Sherrie E. Bartleson, 46, of Quakertown, PA, died on Sunday, February 2, 2002 in Beverly Health Care at Lansdale, PA. Born in Cape May Court House, NJ, she has lived in Quakertown for the past 10 years coming from Dennisville, NJ. She was a clerk for Prudential Insurance Company in Linwood, NJ, and the Wheaton Candle Company in Tuckahoe, NJ.

She is survived by her brother: Harry R. Bartleson, Jr. and his wife Sara of Dennisville; two nephews: Joshua Stagg, of Cape May Court House, and Jason Bartleson, of Dennisville.

Memorial Funeral Liturgy will be said on Saturday, February 16, at 10:00 AM at St. Casimir's RC Church, 304 Clay St., Woodbine. Interment is private. Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Center, c/o St. Casimir's RC Church, 304 Clay St., Woodbine, NJ 08270.

Bauder, Marie

BAUDER, on February 9, 2002, MARIE L. (nee Thatcher) of Marlton, NJ. Formerly of Philadelphia. Age 79. Beloved wife of Raymond T. Bauder. Mother of Albert Z. Conner of Stafford County, VA. Also survived by her 3 grandchildren: Marshall, Owen, and Gavin. Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt 73 & Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ (856-983-1005). A Memorial Service will follow at 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Marie’s name to the charity of your choice.

Bell, Adelaide J.

Adelaide J. Bell, 88, a former resident of Cape May County, died on Sunday, June 27, 2004 at the Laughlin Health Care Center in Greenville, TN. She was the daughter of the late John and May (Hinkle) Johnson. She was a retired secretary of the Cape May County Board of Health and was also secretary of the Union of the Board of Health. She was a pioneer of computer literacy education for seniors at the Health Care Center. She attended the Bethel Baptist Church of Greenville. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and a loving wife to her late husband, Albert, who died in 1997.

She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen (Frank) Lashley of St. James Community, TN, and Karen (Joe) DellaPenna of Afton, TN; a son, Joseph Helfer of Vineland; a brother, Keith Johnson of Berlin; several nieces and nephews, including two special nieces in Greencastle, PA and one special niece in Chester, PA. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Annamay Chestnut, three grandsons, and five siblings. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2004 at 5:30 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Interment is private.

Boggs, Beulah V.

BEULAH V. BOGGS passed away on March 25, 2004, in Marlton, NJ. Formerly of Mechanicsburg, PA and Bel Air, MD. She was 94. Wife of the late James H. Boggs. Survived by her daughters: Catherine Epperly of Bel Air, MD, Betty B. Patterson of Merchantville, NJ and Doris G. Haines New Cumberland, PA. The viewing and funeral was held on Tuesday March 30, 2004, at the Wiley Church in Marlton, NJ. Burial was in Jarrettsville cemetery in Jarrettsville.

Bogucki, Eleanor G.

Eleanor G. (Martin) Bogucki, 75, of Shawcrest, died on Thursday, July 8, 2004 at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. She was born in Chester, PA, the daughter of the late John and Jennie (Szymanski) Tulodziecski. She moved here in 1981 from Aston, PA. She was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church.

She is survived by her son, Stanley J. of Shawcrest; two grandchildren, Helena Reep and John Bogucki; and one great grandchild, Daisy Reep. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Bogucki, Jr. in 1984.

Funeral Liturgy will be said on Monday, July 12, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Church, East Mechanic Street and Garden State Parkway, Cape May Court House. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery. Friends may call on Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House.

Bradley, Adele

BRADLEY, on Jan 15, 2004, Adele (nee Vanderslice) of Marlton. Age 71. Beloved wife of the late William T. Bradley and loving mother of 3 daughters; Deborah Driver of Pittsgrove, NJ, Kim Sabad of Mt. Laurel and Susan Taylor of Marlton and a son, William T. Bradley, Jr. of Marlton. Devoted grandmother of 13 and great grandmother of 2. Dear sister Marilyn Schlader of Washington, NJ. Adele was her grandchildren's most avid sports fan. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Tuesday from 7-9pm and Wednesday from 10:30-11:30am at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 & Evesham Rd. Marlton where a Funeral Service will be held at 11:30am. Interment Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial cemetery, Arneytown NJ. Branca, Marie

