Capuano, Robert M

ROBERT M. CAPUANO, of Medford, NJ, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 14, 2009. He was 58 yrs. of age. Born in Boston, MA, he has resided in Medford, NJ for the past 6 years, moving there from Cherry Hill, NJ. A graduate and valedictorian of Xaverian Brothers H.S. in Westwood, MA, he went on to graduate from Princeton University, Georgetown Law School and Temple Law School. He was a 1st Lt. serving as a trial lawyer with the JAG Corps in the US Navy and most recently concentrated in Worker's Compensation Law for the past 29 yrs. He was an Attorney with Stark & Stark Attorneys At Law in Marlton and Lawrenceville, NJ and currently serves on the NJ Commissioner of Labor's Commission on Judicial Performance and on the Executive Comm. of the American Heart Association's S.J. Heart Walk. Robert was a life time golfer and truly enjoyed the game. He is the Beloved Husband of Jeannine E. Muse and the Loving Father of Christine Dickson and her husband Adam of Glassboro, NJ and Michael Capuano of Deptford, NJ and his Grandson Liam Dickson. Caputo, Jr., Peter J.

Peter J. Caputo Jr., 73, of Wildwood, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. Born in Philadelphia to the late Peter J. and Florence (Binns) Caputo, Sr., he lived here for over 25 years after living in Deptford and Philadelphia previously. He was a member of Our Lady of the Angels, the Wildwood Moose Lodge, and the West Wildwood Volunteer Fire Department.

Mr. Caputo is survived by his wife, Connie; his brother, John D. Caputo and his wife, Mary Kathryn of Wayne, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Liturgy will be said on Friday, October 6, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Church, 35 Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House, where friends may call after 9:00 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary's cemetery, Cold Spring. Carabasi, Michael

CARABASI, Michael on September 18, 2007 of Mt. Laurel, formerly of Philadelphia PA. Age 27. Beloved son of Linda (nee Libbi) and the late Michael Carabasi. Loving grandson of Rita Libbi. Dear brother of Libbi Mangeri (Christopher), Jennifer Julia (Damon) and Amanda Helmer (Harry) and dear uncle of Christopher, Sabrina, Julianna, Gianna, Harry and Madison. Cherished nephew of Frank and Joan Libbi. He is also survived by several loving cousins, family members and his devoted dog, Bosco. Michael was a computer whiz, a helpful volunteer and a 2005 graduate of Drexel University. Most of all, Michael was a unifying force for his family bringing them together with strength and dignity. At Michael's request, services are private and at the convenience of the family. Carangi, Josephine Russomano

JOSEPHINE RUSSOMANO CARANGI, 92, of EATONTOWN, died Wednesday, March 26, at Gateway Care Center, Eatontown. She was a devout Catholic, a wonderful wife and mother, a loving grandmother and a very special aunt. She was a member of the Rosary Society of St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church, Bloomfield. Born in Newark, she lived in Bloomfield before moving to California in 1977. She returned to New Jersey in 1994 and settled in Middletown, moving to Eatontown one year ago.

She was predeceased by her husband 40 of years, Thomas Carangi, in 1974; her only son, Dr. Robert Carangi, in 1992; three brothers, Anthony, Thomas and Daniel Russomano; and two sisters, Mary Alvino and Helen Coburn. Surviving are four sisters, Yolanda D'Amelio of Eatontown, Florence Gioseffi of Turlock, Calif., Geraldine Pugliese of Hackettstown, and Jessica McCormick of Clifton; a daughter-in-law, Myrna Roman of Syracuse, N.Y.; three grandchildren, Bob Carangi of Simi Valley, Calif., and Christopher and Justin Carangi, both of Los Angeles; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. April 12, at St. Jerome's Roman Catholic Church, 250 Wall St., West Long Branch. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jerome's Church. Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch, is in charge of the arrangements.

Carbone Sr. Loving mother of Michael V. Carbone Jr. and his wife Rose of Lindenwold, NJ and Diane Conicella and her husband Michael. Sister of John Biancosino Jr. of Camden, NJ, Yolanda Venezia of Pennsauken, NJ, and Eleanor Harris of Indianapolis, IN. CARCAISE, EDWARD J.

On February 13, 2003 of Blackwood, NJ age 76 years.

