William F. Ordille, age 80, of Hammonton, NJ, passed away Thursday, April 19, at Innova Health and Rehab in Hammonton, NJ. Bill graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1949. He attended Lineotype Institute of Philadelphia while working at Ventnor Print Shop. In 1951, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. At boot camp, he was chosen to lead the drill team and call cadence. Serving in communications, he intercepted a Russian code and was responsible for locating a Russian submarine. While stationed in North Africa, he was one of 40 men honored to have an audience with Pope Pius XII, a very memorable and important experience for him. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1955.
Bill worked at Whitehall Laboratories for 7 years before beginning his career in electronic and print media. He was employed at WNJH (WRDR) radio for 12 years before joining Times Graphics, where he served as advertising manager of several local newspapers, including the Hammonton News. He earned an award from the News Media Organization for creating the "Shop Locally Campaign" which became popular with many advertising agencies. In 1988, he received the employee of the year award. After 17 years, he retired from Times Graphics and dedicated all of his time to Mainline Card and Gift Shop, which he founded and owned for 33 years.
During Bill's early years, he worked with Al Mulliner and Herb Juliano to form the first Little League team in NJ. The Hammonton Little League team won the World Championship in 1949. He also established a basketball program for St. Joseph's middle school students. In 1964, he was named graduate of the year and received an award from St. Joseph Alumni Association for outstanding work with parish youth and his dedication to St. Joseph School.
In 1999, he was inducted into St. Joseph High School Athletic Hall of Fame in recognition of his contributions on and off the playing field. In 2004, he received the "Nice Going Award" from the Chamber of Commerce in recognition of his years of service to the community. He was past president of the Greater Hammonton Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, St. Joseph's Alumni Association, and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He will be most remembered for his love and dedication to his family, church, and community.
He was predeceased by his two sons, William Francis Jr. and John Gerard(Jack), his parents, John B. and Anna Ordille, his siblings, Anthony, Charles(Rose), John, Robert, Joseph(Mildred), and Marietta Ordille. Surviving are his wife, Patricia(nee Christopher), daughter Pamela Raymond and her husband Stephen of Moorestown, NJ, daughter-in-law, Denise Ordille of Hammonton, NJ, sister-in-law, Rose Ordille of Somers Point, NJ, loving grandfather of Bailey Patricia Raymond, Bethany Rose Raymond and William Robert Ordille, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Frank J. Domenico Jr., 59, of Hammonton, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012. Frank was born in Hammonton and was a lifelong resident. He was a 1970 graduate of Hammonton High School. For years, Frank owned and operated a local painting and paper-hanging business. He was then employed by Trump Marina (now Golden Nugget) in Atlantic City for 14 years, where he was a member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. Frank was a loyal member of the Giuseppe Garibaldi Lodge # 1658 of the Order Sons of Italy in America. Frank loved fishing, driving his 1969 GTO, and spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving is his devoted wife of 35 years Judith (nee Morano); his parents Frank, Sr. and Dorothy (nee Bottino); and his children Bianca Herrmann (Mark) of Hammonton, and April (her fiancé Sharbel Tabachri) of Hammonton. Brother to Carmella Bencivenga (Ben) of Galloway.
Loving grandfather to Cole and Reese, and uncle to Tara, Krista, and Luke.

