KAREN M. ARNTS
BEDFORD – Karen M. Arnts, 62, died Aug. 9, 2006, at Eliot Hospital.
She was born May 31, 1944, in Manchester to Robert H. Messier Sr. and Blanche (Gosselin) Messier.

Mrs. Arnts was employed at Messier Insurance, Chase and Durant Insurance, State of New Hampshire Insurance Commission and Mountain Valley Indemnity.

She was a member of the New Hampshire Insurance Women’s League, St. Anthony Choir, a volunteer at St. Peter Home, a past president of Notre Dame Alumni Association, a member of the board of directors at Notre Dame College, Christian Service Committee, Welcome Committee of St. Anthony of Padua Church, and was instrumental in organizing class reunions for St. Anthony School.

Mrs. Arnts loved her grandchildren.

In addition to her mother of Manchester, family members include her husband, Michael Arnts of Bedford; two sons, Marc A. Arnts of Crystal, Maine, and Matthew A. Arnts of Bedford; a grandson, Daniel Arnts of Crystal; a granddaughter, Rose Arnts of Crystal; two brothers, Robert H. Messier Jr. of Manchester and George A. Messier of Wellington, Conn., and nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial donations may be made to St. Anthony Building Fund, 172 Belmont St., Manchester, NH 03013; or American Cancer Association, Gail Singer Memorial Bldg., 366 Route 101, Suite 501, Bedford, NH 03110.

THERESE (BUSSIERE) HEBERT
BEDFORD – Therese (Bussiere) Hebert died July 29, 2006, at Ridgewood Genesis Center in Bedford, surrounded by her family.
She was a devoted wife, a dedicated mother and a cherished friend. She worked with her husband of 39 years in their business known as “Green Lumber Company” in Hooksett. She then worked at Southern New Hampshire University in the Food Prep. Dept. After her early retirement, she had the opportunity to travel extensively.

She was predeceased by her husband, Roger Hebert and a great-grandson, Daniel Richard Lincoln.

Family members include her son, Richard Hebert and his wife, Claudette (Claudy Lavigne) Hebert, a daughter, Lucille Hebert Cote and her husband, William Cote of Hooksett; three grandchildren, Mark Hebert and his wife, Joy Hebert of Pittsburg, Michelle (Hebert) Lincoln and her husband, Daniel Lincoln of Hooksett, and Richard Hebert and his wife, Susan (Magnant) Hebert of Georgia, Vt.; two sisters- in-law, Carmeline Bussiere of Manchester and Germaine Bussiere of Jacksonville, Ark., six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and godchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation, as children were Mrs. Hebert’s first love. She thanks you kindly.

JAMES F. GREGORIO
NEW BOSTON – James F. Gregorio, 59, of 60 Arrowwood Road, New Boston, died Aug. 19, 2006, at Community Hospice House in Merrimack.
He was born Jan. 31, 1947, in Sommerville, Mass., to James S. and Lillian (Felix) Gregorio. He was a New Hampshire resident since 1970 and a New Boston resident for the past 16 years.

Mr. Gregorio was an Army veteran who fought in Vietnam.

He worked as a suppression salesman for Simplex Grinnell for the past 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, liked watching the Red Sox and loved to wear his cowboy boots. He also enjoyed listening and singing to Beatles songs.

Family members include his wife of 15 years, Gale (Driesse) Gregoire; two sons, Terry Gregorio and his wife, Billie, of New Boston and John Theriault and his wife, Brenda, of Manchester; three daughters, Allison Gregorio of Salem, Ashley Gregorio and her companion, Josh Gregory, of New Boston, and Jessica Theriault and her longtime companion, Robert Brooks, of New Boston; six grandchildren, Tinisha Mendes of New Boston, Aaron Theriault and Zach Theriault, both of Manchester, and Kelsey Gregorio, Darcy Gregorio and Molly Gregorio, all of New Boston; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to the Community Hospice House, 21 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH 03054.

PATRICIA H. COTE
AUBURN – Patricia H. Cote, 54, died Aug. 19, 2006, at Community Hospice House after a lengthy battle with ALS.
She was born June 7, 1952, in Manchester, to Louis and Marjorie (Amadon) Hilliard.

She attended local schools and graduated from Manchester Central High School. She attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated from the Elliot Hospital School of Radiologic Technology.

Prior to her illness, she was employed as a radiologic technologist at Elliot Hospital for 30 years.

She was a communicant of St. Peter Church and a member of the parish Ladies Guild. She was also active in the Auburn school system PTA.

Family member include her husband of 21 years, William F. Cote of Auburn; two daughters, Meagan and Emily Cote of Auburn; a son, Nathan Cote of Auburn; a stepson, Mark Cote of Manchester; her mother of Manchester; three sisters, Mrs. Walter (Sharon) Jensen of Concord, Mrs. Justin (Judith) Rodriquez of Manchester, and Mrs. Mark (Donna) Leonard of Auburn; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to the ALS Association of Northern New England, The Concord Center, 10 Ferry St., Suite 438, P.O. Box 314, Concord, NH 03301.

PHILIP V. RUSSO
GOFFSTOWN – Philip V. Russo, 49, of Goffstown died at his residence Aug. 19, 2006, after a lengthy illness.
He was born July 28, 1957, to Pietro and Lorraine (Lamothe) Russo. He was raised and educated in Nashua and was a graduate of Nashua High School. He lived most of his life in the Goffstown area.

Mr. Russo was employed at the Villager adult care center in Goffstown as a caregiver. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and camper.

He will long be remembered as a very caring person, and loved to give of himself and his time to others.