Beloved husband of Maria (nee Tobia); Devoted father of Pat and his wife Susan and the late Susan Petrone and Mark Carcaise; Loving grandfather of Scott, Christian, Jacquline and Nicole. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

Prior to retirement in 1999, Mr. Carcaise was employed as a professor at the Camden County Community College in Blackwood, NJ for 35 years. He spoke several languages and donated his time freely to translating and interpreting for hospitals, police departments, schools and courts. Mr. Carcaise was also the first professor to teach and introduce the Russian language NJ high schools. He was also a United States Air Force Veteran of WWII.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation and Funeral on Monday from 9:15 AM at the Falco/Caruso and Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Rd. Cardillo, Salvatore 'Sal'

CARDILLO, Salvatore A. suddenly on March 23, 2009 of Medford, formerly of Marlton NJ. Age 66. Beloved father of Michele Dill and her husband, David of Sewell. Loving son of Rose Cardillo of Sewell and the late Anthony Cardillo. Dear brother of Richard Cardillo and devoted grandfather of Tyler and Kyle Dill. Sal was employed with Reliable Tire of Blackwood for 42 years and was a former Police Officer in Williamstown and Pennsauken and a volunteer fire fighter. Mr. Cardillo was former Deputy Mayor of Evesham and recently an aide at the 8th Legislative District Office. He also served on the Executive Board of the Burlington County Military Affairs Committee (BMAC) and in July was named an Honorary Commander of Fort Dix. Mr. Cardillo sat on the school board and the planning board in Evesham, was elected to Evesham Town Council in 2003, and served on the council for four years. He was selected Deputy Mayor in 2005. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Friday from 9-12 noon at Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd. Marlton where a Funeral Service will be held at 12 noon Friday. Cardwell, Dorothy W.

Cardwell, Dorothy W. (nee Harrison), (87) of North Cape May, N.J. passed away on September 16, 2009 from natural causes. She was born on August 30, 1922 in Philadelphia, PA. She was a graduate of Olney High School (1940). Her employment as a secretary included: Proctor Electric Co., Phila, PA. Dept. of Justice, FBI, in Los Angeles, CA., and Washington, D.C., and Phila, PA. The Philco Ford Corp.,Phila, PA. Dorothy and her husband Donal were married August 20, 1977 at Trinity Church, Oxford, inPhila, PA. The couple moved to South Dennis, N.J. in 1983. There they were proud members of The U.S.Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla #86 in Cape May, N.J. until her dear husbands death in 2001. Dorothy moved to North Cape May, N.J. in 2002.

Mrs. Cardwell was predeceased by her husband, Donal W. Cardwell. Surviving are four step daughters; Donna Uruci, Kate Hudson, Debra Bianchi, Diana Potesky. Six grandchildren. Four nephews and two nieces and her sister-in law, Doris M. Harrison.

Mrs. Cardwell was laid to rest next to husband at Cape May County Veterans cemetery, Cape May Court House, N.J. Graveside services were held Friday, September 18, 2009. CARGEN, Robert B. Of Langhorne, PA formerly of Cherry Hill and Wildwood, NJ. Age 87. Loving husband of the late Ruth (nee Dillmore). Devoted father of Robert B. Jr. and his wife Eileen and Dayle and her husband Gene DiGiorgio. Dear brother of Earl Cargen, Jane Burns, and Allen Cargen. Caring grandfather of four and great-grandfather of six. Bob was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from IBM after 37 years. Carey, Margaret

Margaret Carey, 81, of Cape May Court House, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2003 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. Born in Fayetteville, NC to the late Will and Sarah Ann (McNeill) McCoullum, she moved here in 1955 from Philadelphia. She was a member of Eureka Baptist Church, where she was an office holder, matriarch and mother of the church. She was a member of the VFW, the Order of the Eastern Star, and a volunteer at the Magnolia Day Care. She was a baker at Wildwood High School. She was an Army Veteran of World War II.

Mrs. Carey is survived by her children, Henry McCoullum of Philadelphia, Francis McCoullum of Rochester, NY, Ernestine Smith of Willingboro, Frances Wilson of Cape May Court House, Roger Carey of Bowie, MD, Phillip Carey of Weirton, WV, and Cheryl Cox of Cape May Court House; her brother, Henry McCoullum; her sister, Isabelle McCoullum, both of Philadelphia; 15 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Harry Carey in 1967.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 18 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eureka Baptist Church, 142 West Spencer Avenue, Wildwood, where relatives and friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday morning for one hour before the service. Interment will be in Mt. Mariah cemetery, Cold Spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Eureka Baptist Church Building Fund.

CARGINI, SUSAN A., on June 9, 2008, of Marlton, NJ. Formerly of Philadelphia, PA. Age 52. Beloved wife of Louis J. Cargini. Daughter of Harriet Marcacci. Susan worked for 13 years as a Teacher's Aid for the Evesham Twp. School District. Carhart, Bonita 'Bonnie' E.