James W. Garrison, age 84 of Hammonton, passed away Friday April 27, 2012 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bridgeton, NJ, Jim moved to Hammonton in 1949 where he met and married the love of his life Adeline Tomasello. After high school he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
"Bones" retired from Atlantic City Electric Company after 33 years of service as a lineman and systems inspector. During that time he served as Shop Steward for IBEW Local 210. He served on the Hammonton Town Council for over 10 years, was a Trustee for over 20 years at St. Anthony of Padua Church, a Hammonton Fire Co. #2 honorary fireman, a member of the Sons of Italy Giuseppe Garibaldi Lodge # 1658 where he served as an officer and as Sergeant at Arms at numerous State Conventions, member of the Knights of Columbus and a coach for the Hammonton Little League. Predeceased by his parents Joel and Alice (nee Simpkins), brothers Kennedy, Robert, Gene, Charles and sister Frances Probasco. Surviving are his wife Adeline (nee Tomasello) four sons James L (Melinda), John C. (Cyndy), William B. (Carla) and Michael A. Alice A. Rodi, 88, of Hammonton, passed away Tuesday May 1, 2012. Alice was born in Shelby, Ohio and has been a resident of Hammonton for 35 years. Alice's favorite activity was gardening and took great pride in her grounds. She has received numerous awards for gardening. Alice was the runner up for The Mrs. America Pageant in Ohio. Alice loved to ballroom dance, play tennis and enjoyed being by the water. Surviving are her husband Dr. Alexander E. Rodi, her children Michael E. Minck (Pam), Susan Brenner (Ronald), Betsy Taylor (Leonard), Dr. Alexander E. Rodi, Jr. (Linda), Stephen Rodi (Martina),Lucinda G. Edwards (Michael), Stephanie A. Teresa Ann Cabrera ( nee Riley ) age 60 of Collings Lakes, NJ died Monday April 30, 2012 at Virtua Hospital in Berlin, NJ. Born in Baltimore, MD she has lived in Collings Lakes, NJ since 1978. Teresa graduated from Atlantic Community College and Rowan University with a bachelor's degree in Nursing. She worked as a Charge Nurse at W.B. Kessler Memorial Hospital from 1983 - 1989. Teresa put herself through college while working at Mrs. Paul's for 10 years. Her passion was playing Bingo. Predeceased by her son Edwin D. Cabrera, III. Surviving are her husband Edwin D. Cabrera, I. Three daughters, Rose Marie Cabrera of Minotola, NJ, Cassandra and Cimone Cabrera both at home. Marie Irene Triboletti ( nee Panichello ) age 89 of Atco, NJ died Weds. Feb. 27, 2013 at Genesis Voorhees Center. Born in Atco, NJ she was a lifelong resident. Marie worked as a Sales Clerk for Ideal Manufacturing Company in Hammonton, NJ for over 30 years. She was a former member of the P.T.A. at Assumption School in Atco. Marie was a wonderful homemaker and excellent cook. Her passion and focus was always family. She loved to travel with her family and spend time with her dogs Queenie and Cupid.
Predeceased by her husband Vincent R. Triboletti, parents Sam and Irene Panichello, brothers Samuel and Robert Panichello and sister Jean Barbagallo. Surviving are her son Vincent S. Triboeltti and his companion Ellen Pennetti of Atco, NJ and daughter Donna Jacobs of Millville, NJ. Joseph F. Umosella, Jr. age 72 of Hammonton and Ft. Lauderdale, FL passed away Monday February 18, 2013 in Ft. Lauderdale. Joe was born in Woodbury and a Hammonton resident. He was a graduate of Overbrook High School Class of 1959 and Delaware Valley College 1963. Joe enjoyed a long and successful career in the businesses he founded, Universal Supply Company in 1965, Patriot Manufacturing in 1979 and Soluna Yacht Company in 2006 where he employed over 1,000 people. He lived by the golden rule to treat others as you would like to be treated. He was a member of Mullica Twp. School Board, Kessler Hospital Foundation Board, Kiwanis Club of Hammonton and Offshore Powerboat Assoc. Joe was involved in many charities including Delaware Valley College Alumni, St. Joseph High School, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, ALS, Hammonton Youth Assoc., Republican Party and various medical institutions. Joe's generosity and kind spirit was recognized by Hammonton Chamber of Commerce "Industry of the Year" Universal Supply Co., Hammonton Chamber of Commerce "Nice Going Award", New Jersey Lumberman's "Man of the Year". In honor of Joe's dedication to Delaware Valley College. The college is building "The Joseph Umosella Atrium."

Bernard J. "Benny" Massara age 92 of Hammonton, passed Monday March 11, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Ben was a 1938 graduate of Hammonton High School. He served one year in the U.S. Army and four years in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged as a 1st class radar man on the U.S.S. Collahan. Ben's favorite past times were gardening and riding his bike through the streets of Hammonton. He retired as a superintendent of the Hammonton Water Dept. after 38 years of service. Ben was notably honored with a lifetime achievement award from the South Jersey Water Professionals Assn. Ben was a life member of Hammonton Rescue Squad, (serving on the Executive Board for the past 12 years), and Hammonton Fire Co #1 for over 45 years being instrumental in many milestones achieved by both companies. He was the recipient of "Nice Going Award" from the Hammonton Chamber of Commerce; "Man of the Year" by the Kiwanis International Public Works; "Service Above Self Award" by the Rotary Club, and "Firefighter of the Year Award" in 1978. Ben served as a Hammonton Police Reservist in the 1950's, and was a member of St. Martin de Porres Church where he served as an usher. Ben is predeceased by his wife Sue ( nee DiLullo ) , parents Giacomo and Eleanor Massara and sister Nicolette Gazzara. Elizabeth W. Williamson (nee Blazer) age 103 of Hammonton, passed away Weds. March 6, 2013 at her residence, with her loving family by her side. Born in Folsom, she was a lifelong area resident. She worked for many years as a Practical Nurse at the Crestview Nursing Home in Marlton, NJ. She loved to crochet, do crossword puzzles, spend time in the kitchen cooking and baking and staying up late watching television. Most of all she loved to help and take care of friends. Elizabeth is predeceased by her husband Jack, daughter Emma Neumann, grandson Robert Robeson, parents William and Louise Blazer, brother Edward Blazer and sisters Anna Marinella and Mabel Jacobs.
