Butcher, Kenneth

KENNETH BUTCHER of Marlton passed away on Monday, April 20, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 48 yrs of age. Born in Mt. Holly, NJ, he was a lifelong resident of Marlton and a graduate of Cherokee High School with the Class of 1978. Prior to his illness he was employed by Kojeski Construction. Kenny was predeceased by his daughter Rachel Butcher. He is survived by his son Jake Butcher and his daughter Clair Butcher and their mother Joan Butcher. He is also survived by his parents Joseph and Bernadette Butcher, his sisters Mary Jo Morse, Jill Butcher and Karen Wood, his brothers James Butcher and Gary Butcher, nephews T.J. Butcher, Benjamin Callahan, Joseph Butcher, Billy Wood and his wife Jennifer and Sean Wood, nieces Genna Smith and Ashley Pfister, and a Great nephew Ryan Butcher. He will greatly be missed by his best friends Richie and Sandy Brewer, paternal uncle Robert Butcher and aunt Kathy Butcher and many cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Butkovic, Derek J.

BUTKOVIC, DEREK J. Feb. 18, 1986 - Feb. 15, 2005. "Our son, our world" was taken from us on Tuesday at the age of 18. He is survived by his loving parents, Joe and Eileen Butkovic and sister, Eileen R. Butkovic. Paternal grandparents, Evelyn and Frank Foerst, and maternal grandmother, Joan Harris. Also sadly missed by his Uncle Bob and Aunt Ronnie Harris, Aunt Debbie and Uncle Bob McGuire, Uncle Bill and Aunt Jan Harris and Aunt Connie Harris, all of Philadelphia, and many loving cousins and friends. Derek graduated from Cherokee High School in 2004. He was a member of the football team and worked for Commerce Bank in Mt. Laurel. Butler, Josephine

Josephine Butler, 88, of Villas, died on Wednesday, April 9, 2003 at North Cape Center. She was born in New York to the late Antonio and Pasqualina Orlando and lived there before moving here in 2002. She was a member of the Gold Star Wives.

She is survived by her son, Robert W. Butler of Villas; her grandchildren, Daneen Butler, John Butler, Teresa Butler, and Salvatore Miano; and her great grandchildren, Jonah, Noel, Anthony, Vincent, Rocco, Blake, Amber, and Ashley.

Funeral Liturgy will be said on Monday, April 14, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raymond's Roman Catholic Church, Bayshore Road, Villas. A viewing will be held on Sunday, April 13 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House. Interment in Ferncliff cemetery Mausoleum, Hartsdale, NY will be private.

Butler, Marian T.

MARIAN T. BUTLER (Nee Gallagher), of Mt. Laurel, NJ, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2009. She was 86 years old. Born in Bronx, NY, she is the daughter of the late Thomas and Marie Gallagher and has lived in Mt. Laurel for the past 14 yrs. moving there from Cherry Hill, NJ. A former Actuary Clerk for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in NYC, NY, she was an active member of the Church of St. Mary in Cherry Hill where she served as a Eucharistic minister and conducted prayers services in the chapel. She was also involved in the Camden Diocese charismatic movement and participated in a home Bible Study group with her cherished friends since 1968. She enjoyed her Grandchildren and Great Grandson and her trips to FL. She is the Beloved wife of Roger W. Butler Sr. of Mt. Laurel and the Loving Mother of Monica J. Repko and her husband John of Boothwyn, PA, Roger W. Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Burlington Twp., NJ, Bernard M. of Atlantic City, NJ, Kevin T. and his wife Kim of Northfield, NJ, Marybeth Shipton and her husband Michael of Absecon, NJ and Timothy V. and his wife Lori of Northfield, NJ. She is also survived by her 11 Grandchildren and her Great Grandson. Butler, Harold L. "John"

Harold L. "John" Butler, 76, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Tuesday, January 20, 2004, at the Crest Haven Nursing Home, Cape May Court House. He was born in Wildwood, NJ the son of Howard and May Butler, and was a lifetime county resident. He was a commercial fisherman, and then after twenty years retired as a tugboat captain for the American Dredging Company. He was a disabled veteran of the US Army serving in World War II. He was a lifetime member of the Villas Post of the VFW and was an avid fisherman.