CARHART, Bonita Estella 'Bonnie' (nee Wynn), went home to be with her loving Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ on May 3, 2009 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Jan 9, 1927. She married her WW II sweetheart, Philip R. Carhart on Oct. 19, 1945.

She was a living example of Proverbs 31. She was a godly woman who truly loved her husband of 63 years and her 5 sons and daughters in law, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Philip R. Carhart and her loving children, Stephen W. Carhart and his wife, Virginia, Philip R. Carhart, Jr. and his wife, Kathleen , Robert A. Carhart and his wife, Victoria Carroll, Larison J. Carhart and his wife, Pamela and Edward L. Carhart and his wife, Linda Sue. She is also survived by 8 dear grandchildren, Sandra L. Christian and her husband, David, Bonnie L. Hill and her husband, Brian, Philip R. III and Jonathan C. Carhart, Benjamin, Heather and Kristeena Carhart and Cynthia L. Carhart and 6 great grandchildren, Emily, Andrew and Nathan Christian and Noah, Ryan and Elizabeth Hill.

Carhart, Hilda M.

Hilda M. VanNote Carhart, age 82 of Long Branch died Wednesday, July 2 at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Long Branch. Born in Neptune, she was a life resident of Long Branch. She was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, Long Branch. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Carhart in 1985 and a son, Robert Carhart in 1982. Surviving are four sons, Charles Carhart of Fl, Andrew DeMarc of CA, Gene Malleus of Middletown and George Carhart of CA; two daughters, Marielena Mickey of Long Branch and Lorraine Sferlazzo of AZ; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at the Damiano Funeral Home, corners of Third and Franklin aves., Long Branch, on Sunday from 7-9 pm. Funeral Monday, July 7, at 10:00 am with a funeral service to begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Woodbine cemetery, Oceanport. Rosa Carini (nee Polizzotto) age 71, of Williamstown, died Friday at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Washington Twp.

Rosa was born in Sicily, living in Williamstown for 35 years. She is a member of St. Mary's Parish Family and Monroe Twp. Senior Citizens. She had worked at Nannette Sewing Factory for 18 years.

Beloved wife of the late Pietro; devoted mother of late George, Frances Gant (Chuck) of Milmay, Maria Massey (Raymond) of Williamstown, Salvatore of Williamstown, Rita Hassett (John) of Franklinville; loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren and dear sister of Francesca Cardinale of Sicily.

A viewing will be held 6-8PM Tuesday and 8:30-9:30AM Wednesday at the Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 South Main St., Williamstown. Mass of Christian Burial 10AM Wednesday at St. Mary's RC Church, Main St. and Carrol Ave. Interment St. Mary's cemetery.

Beloved husband of Rosario (nee Respicio) Loving father of Rosanna Mirabile of Phoenixville, Riza Cebula of Marlton, Robert Carino of Independence, MN, and Rebecca Carino of San Francisco, CA. Grandfather of 6 and brother of Villamor Carino of Stockton, CA and Natividad Germono of Long Beach, CA. Mr. Carino was a veteran of the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Carlin Sr., Carl L.

CARLIN Sr., Carl L. on July 16, 2005, of Medford, NJ. Age 67. Beloved husband of Joan (nee Zimmerman). Loving father of Carl (Diane) of Medford and John (Cheryl) of Berlin. He is survived by his dear sisters, Loretta (Harry) and Janice (Wes) a brother, Robert and a step brother, Skip. Also survived by two loving grandchildren, Jeff and Morgan. He is a veteran of the US Navy where he worked as an Chief Electronic Technician (ETC-7) for 23 years. Carl enjoyed fishing and camping in Cape May, but most of all being with his family. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Wednesday from 10:30 am-12 noon at the Protestant Community Church (Cathedral of the Woods) 100 Stokes Rd., Medford Lakes. A service will be held at the church on Wednesday at 12 noon. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill. CARLINO, Ottavio 'Teet', on October 19, 2008, of Marlton NJ, formerly of Forest Grove NJ. Age 88. Beloved husband of Helen T. Carlino (nee Merlini). Loving father of Nancy & Jack, Robert & Debra, Karen & Mike and Bruce. Dear grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He is survived by a sister, Nance DeStefano and a sister in law, Margaret Merlini. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and family members. Mr. Carlino retired in 1982 after 32 years of employment with PRR, Penn Central and Conrail. He was also a very active member of the Marlton Sons of Italy.