BRANCA, on November 28, 2002, Marie (nee DiSipio) of Hammonton, formerly of Cherry Hill. Age 101. Beloved wife of the late Pasquale Branca. Loving mother of Teresa Ingemi of Hammonton, Michael Branca of Pawleys Island SC and the late Dominick Branca of Cherry Hill and loving grandmother of Sandy Turner, Joseph Ingemi, Pasquale Ingemi, Linda Stoddard, the late Arlene Marsteller, Patricia Ruddick, Maryann Winters, Pasquale Branca and Lisa Benson. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Branca raised her family in Clementon and East Camden and was a seamstress for Burlington Coat Factory, Burlington NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Monday from 10-11am at St. Pius X Catholic Church 334 Kresson Road Cherry Hill where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11am. Entombment Calvary Mausoleum, Cherry Hill. If desired, donations may be made in Marie’s memory to the American Cancer Society 1851 Old Cuthbert Road Cherry Hill NJ 08034. Bolinger, Cloyd Thomas

Cloyd Thomas Bolinger, 90, of Cape May Court House, passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at Crest Haven Nursing Home. Born in Shade Gap, PA to the late Bertie F. and Lillian E. (Hoover) Bolinger, he lived here for a total of 25 years; he lived in Brooksville, FL for 22 years. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II. He worked for the Cape May County Bridge Commission. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cape May Court House.

Mr. Bolinger is survived by his wife of 69 years, Dorothy; his son, David and his wife, Julieann of Cape May Court House; his sons in law, Jim Newell and Ron Burroughs; his brothers, Norman Bolinger of Jacksonville, FL, and Zane Bolinger and his wife, Isabel of Williamson, NY; his sister, Marion Vay and her husband, Thomas of Ebensburg, PA; 12 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Nancy Newell and Judy Burroughs.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 1 Church Street, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.

Bonelli, Leonora

Leonora Bonelli, 77, of Wildwood Crest, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. She was born in Bronx, NY to the late Nicolo and Maria (Motisi) Pecora. She moved here over 15 years ago from Bergenfield, NJ. She attended Church of the Assumption and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.

She is survived by her daughters, Julia Bonelli of Buena Vista, Linda Saxon of Philadelphia, and Joanne Pulver and her husband, Billy of Havertown, PA; her husband, John Bruno of Wildwood Crest; her son in law, Ed Wright of Philadelphia; her brother, Nicholas Pecora of Deer Park, NY; and her granddaughter, Joanne Garvin and her husband, Michael.

Funeral Liturgy will be said on Friday, February 27, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of the Assumption, Wildwood Crest. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel cemetery, Tenafly, NJ.

Bonforte, Angeline M.

Angeline M. Bonforte, age 86, of Long Branch died Wednesday, October 8, 2003 at home. She taught at Our Lady Star of the Sea Grammar School for 25 years and from 1987 to the present time, she was general manager of Chetkin Gallery, Red Bank. Born in Little Falls, New York she was a life resident of the shore area. A parishioner of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. She was a graduate of the Long Branch High School, a 1939 graduate of Trenton State Teachers College, she was a county committee women for the Democratic Club, President of the Long Branch Democratic Club, member of the Board of the Long Branch Public Library, Co Founder of the St Pietro Apostolo Society. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Rocco N. Bonforte in 1975, who was the former Long Branch Postmaster and City Commissioner and a daughter Mary Ann Bonforte.

Surviving are two daughters and two sons in law, Mary Ann and Thomas Ierubino, Potomac, Maryland; Carol Lynn and Donald Chetkin, Long Branch; a sister, Rose Reichert, Davenport, Iowa; a granddaughter and her husband Deborah and Kreag Maloy; a great grandson, Zachary; nieces and nephews, Ann Marie and Joseph Sirianni, Dr Harold Sleavin, Thomas and Amy Sleavin.

Relatives and friends may call at the Damiano Funeral Home, corners of Third and Franklin avenues on Thursday, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral, Friday, October 10, at 8:30 am from the funeral home followed by a 9:30 am Mass at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Long Branch. Interment will be Mt. Carmel cemetery, West Long Branch. Memorial donations are requested to the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey, 141 Bodman Place, Red Bank, NJ 07701.