Mr. Russo was predeceased by a brother, Vincent Russo in 1995.

Family members include his father, Pietro Russo of Manchester; his mother, Lorraine Russo of Goffstown; a sister, Anita Kelliher of Goffstown; a nephew, Christopher Kelliher of Goffstown; and close friends, Joann and Butch Brodeur of Goffstown.

French and Rising Funeral Home in Goffstown handled the arrangements.

ANTONIA M. HERSEY
GOFFSTOWN – Antonia M. Hersey, 80, died Aug. 19, 2006, at her residence after a lengthy illness.
She was born May. 11, 1926, in Salzburg, Austria, to Edward and Antonia Sauer. She was a resident of the area most of the life.

Mrs. Hersey worked in the shoe industry in Manchester for many years. She enjoyed bingo. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert M. Hersey, and by two sons, Fredrick Hersey, and Richard Hersey.

Family members include six children, Fredrick Hersey of Goffstown, Margery Lamy of Manchester, Linda Roberge of Goffstown, Robert Hersey of Henniker, Kathleen Scanlan of Goffstown, and Thomas Hersey of Keene; 15 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

ETHEL E. NOYES
EPSOM – Ethel E. “Gram” Noyes, 89, died suddenly Aug. 13, 2006.
She was born March 3, 1917, in Woods Hole, Mass., to Edna M. (Douglas) and Charles A. Gardner. She grew up on Moose Mountain Road (Goss Road) in Hanover with her 10 siblings.

She graduated in 1935 from Hanover High School.

She married Richard Noyes in 1936. They made their home in Laconia. Then in 1947, Mr. and Mrs. Noyes moved to Silver Lake in Belmont. Since 1996, she has made her home in Epsom with her son David and his wife, Sonia.

Mrs. Noyes worked at Hunter Hosiery in Belmont, then at New Hampshire Split Ball Bearing in Laconia.

She was an avid walker, knitter and bird watcher. She was a friend to all.

Mrs. Noyes was predeceased by her husband, Richard; and two grandsons, Richard Noyes and Thomas Noyes.

Family members include sons, David R. Noyes and his wife, Sonia, of Epsom; a son, Roger A. Noyes and his wife, Joan, of Rangeley, Maine; two grandchildren, William Noyes of Epsom and Janet Delmar of Manchester, Maine; and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Epsom Rescue Squad, 1714 Dover Road, Epsom, NH 03234.

CLAIRE F. HEBERT
HOOKSETT – Claire F. Hebert, 72, died Aug. 10, 2006, at home surrounded by her family and friends following a brief battle with cancer.
She was born Nov. 10, 1933, in Manchester to Wilfred and Rose Eva (Lescatre) Cloutier. She was educated in the Manchester school system. She was born, raised and lived in Manchester until 1984, when she moved to Hooksett.

Mrs. Hebert was a dedicated and loving homemaker and mother. She truly enjoyed spending time with her family.

She enjoyed camping and loved crafts.

Family members include her husband of 52 years, Donald A. Hebert of Hooksett; a son, Donald M. Hebert of Weare; a daughter, Renee Gelinas of Warner; four grandchildren; a brother, Normand Coultier of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to VNA Hospice, 1850 Elm St., Manchester NH, 03104.

Cremation Services of New Hampshire handled the arrangements.

DYLAN ELIJAH CAMPBELL
NEW BOSTON – Dylan Elijah Campbell, died suddenly Aug. 18, 2006.
He lived in New Boston for the past three weeks. During the three months he was alive, Dylan shared a great amount of love and joy with his family.

Family members include his mother, Holly Michelle Campbell of New Boston; a brother, Joshua Scott Cargle of New Boston; grandparents, Bill and Cathy Campbell of New Boston; and an aunt and uncle, Elizabeth and Evan Campbell, both of New Boston.

French and Rising Funeral Home in Goffstown handled the arrangements.

JACKIE LACASSE
MANCHESTER – Jackie Lacasse, 69, of 307 Douglas St., died Aug. 14, 2006, at Elliot Hospital.
She was born Sept. 9, 1926, in Hooksett to Ernest and Evelyn Lacasse. She was a lifelong resident of the area. She was active with the Moore Center and also at Douglas Street Group Home.

She loved to shop, listen to country music and go to concerts.

Family members include cousins; and her friends at the Moore Center and Douglas Street Home.

DOROTHY GAMELIN
PEMBROKE – Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” (Coll) Gamelin, 84, of Prospect Street, died Sept. 8, 2006, at the Concord Hospital, after a period of failing health.
She was born Nov. 17, 1921, in Allenstown to Octave and Albia (Letendre) Coll. She was a life resident of the Pembroke-Allenstown area.

Mrs. Gamelin graduated from Pembroke Academy and earned her nursing degree from the Notre Dame School of Nursing in Manchester. She was employed as a private duty nurse at the Notre Dame Hospital and spent 30 years with the Concord Hospital, many of them as the head nurse on the maternity ward.

She was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church and a member of the Ladies of St. Anne and the St. Theresa Rosebush Society. She was also a member of the Suncook Valley VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

She was predeceased by her husband, George “Pete” Gamelin, who died in 1987.

Family members inlcude a daughter and son-in-law, Celeste and Daryl Borgman of Pembroke; a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Gail Gamelin of Allenstown; four grandchildren, Nicole Martin, Brian Gamelin, Ryan Borgman and Jamie Lambert; and five great-grandchildren, Chelsea and Alyssa Martin, Laura and Bradley Gamelin and Carter Lambert.

Memorial donations may be made to the Tri-Town Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 219, Suncook, NH 03275.
