Kathryn Lewis
Residence: Millville, NJ

March 9, 1912 - February 17, 2008

Kathryn Holmes Lewis, of Millville, NJ passed away
early Sunday morning at home after being in
failing health. Mrs. Lewis was born in Millville
and was a longtime resident of Vineland prior to
returning to Millville in 2000. She was the
daughter of the late Mary (Bowring) & Albert E.
Holmes, wife of the late Robert T. Lewis and
mother of the late Suzanne L. Peters who died in
January 2008. Mrs. Lewis was a member of the
S.Vineland United Methodist Church & the United
Methodist Women. Kathryn was a member of the
Ranch Hope Aux and active in the Tarkiln Acres
Luncheon Program. She was a graduate of Vineland
High School Class of 1931. She is survived by her
son, Robert T. Lewis, Jr. of Vineland, Six
grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, two
great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and
nephews. Her funeral service will be conducted at
10 a.m. on Thursday in the Pancoast Funeral Home,
676 S. Main Rd., Vineland, NJ where relatives &
friends will be received from 9 to 10 a.m. .
Burial will be in the Siloam cemetery, Vineland.

Virginia Mangano
Residence: Vineland, NJ

April 23, 1957 - February 14, 2008

Virginia Mangano, age 50, of Vineland, passed away
Thursday at the SJH Regional Medical Center in
Vineland. Born in Camden, NJ, Virginia resided in
Vineland at the Reeves Cottage in the Vineland
Developmental Center for most of her life.
Predeceased by her mother, Elaine (Vernamonti)
Mangano, she is survived by; Her father, John P.
Mangano & his wife Anna of Mullica Hill; 2
sisters, Angela A. Steffens & her husband Paul of
Palm Harbor, FL & Melissa K. Haas & her husband
John of Millville;A nephew, Paul J. Steffens; A
niece, Jaclyn Haas & several cousins. Her memorial
service will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in
the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd.,
Vineland. The family will receive relatives &
friends from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral
home. Interment will be private. For those who
wish, memorial contributions may be made to the
Vineland Developmental Center, PO Box 1513,
Vineland, NJ 08362-1513.

Rose Paris
Residence: Vineland, NJ

May 31, 1925 - February 14, 2008

Rose Paris (nee DiPasquale), of Buena, NJ passed
away on February 14th at South Jersey Regional
Medical Center. Rose was born in Vineland and was
married to Domenick Paris for fifty-eight years.
She was a devoted wife and mother to her sons,
Domonic, William and Richard. Rose loved her
grandchildren, Damien, Danielle, Steven, Auguste,
Donte & Olivier as well as her two great
grandchildren, Joseph and David. She will be
dearly missed by her family, sisters, Helen
Gubitosi, Pat DiPasquale and Step-brother, Jim
Keenan. Rose loved to garden, her flowers,
sitting outdoors, family gatherings and going to
the casinos. “Courage doesn’t always roar.
Sometimes it is the quiet voice at the end of the
day.” Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30
AM on Monday in the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S.
Main Rd., Vineland, NJ with burial to follow in
the Sacred Heart R.C. cemetery. Relatives &
friends will be received on Sunday from 2:00-4:00
& again on Monday from 9:30-10:30 at Pancoast’s.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be
made to the American Heart Association, 2550 Rt. 1

Helen Kalla
Residence: Vineland, NJ

July 9, 1931 - February 14, 2008

Helen A. Kalla, age 76, of Vineland, passed away
after an extended illness at her home on Thursday,
February 14, 2008, surrounded by her family. Born
in the borough of Pine Hill on July 9, 1931, she
was the daughter of the late Mary (Stemelsky) &
John Wrobel. Helen was raised in Newfield &
resided in Vineland since 1963. She was a former
glass worker for several factories in Cumberland
County, and was a devoted wife, mother, and
homemaker. Helen was the former president of the
Vineland chapter of The Evanoff Foundation For
Retarded Citizens and the former secretary of
Cumberland County’s Green Political Party. She
was an avid gardener, who enjoyed drawing and
writing. Mother of the late Kathleen Wright (2006)
& Martin Kalla (1970);

She is survived by her beloved husband of over 56
years, Edward Kalla; Five children, Alexander
Kalla & his wife Yvonne of Vineland, Mark Kalla of
Delaware, Eric Kalla & his wife Melanie of
Dividing Creek, Bruce Kalla & his wife Patricia of
Newfield & Edward S. “Eddie” Kalla & his fiancée
Melissa of Vineland; 9 grandchildren & several
great grandchildren.

Her funeral services will be conducted at 1:30
p.m. Monday, in the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S.
Main Rd., Vineland, where relatives & friends will
be received from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Interment will be private.

Carmella Lanzilotti
Residence: Vineland, NJ

June 1, 1908 - February 14, 2008

Carmella (Ciocco) Lanzilotti, age 99, of Vineland,
passed away Saturday at the SJH-Reg. Medical Cntr.
in Vineland.Born in Compobasso, Italy, she was a
long time Vineland area resident. Carmella was a
garment worker for the Amalgamated Clothing
Workers of America Union working most recently in
Philadelphia. She was a long time active
parishioner and choir member at Queen of Angels
Parish-Our Lady of Victories RC Church in
Landisville.Wife of the late Peter Lanzilloti, she
is survived by; A nephew, Joseph Ciocco & his wife
Irene of Vineland

2 nieces, Antoinette Green & her husband Zen of
Berlin, & Mary Pagano of Seattle, WA.; Her best
friends, Josephine & Al Otero of Williamstown; &
Several great nieces & great nephews.

Her funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10:30
a.m. Wednesday at the Queen of Angels Parish-Our
Lady of Victories RC Church, 202 N. Blvd. in
Landisville, where relatives & friends will be
received from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will
follow in the parish cemetery. Args. are by the
Pancoast Funeral Home of Vineland, and to email