Surviving are her daughters, Serene Marino - Bartolone and husband Joseph and Doloris Robeson both of Hammonton. Loving grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 9.

Jean R. Liberto (nee Bertino) 76 of Hammonton, passed Tuesday March 12, 2013 at her home, with her loving family. Born in Hammonton, she was a lifelong resident. Jean was a 1954 graduate of St. Joseph High School. She received her BA in Education from Immaculata College in 1958 and her MA in Education from Rowan University in 1990. Jean was a teacher for the Folsom School District for 30 years. She was a member of St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish- St. Martin de Porres Church, president of the Altar Rosary and a member of the Church merger CORE team. In 2000, she received the Teacher of the Year Award from Governor's Teacher Recognition Program. In 2013 Jean was inducted into the St. Joseph High School Athletic Hall of Fame. She is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Anna Bertino. Jean is survived by her husband of 52 years David S., her children Anne Liberto-Black and her husband Jack, Bebe Liberto and David J. and his fiancée Stephanie Baugh and her son Matthew. Loving grandmother of Harry and Samantha Prokosa and John David Black. Sister to MaryAnn Pinto and sister in law to Jean Liberto, Josephine Liberta, Jean and Edward Liberto and Rudy and Delores Liberto.

Athanasios Antonios Mertis, age 77 of Vineland, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at his residence. Born in Lavda Greece, he retired from Whitehall Labs in Hammonton. He also worked at W. B. Kessler Clothing Company and UBIA Sportswear in Hammonton and Pan's TV in Vineland. Surviving are his wife Antonia (nee Marketti) 2 sons Antonios Mertis and his wife Madeline of Vineland and Manny Mertis and his wife Gina of Hammonton. Dear brother of George Mertis of Australia, Panagiotis Mertis, Evenia Kalogridis and Toula Zoitou all of Greece. Loving grandfather of Saki,Nia, Manny and Stephen Mertis. Lawrence "Doug" DeGolia age 70 of Blue Anchor, NJ passed Sunday March 10, 2013 at his home. Born in Bristol, CN he lived in Blue Anchor most of his life. Doug retired from Atlantic City Electric Company with over 36 years of service as a Troubleman. He was a Section Warden with the Department of Forest Fire Services Division in Mays Landing, NJ for 40 years. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and uncle.
Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Katherine DeGolia and brother Paul DeGolia. Surviving are his wife Pat( nee Newell ). Mary worked for over 25 years as a Seamstress for Elm Dress Shop. She was a member of the Hammonton Senior Citizens. Mary is predeceased by her husband Joseph, daughter Rita M. Barbara Lynn Flemming ( nee Yakubovsky ) age 43, passed away on April 2 at the home of her parents with her loving family by her side. Born May 31, 1969 on her father's birthday. She graduated from Hammonton High School in 1987 and worked for many years as office manager and event coordinator for Computer Measurement Group Head Quarters in Turnersville, NJ. She spent her life bringing joy to everyone she met, loved and worked with. Barbara also served as part time mom to her nieces and nephews. We are sure that God will be glad to have her help with his busy schedule. She loved animals, camping, traveling, shopping, and most of all being with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband Bob Flemming III of Williamstown, NJ. Her parents Mike and Barbara(Steele) Yakubovsky of Hammonton, her brother Michael(Lynn) Yakubovsky of Monroeville, NJ. Her sister Deborah(Blaze) Basich of Pittsgrove, NJ. Her maternal Grandmother Catherine Steele, her paternal Grandmother Mary Yakubovsky and many close uncles, aunts, and cousins. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre cemetery 124 S. First Road Hammonton, NJ. Donations may be made to Oasis Animal Sanctuary PO Box 3 Williamstown, NJ 08094. or St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish 3rd and French Streets Hammonton, NJ 08037.
