Jason Leroy Robinson

Jason Leroy Robinson, 32, of Mitchell died Thursday, Feb 23, 2006 at his home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, Feb 28, 2006 at the Church of the Nazarene in Scottsbluff with Pastor Daniel Bradshaw officiating. Cremation will be held at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory following the service.

Friends may call at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel between 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 a.m. until noon Tuesday.

Jason was born January 30, 1974 in Scottsbluff, NE to Neil Leroy and Betty Lou (Bauer) Robinson. He received his education in Scottsbluff and was associated with his father at Robinson Tree Farm. He married Jenifer Aikens May 24, 1993 in Torrington, WY.

Jason is survived by his wife Jenifer; son: Zachary Robinson of Mitchell, NE; parents: Neil and Betty Robinson of Scottsbluff, NE; Sisters: Vira (Alfonso) Leal of Scottsbluff, NE and Merna Calderon of Scottsbluff, NE; Brother: Edward (Mary) Robinson, of Gretna, NE; Nephews: Octavio Calderon, Jr., of Scottsbluff, NE, Jacob Robinson of Gretna, NE, Billy Calderon, of Scottsbluff, NE, and Matthew Robinson of Gretna, NE; Nieces: Amanda Leal of Scottsbluff, NE, Heather Ashley Robinson, Gretna, NE, Sierra and Kacey Schlotthauer of Mitchell, NE; 2 great nephews: Adrian & Kaleb Leonhardt of Scottsbluff, NE, and Great Niece Micheala Calderon on Scottsbluff, NE.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, five uncles and one niece.

Edward Earl Bailey

09/13/1923 - 8/31/2004

Edward Earl Bailey, Sr., 80, of Scottsbluff, died Tuesday, August 31, 2004 at Heritage Health Care Center in Gering. A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 3, 2004 at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ron Nuss-Warren officiating. Cremation was held at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory. Interment will be in West Lawn Cemetery in Gering with military honors by Admiral Dewey Post #1681 VFW. M
Edward was born September 13, 1923 in Minatare, NE to Daniel and Julia (Kuntz) Bailey. He grew up in Sheridan, Laramie and Torrington, WY. He entered the US Army August 10, 1940 and received the American Service Theatre Service Medal, the American Defense Service Medal and the European-Africa-Middle Eastern Service Medal. He was honorably discharged July 30, 1945. He returned to Scottsbluff and married Alberta Bullock May 2, 1946 in Scottsbluff. He was employed with United Telephone and Sprint Telephone for thirty-six years and also worked for Lynch Construction and West Nebrask Community College.
Edward is survived by his daughter: Karen Deering of Las Vegas, NV; sons and daughters-in-law: Earl and Bev Bailey of Gering, NE, Wayne and Carol Bailey of Alliance, NE and Danny and Terry Bailey of Scottsbluff, NE; grandchildren: Betty and Bernie Cline of Cordova, Alaska Greg and Alizabeth Benson of Las Vegas, NV, Darci and Darren Larsen of Gering, Kerry and Crystal Bailey of Chadron, NE, Leland Bailey of Kearney, NE, Danelle and David Sullivan of Scottsbluff, Andrea and Erik Lopez of Gering, Christopher Bailey of Fremont, Bryan Bailey of Scottsbluff; great grandchildren: Skyler and Shelby Sullivan of Scottsbluff, Bryana and Brandyn Larsen of Gering, Bailey and Gage Benson of Las Vegas, NV, Paige Lopez of Gering, Tiffany and Taylor Maglasana of Cordova, Alaska and Shea and Tatum Bailey of Chadron; and special friends Ron and Bev Jordan of Scottsbluff.
He was preceded in death by his wife, sister Alma Ray and half brothers Frank, Pete, Henry, Casper and Mike Smith.

Keegan Carter Nagy

09/01/2004 - 9/1/2004

Keegan Carter Nagy, infant son of Autumn Collins and Carl Nagy II who was stillborn on September 1, 2004 at Regional West Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held Friday, September 3, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ed Hunzeker officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. until service at the chapel. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.dugankramer.com.

His is survived by his parents, paternal grandparents Carl and Phyllis Nagy of Mayville, Mich, maternal grandparents Chuck and Winnie Collins of Scottsbluff; aunts and uncles Rhonda (Matt) of Kingston, Mich, Robbin Broadworth (Gerry Gusek) of Kingston, Mich, Ryan Broadworth (Merry Soldan) of Caro, Mich, Tina Beckrow of Vassar, Mich, Derek (Sue) Collins of Caro, Mich, Tammy (Aaron) Phillips of McCook, NE and Terri (Bob) Snover of Caro, Mich and numerous cousins.

Max Valor Peterson

09/19/2003 - 9/4/2004

Max Valor Peterson, 11 month old son of Bruce and Sally Peterson of Scottsbluff, died Saturday, September 4, 2004 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff. Funeral services will be 5:00 p.m. Friday at Grace Chapel in Scottsbluff with Pastor Rich Peterson officiating. A memorial has been established to Grace Chapel.
Max was born September 19, 2003 at Cheyenne, WY to Bruce and Sally (Utley) Peterson.
He is survived by his parents; grandparents: Lois Peterson and Barbara Utley both of Chicago, IL and Red Utley of Providence, KY.

