, McHenry. Further arrangements are pending with Evans Funeral Home, Carrington.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy; two sons, Michael, Bismarck, and Marc, Grand Forks; one daughter, Brooke, Grand Forks; four sisters, Naomi Holtan, Washington, Lucille Luff, Taylor, Priscilla Roth, New Leipzig, and Erna Johnson, Nevis, Minn.; and two brothers, Arthur, New England, and Dennis, Taylor. Lucille Green, 91, Lemmon, S.D., formerly of Ralph, S.D., died Aug. 27, 2001, in a Lemmon care center. Services will be held at 10 a.m. MDT Friday at St. Isadore Catholic Church, Ralph. Burial will be in Vessey Cemetery, Harding County, S.D. She is survived by four sons, Eli, Phoenix, Ariz., Mike, Scranton, Tom, Marcola, Ore., and Jim, Ludlow, S.D.; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Alice Cunningham, New Mexico, and Florence Collier, Athens, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Tillie; five sons, O.J., Vern, Dale and Jim, all of Dickinson, and Gordon, Scottsdale, Ariz.; one daughter, Carla Zillich, Dickinson; 11 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one brother, Earl, Bismarck; and two sisters, Clara Glass, Bismarck, and Ruth Koffler, Mandan. Otto Renschler, 95, Mandan, died Aug. 26, 2001, in a Mandan care center. Arrangements are pending with Buehler-Larson Funeral Home, Mandan.

Pauline Wahl
Pauline E. Wahl, 91, Bismarck, died Aug. 24, 2001, in a local care center. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Eastgate Funeral Service Chapel, Bismarck, with the Rev. Rick Fossum officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Bismarck. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. today and for one hour prior to services at Eastgate Funeral Service. Pauline Elizabeth Wahl was born Dec. 18, 1909, in McClusky. She was the daughter of Robert and Essie (Clodfelter) Rishworth. Pauline had two brothers and one sister. She graduated from Jamestown High School and Jamestown College. On May 29, 1936, she and Clifford Wahl were married in Bismarck. Clifford died Sept. 3, 1998. Pauline was a schoolteacher. She taught in McKenzie, Washburn and Bismarck Public Schools. She also taught piano lessons. She was a member of McCabe United Methodist Church and a past member of P.E.O. and North Dakota Eastern Star. Pauline is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Essie and Walter Langemo, Aurora, Colo.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; and two brothers, Robert and Harry.

Phyllis Westgard
PLAZA -- Phyllis Westgard, 71, Plaza, died Aug. 25, 2001, at her home after a battle with cancer. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church, Plaza. Further arrangements are pending with Johnson Funeral Home, Parshall.

Paulina Wutzke
ELGIN -- Paulina Wutzke, 94, Elgin, died Aug. 25, 2001, in the Elgin care center. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. MDT Wednesday at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Elgin. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She is survived by two sons, Ervin and Elmer, both of Elgin; one daughter, Violet Veitz, Elgin; 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; one brother, August Martell, Newburg, Ore.; and five sisters, Olga Hammond, Newburg, Ore., Emma Oset, Billings, Mont., Anna Schmunk, Tegard, Ore., and Elinor Hoks and Alma Martell, both of Elgin. She is survived by one son, Tony, Valparaiso, Ind.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Sylvester Zahn, Linton; and two sisters, Frances Bosch, Bismarck, and Lizzie Schneider, Strasburg. MINOT -- Michael Keller, 77, Minot, died Jan. 10, 2000, in a Minot hospital. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot, with burial in Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine; one daughter, Glorianne Scherr, Minot; two sons, Daniel, Minot, and David, Bismarck; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, John, Minot, and Casper, Moorhead, Minn.; and four sisters, Sister Hildegard Keller, Hankinson, and Lena Hager, Johanna Hovland and Annie Wentz, all of Devils Lake.
