Frank E. Gore, BOW

Monday, February 28, 2000

BOW - Frank E. Gore, 84, died Saturday at Concord Hospital.

He was born in Yonkers, N.Y., the son of Caroll and Alice (Dunn) Gore.

He attended school in Yonkers, N.Y., where he was a high school graduate.

He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.

He was a partial owner of Mason Gore Printing in Yonkers, N.Y.

After moving to New Hampshire, he was employed for more than 10 years as a production manager for New Hampshire Insurance in Manchester.

He was a member of the Beaver Meadow Golf Course, a member of the American Legion Post No. 37 in Hooksett and a former commander of the American Legion in North Castle, N.Y.

He was predeceased by two brothers, William Gore and Carroll Gore.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Gore of Bow; three daughters, Earleen Dobens of Goffstown, Brenda Wilder of Manchester and Sherry Patten of Concord; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two nieces and one nephew.

Calling hours will be held tomorrow from 11 a.m. to noon at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 S. Main St., Concord.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow at noon at the chapel of the funeral home.

Burial will be held in the spring at Evans Cemetery in Bow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Merrimack St., Suite 1, Manchester 03101-2244.

Ruth R. Rollins, MILTON, Fla.

Monday, February 28, 2000

MILTON, Fla. - Ruth R. Rollins, 78, formerly of Concord, died Friday at Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton, Fla.

She was born in Medford, Mass., the daughter of James and Catherine (Bowes) Ryan.

She worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire and also worked as a secretary for the American Baptist Churches of Vermont and New Hampshire for several years.

She was a frequent volunteer at libraries and elementary schools and enjoyed painting and reading.

She was predeceased by her husband, William Rollins, in 1993.

She is survived by two sons, Thomas Rollins of Milton, Fla., and Eugene Rollins of Auburn, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., Concord.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 72 S. Main St., Concord.

The Rev. Donald Clinton will be officiating.

Burial will be held at the Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, Tenn., 38101-9929.

William Seidensticker

Monday, February 28, 2000

William A. Seidensticker, 68, of Marion Street in Concord, died yesterday at Concord Hospital.

He was born in Hamilton, Ohio, the son of William and Margaret (Fontaine) Seidensticker.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He was the proprietor of Heights Cleaners in Concord for 45 years.

He was a member of the Concord Elks BPOE No. 1210, where he played in the horseshoe league.

He was also a member of the American Legion Post No. 21, the Turtletown Snowmobile Club of Canterbury, the Bektash Temple Drum and Bugle Corps, the Concord Sunset Softball League and the Concord Community Players.

He enjoyed golfing, hunting and boating.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Seidensticker of Concord; eight sons, William Seidensticker Jr., Mark Seidensticker, David Seidensticker, Justin Seidensticker and Barry Fowler, all of Concord, Cort Seidensticker of Boscawen, Gabriel Seidensticker of Penacook and Frank Davies of Pepperell, Mass.; three daughters, Tamela Dahlrimple and Marsha Gwinn, both of Concord, and Lora Melin of Hamilton, Ohio; a brother, Raymond Densmore of Franklin, N.C.; two sisters, Lucy Wilde of Otto, N.C., and Paulette Densmore of Florida; 13 grandchildren; and two nieces.

Calling hours will be held tomorrow from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., Concord.

An Elks service will be held at 7:30 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Immanuel Community Church, 7 Grover Street, Concord.

The Rev. Norman Christopherson will be officiating.

A private committal service will be held at the New Hampshire Veteran's Cemetery in Boscawen.

Patricia A. McDonald, AUGUSTA, Ga.

Sunday, February 27, 2000

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Patricia A. McDonald, 48, of Walton Way, died Friday at St. Joseph Hospital.

She was born in New York City and was a volunteer for St. Joseph Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel McDonald of Augusta, Ga.; three sons, John Thompson and Bryan Thompson, both of Concord, and Neil Thompson of Augusta, Ga.; three brothers, William Ryan Jr. of Holtsville, N.Y., Thomas Ryan of Edgefield, S.C., and John Ryan of Augusta, Ga.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Mary on the Hill Catholic Church in Augusta, Ga.

The Rev. Robert Girardeau will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2623 Washington Rd., Augusta, Ga. 30904.

M. Alice Pyne Sigman, APACHE JUNCTION, Ariz.

APACHE JUNCTION, Ariz. - M. Alice (O' Connell) Pyne Sigman, 91, a former resident of Nashua, died Jan. 30 in Arizona.

She was born in Lawrence, Mass., the daughter of James and Zina Sigman.

She was employed for 35 years in the office of J.F. McElwyn Co. and retired in 1973.

She was a member of the Nashua chapter of the AARP, where she served as a state director and a president for two years.

She is survived by her husband, James Sigman; a son, Lillian Bellisle of Hudson; three daughters, Barbara Kearn of Pelham, Bette-Ann Roy of Apache Junction, Ariz., and Jean Laton of Bow; a sister, Evelyn Hopkinton of Newburyport, Mass.; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a niece and a nephew.

A funeral Mass will be held May 6th at St. Patrick's Church in Lawrence, Mass.

Burial will be held May 6th at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, Mass.

The Mesa Heritage Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.

Joseph B. Tracy Sr., EASTON, Mass.

EASTON, Mass. - Joseph B. Tracy, 38, died Tuesday at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, Mass.

He was born in Brockton, Mass., the son of Bernard and Mary (Dillon) Tracy. He had lived in Easton, Mass., for most of his life, having briefly lived in Manchester and Hillsboro.

He was a graduate of Oliver Ames High School in Easton, Mass., and attended Hesser College in Manchester.

For the past three years, he worked as a technician at Modern Auto Body in Brockton, Mass.

He had previously worked in the security department at St. Anselm College in Goffstown and New England College in Henniker.

He was a registered EMT and a member of the NRA and GOAL.

He is survived by his parents, of Easton, Mass.; a son, Joseph Tracy Jr. of Concord; two brothers, Sean Tracy of Easton, Mass., and Patrick Tracy of West Bridgewater, Mass.; a sister, Maureen Temple of Chelmsford, Mass.; his maternal grandmother, Helen Dillon of Avon, Mass.; and his former wife, Kris (Bennett) Tracy of Concord.

Calling hours were held Friday at the George L. Copeland & Son Funeral Home in Easton, Mass.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated yesterday at the Holy Cross Church in Easton, Mass.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, Mass. 01701.