Raymond L. Ricketts

05/29/1933 - 9/9/2004

Raymond L. Ricketts, 71, of Scottsbluff died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004 at his home, surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004 at First Christian Church in Scottsbluff with Pastor Michael Stein officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park with military rites by Admiral Dewey Post #1681.

Raymond Lynal Ricketts was born May 29, 1933 in Alliance to Burley and Maverne (Trittle) Ricketts. He attended school in Alliance, Tacoma, Wash. and Scottsbluff graduating with the class of 1952. After graduation, he joined the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict. He was honorably discharged in 1955. Ray was united in marriage to Shirley Frick, Feb. 18, 1958 and to this union two children were born. The couple later divorced. Ray owned and operated Ricketts’ Used Cars in Gering until the time of his death. He had previously operated a wrecking yard and also a body shop.
Ray was a member of the First Christian Church, being baptized July 23, 1983. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion, and a member of Scotts Bluff Masonic Lodge #201 AF & AM of Gering. He was a former member of the Eagles, Elks, and Moose Lodges. Ray was a very special man, and will live on in the hearts of many.
Ray is survived by his son, Steven of Scottsbluff; daughter DeDe and husband Johnnie Gray of Scottsbluff; step- daughters: Misty and husband Doug Thomas of Gering and Shannon and husband Bill Murray of Evanston, Wyo.; grandchildren: Zach and Zane Ricketts, Jordyn and Karsyn Gray all of Scottsbluff; seven step grandchildren; brother-in-law and friend Lyle Marlin of Scottsbluff, nieces: Charlotte Marlin of Bayard and Sherry and husband Larry Hart of Scottsbluff, great nephews Jason Marlin and Lyle Hart of Scottsbluff and many special friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Ella and grandson Ross McDonald.

Grace L. Warm

07/29/1915 - 9/10/2004

Graveside services for Grace L. Warm, 89, of Seward, who passed away Friday morning September 10, 2004 at Tabitha Hospice in Lincoln will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 13, 2004 at the Angora Cemetery with Pastor Sterling Berry officiating of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

Grace was born July 29, 1915 at Goodstreak in Morrill County, NE. She married Albert D. Warm June 20, 1948 at Scottsbluff, NE and raised her family near Scottsbluff. Her husband preceded her in death March 31, 1976.

She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Scottsbluff.

Survivors include one daughter, Florance A. Swick of Garland, NE, four sons: Milton Warm of Torrington, WY, Marvin Warm of Lincoln, NE, Alvin Warm of Doniphan, NE, and Lloyd Warm of Missouri. One sister: Lillian Townsend of Oregon. Eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Francis "Duke" Dupin Anstine

07/21/1918 - 9/12/2004

Francis Dupin “Duke” Anstine, 86, of Scottsbluff, died Sunday, Sept. 12, 2004, at Regional West Medical Center.

A memorial service for the residents of The Village at Regional West, where Duke and Peg enjoyed living for several years, will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 17. The couple had many friends at the Village.

A public memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 17, at the Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff with Pastor Nancy Tomlinson of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Inurnment will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Park.

Duke was born July 21, 1918, in Seward, to Earl and Ethel (Dupin) Anstine. He graduated from Kearney High School and attended Kearney State College, where he met his future wife, Norma “Peg” Hendrickson. They married Aug. 13, 1939. Duke worked as a salesman in Kearney and Grand Island before he, Peg and their two sons moved to Scottsbluff in 1942. He entered the U.S. Army Air Force in 1943 and served overseas in Guam before leaving the Army February 1946.
The family, which now included a daughter, returned to Scottsbluff January 1948. He worked as a salesman for Curtiss Candy Company and Grantham Wholesale before joining Ledbetters Wholesale Company in 1956; he was a Ledbetters salesman until his retirement in 1987.
Duke was devoted to his family and enjoyed bowling, attending sporting events and traveling. In late July, he traveled to Las Vegas, Nev. to attend the wedding of one of his four granddaughters. He was a lifetime member of the Scottsbluff Elks Lodge and a member of both the VFW and American Legion.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, David and Susan of Seattle, Wash. and Dennis and Jeanne of Portland, Ore.; daughter, Kathy and husband Glenn Proctor of Montesereno, Calif.; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Peg, November 2000; parents; and three brothers and two sisters.

Irene M Badel

10/05/1913 - 9/15/2004

Irene “Ronnie” M. Badel, 90, died September 15, 2004 at Beverly Healthcare in Scottsbluff. Cremation will be held at Sunset Memorial Park. Per Irene’s request, there will be no services held. Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Irene was preceded in death by her husband Dave Badel. She is survived by 3 nephews, 6 nieces; and 2 sister-in-laws.