He is survived by his wife: Rosilyn "Gail" of 41 years; step daughter: Barbara M. and her husband, Edwin Karstens, of Cape May Court House; brother: David of Wildwood, NJ; sister: June Frame of Rio Grande, NJ; sister in law: Evelyn Carr of Roebuck, SC; grandchildren: Kenneth Karstens (wife, Barbara) of Green Creek, NJ, Gary Karstens of Villas, NJ, Carol Smith (husband, Tim) of Cape May Court House, NJ, and Kathleen Fath (husband, Jim) of Green Creek, NJ; 10 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; seven nieces and nephews.

Butler, Frieda A.

FRIEDA A. BUTLER (Nee Sharp), of Burlington, NJ, formerly of Lumberton, NJ and Tolchester, MD passed away on Monday, May 18, 2009. She was 86 years old. Born in England, she is the daughter of the late Charles and Ethel Sharp and was a Secretary for RCA in Cherry Hill, NJ. She is the wife of the late Kenneth Butler. Frieda is survived by her two sons Michael Banks and John Banks both of England, her stepson Ian Butler of England, her stepdaughters Patricia Schleusener of PA and Linda Gresty of England, a brother Peter Sharp of England, her daughters-in-law Valerie and Gayle and also 9 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren. BUTRUS, JOHN J., on December 4, 2007, of Marlton, NJ. Formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ. Age 75. Beloved husband of the late Theresa M. Butrus. Loving father of Joan Hyer of Cherry Hill, John J. STANLEY C. BUTRYMOWICZ, passed away on October 9, 2003 at the Virtua West Jersey Hospital in Marlton, NJ. He was 84 yrs. of age. Born in Shenandoah, PA, he has resided in Cherry Hill, NJ for the past 39 years moving there from the Fairview Section of Camden, NJ. He is the beloved husband of 64 years of Lubov R. (Nee Soroka) Butrymowicz. A retired Bus Driver for Public Service, he retired in 1981 after 35 years of service. He is also a Veteran of the US Army serving during WWII. Butler, Rosilyn "Gail"

Rosilyn "Gail" Butler, 91, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Tuesday, January 18, 2005, at the Crest Haven Nursing Home, Cape May Court House, NJ. She was born in Nelson County, VA, and lived here since 1956 coming from Tulsa, OK. She was a retired LPN having retired from the Woodbine Developmental Center. She formerly worked at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. She was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary Post 5343 of the Villas; a member of the Division 21 of the LPN Association of NJ and served as president from 1970 to 1974.

She is survived by a daughter: Barbara M. Karstens and husband, Edwin B., of Cape May Court House, NJ; grandchildren: Kenneth Karstens and wife, Barbara, of Green Creek, NJ, Gary Karstens of Villas, NJ, Carol Smith and husband, Tim, of Cape May Court House, NJ, and Kathleen Fath and husband, Jim, of Green Creek, NJ; ten great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and sisters-in-law: June Frame of Rio Grande, NJ, and Evelyn Carr, of Roebuck, SC.

Buttacoli, Joe

Joseph "Joe" Buttacoli, 83, of Nesco, died Wednesday at the Kessler Memorial Hospital, Hammonton.

Joe was born and raised in Williamstown, he lived in Nesco for 25 years.

He is survived by his daughter, Dawn Bates of Woodbury; 3 sisters, Mary Primiano, Anna Buttacoli and Frances Pitale, all of Vineland.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12 noon Friday at St. Mary's Church, Main Street and Carroll Avenue, Williamstown, NJ. A viewing will be held 10:30 to 11:30AM Friday at Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 South Main Street, Williamstown, NJ. Interment St. Mary's cemetery, Williamstown.

Buttarrazi, Rose

Buttarazzi, Rose, 99, of Cape May Court House, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Crest Haven Nursing Home. Born in Pennsylvania to Anthony and Cristina (Frasca) DiAngelo, she worked at the family owned greenhouses as a florist. She moved to the area 10 years ago, coming from Secane, PA.

Rose is survived by her daughters, Ida Kelly of Rio Grande and Mary Ann Gaster of Florida; her siblings, Viola Ostrander (PA), William DiAngelo (AZ), Thomas DiAngelo (PA); two granddaughters, two grandsons, five great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband Joseph, her son Joseph Jr., and one grandson.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at St. Joseph's Church, 4308 Landis Avenue, Sea Isle, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, South Jersey Chapter, 1 Union St., Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.