Bowen, Mary Elizabeth

Mary Virginia Bowen, 87, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Saturday, December 20, 2003, at the Crest Haven Nursing Home, Cape May Court House. She was born in Beverly, NJ, the daughter of the late Thomas Oliver and Bertha Knight Perkins. She moved here from Burlington, NJ in 1977. Mrs. Bowen was an active member in the First Baptist Church of Cape May Court House and of Burlington, and sang in the choirs at both churches. She was a volunteer at the Cape May County and Burlington County Historical Societies.

She is survived by her son: Allan W. of Cape May Court House; daughter: Kathleen A. Allison of Phoenix, AZ; brother: Edgar Perkins of Illinios; granddaughters: Laura and Angela; and great granddaughters: Martha and Emma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allan B. in 1989.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2003 at 11:00 AM at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Av., Cape May Court House. Interment will be in the Oddfellows cemetery, Burlington, NJ. There is no calling time. Memorials may be made to the Cape May County Historical Society, 504 Rte. 9, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.

Buch, Helen

Buch, Helen, 81, of Avalon, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at her home. Born in Philadelphia to the late Herbert and Marie (Fithian) Highfield, she was a lifetime resident of Avalon. She was a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Avalon.

Mrs. Buch is survived by her husband, William A.; her son, William G.; her sisters, Marie Bates and Jane Scobey; her brother, Herbert Highfield; her granddaughter, Angel Dille of North Cape May; and her great granddaughter, Hannah Dille.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery, Cape May Court House. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, South Jersey Chapter, 600 South White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106.

Bryan, Beulah Hortense

Beulah Hortense Bryan, 81, of Whitesboro, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2004 at her home. Born in Felton, DE to the late Benjamin and Cora Elizabeth (Loper) Smith, she moved here in 1965 from Jersey City. She was a member of St. Stephen's A.M.E. Church in Whitesboro, where she was very active in church organizations. She was a Grandparent at the Headstart program. She previously worked as a supervisor at the Woodbine Developmental Center. Her greatest joy was her involvement with her family.

Mrs. Bryan is survived by her children, Ardella Bryan of Trenton, Gloria Hodges and her husband, Andre of Cape May Court House, Blanche Gamble and her husband, James of Ewing, Percy W. Bryan, Jr. and his wife, Dorothy of Port Norris, Theodore Benjamin Bryan and his wife, Mabel, John Philip Bryan and his wife, Terri, Cora Elizabeth Bryan, all of Cape May Court House, and Dale Lamont Bryan of Woodbine; her sister and brother, Bernice Berry and Benjamin Smith, both of Felton, DE; her 22 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Percy W. Bryan on November 30, 2001 and her daughter, Annabelle.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Whitesboro, Route 9 and Main Street, where relatives and friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Cape May Court House Dialysis, 144 Magnolia Drive, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.

Bryan, Jr., William Frederick

William Frederick Bryan, Jr., 47, a former resident of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Hollywood, FL, on January 17, 2004. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, the beloved son of William F., Sr. and Margaret Rauschenbach Bryan of Cape May Court House, who survive. He is also survived by his sister: Cheryl Fossett (Michael); brother: Robert W. (Maria); grandmother: Margaret Rauschenbach; and his loving nieces and nephew.

A Memorial Mass will be said on Wednesday, February 4, 2004, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Angels Church, Cape May Court House, NJ, followed by interment in Cold Spring Presbyterian cemetery. Memorials may be made to The Love of Linda Cancer Fund, PO Box 1053, Wildwood, NJ 08260.

Brixius, Florence A.

Florence A. Brixius age 87, of Long Branch died Saturday, January 31, 2004 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. She was an inspector for General Electric, Springfield before retiring. Born in Brooklyn, she had lived in Toms River before coming to Long Branch in 1992. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Brixius. Surviving are a step son and a step daughter in law, Alan and Cathy Brixius, Connecticut; 2 nephews and their spouses, Donald and Kathleen Scherer, Bayonne, Francis and Diane Scherer, Parlin; a niece and her husband, Lynn and Jack French, Phillipsburg.

Relatives and friends may call at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave, on the corner of Third Ave, Long Branch on Tuesday February 3, from 2-4, 7-9 pm. Funeral, Wednesday February 4, at 10 am from the funeral home. Entombment Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