Buturla, Stella A. Ciolek

STELLA A. CIOLEK BUTURLA, 85, of Oakhurst, OCEAN TOWNSHIP, died Monday, Dec. 13, at King Manor Care Center, Neptune. She was a parishioner of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, West End, Long Branch. She was on the Rosary Altar Society at St. Ann's Polish Roman Catholic Church, Jersey City. Born in Jersey City, she lived there before moving to Oakhurst 15 years ago.

She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph W. Buturla, in 2002; and a sister, Frances Schaffer. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Arthur Merkel Jr. of Oakhurst, and Janet and Ronald Hojnack of Forked River, Lacey; a sister, Jean Sydor of Connecticut; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave. (corner of Third Avenue), Long Branch. The funeral will be 8:30 a.m. Saturday from the funeral home, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, West End, Long Branch. Buzzelli, Patricia Ann Boyle

Patricia Ann Boyle Buzzelli, age 74 of Long Branch, died Saturday February 5, 2005 at Jersey Shore Care Center, Eatontown. She was a homemaker, devoting her life to raising her family. She graduated from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Physical Education. She was a member of the Long Branch Historical Society and a communicant of St. Michael RC Church, West End. Born in Buffalo, NY she moved to Long Branch over 40 years ago.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Godfrey Buzzelli; two sons, David and Bruce Buzzelli; two daughters and a son-in-law, Susan Buzzelli and Stacey and Kyle Purcell; and three grandchildren, Isabella, Francesca and Jarrett.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 10 at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., Long Branch with a memorial service to begin at 1:30 pm.

Byrd III, Isaac D.

Isaac D. Byrd III, went home to be with the Lord suddenly on Friday, February 1, 2002. He was 47 yrs. of age. Born in Ft. Worth, TX, he resided in Medford Lakes, NJ since 1989 moving there from Trenton, NJ and Willingboro, NJ. A graduate of S. Brunswick High School in S. Brunswick, NJ, he went on to receive his music & teaching degree from Temple University and his graduate degree from Trenton State College. He was attending the West Minster Theological Seminary in Glennside, PA. A former music teacher he taught in the Neshamine Public School System in Neshamine, PA, the Willingboro School System and the Trenton Public School System. He left teaching to pursue the ministry and served at the Marlton Baptist Church in Marlton, NJ, the Conerstone Church in Trenton, NJ and the Reformed Christian Fellowship in Medford Lakes, NJ. He is the beloved husband of Kalla A. (Nee Knight) Byrd of Medford Lakes, NJ and the loving father of three sons Christopher I., Matthew C. and Joel M. all at home. He is also survived by his parents Isaac & Joellen Byrd of Newnan, GA, his brother Mark Byrd of Omaha, NE, two sisters Kathy Brewer of Algonquin, IL and Pamela Jo Capone of Hamilton, NJ and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Byrne, Thomas J.

Thomas J. Byrne, 83, of Pittsgrove, died on Friday, December 28, 2001 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Cora M. (nee Gandy). Devoted father of, Thomas W., Cora M. Raymond, Helen E. Dick, Carolann Wipf and James J. Loving grandfather of 18 and great grandfather of 22. Dear brother of, Joseph Byrne. Prior to retirement, Mr. Byrne was employed at RCA in Camden for over 35 years. He was also a US Army Veteran of WWII. He enjoyed fishing, the casinos, sports and the racetrack. Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service on Monday at 10:30AM at the FALCO/CARUSO & LEONDARD GLASSBORO FUNERAL HOME, 124 State Street. Where there will be a viewing from 9:30AM. Interment will take place privately.

Byrom, W. Jack

W. Jack Byrom, 86, of Sea Isle City, died on Friday, June 17, 2005 at his home. Born in Byromville, GA, he moved to Sea Isle City in 1949 from New York City. He was a carpenter for Buecker and Fell Builders and worked for the Sea Isle City Police Department. He was an Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of VFW Post 1963 in Sea Isle City.

Mr. Byrom is survived by his brothers, Robert Byrom, William Byrom, John Byrom, and Franklin Byrom; his sister, Emma Lou Jones; several nieces and nephews, including Susan Rossi and her husband, John, Patricia Tanghare and her husband, Joseph, and James Fusco and his wife, Deborah; many great nieces and great nephews; and a very special person, Debra Watson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Regina on November 19, 1987 and his sister, Dolly May.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2005 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House. Burial with military honors will immediately follow at the Cape May County Veterans cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Sea Isle City Ambulance Corps, 233 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Sea Isle City, NJ 08243.
