Mary H. Crane age 89 of Highlands died Thursday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank.

She was born in Carteret, NJ and had lived in Woodbridge and Atlantic Highlands before coming to Highlands 11 years ago.

She is survived by 2 sons, Andrew Crane, Rumson and Patrick Crane, Highlands, a daughter Mary Ann Crane, New York, NY

A graveside service will be held on Saturday October 26, at 10 am at Clover Leaf Memorial Park cemetery, Woodbridge. Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch is in charge of the arrangements.

Craner, Furman

Furman "Pop-Pop" Craner, 92, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at the Court House Convalescent Center, where he was loved and cared for the staff and administration. He was born in Wildwood, NJ, the son of the late Robert and Elizabeth (Loper) Craner. He worked in the fishing industry and retired as a custodian for the Middle Township High School. He loved children, watching sports, and was an avid walker.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda and her husband, Rodger Tozer of Cape May Court House; son: Howard and his wife, Katherine, of Wildwood; four grandchildren: Howard Craner, Crystal, Jason, and Matthew Tozer; and great grandson: Joshua King. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Hogan Craner in 1995, his parents, and his siblings, Dorothy, Marion, Carl, and Herb.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2004 at 11:00 AM at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Av., Cape May Court House, NJ, where friends may call after 10:00 AM. Interment will be in the Methodist cemetery, Green Creek.

Cranmer, George L.

GEORGE L. CRANMER, of Leisuretowne, Southampton, NJ passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 12, 2009. He was 68 yrs. of age. Born in Mt. Holly, NJ, he has resided in Leisuretowne for the past 2 years moving there from Medford Lakes, NJ. A retired Truck Driver he last worked for Mines 2 in Penbyrn, NJ and loved his trains. He is the Beloved Husband of Gail F. (Nee Thompson) Cranmer and the Loving Father of Janice Minerva of Berlin, NJ, Heather Magladry of Voorhees, NJ, James Cranmer of Moorestown, NJ, Sheryl Segrest of Cherry Hill, NJ, Jacqueline Schaffhauser of CA and Paul Hill of Marlton, NJ. He is also survived by his 12 Grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, N.J, (609-953-7600), where a Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family requests memorial donations to TOUCH, C/O 202 Plymouth Ct. N., Southampton, NJ 08088.

Cranmer, Sr., Gerard D.

GERALD D. CRANMER SR., 73, of SEA BRIGHT, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was a police officer in Sea Bright for 31 years before retiring in 1985. He was a parishioner of St. George by the Sea Episcopal Church, Rumson. He was a member of the Policemen's Benevolent Association Local 48, Sea Bright, the Sea Bright Lions Club, a volunteer and ex-chief of the Sea Bright Fire Department, Moxley-Abacus Lodge 78 Free and Accepted Masons, and an Army veteran of World War II. Born in Staffordsville, he lived in Sea Bright since 1950.

Surviving are his wife, Roberta Judge Cranmer; two sons, Gerald D. Cranmer Jr. of Atlantic Highlands, and Gary D. Cranmer of Sea Bright; two daughters, Bonnie B. Covert and Lisa B. Cranmer, both of West Long Branch; two sisters, Darlene Amoroso of West Creek, and Sheri Ellis of Mays Landing, and nine grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Damiano Funeral Home, Third and Franklin avenues, Long Branch, followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. Entombment will be in Woodbine Mausoleum, Oceanport. Cravens, Eleanor J.

ELEANOR J. CRAVENS (Nee Simms) of Whiting, NJ passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2005, at the Care One of Evesham in Marlton, NJ. She was 85 years of age. Born in Village, MD, she was the daughter of Joseph & Mary Simms. A retired Office Worker for Hill International in Marlton, NJ, she retired in 1990 after 24 years with the company. Eleanor is the wife of the late Henry J. Cravens and the late Charles R. Johnston. She is the Beloved mother of Jim Cravens and his wife Mary of Shamong, NJ, Charles R. Johnston and his wife Gail of Grasonville, MD and William S. Johnston and his wife Virginia of Ocean Beach, DE and she is also survived by her 6 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday from 9:00 - 10:00 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ (609-953-7600). Crawford, Dennis Charles

Dennis Charles Crawford, 49, of Wildwood, NJ, died on Saturday, November 1, 2003, at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, Cape May Court House, NJ. He was born in Newark, NJ, and lived here for the past six years coming from Union, NJ. He was a member of St. Ann's Church here. He was an avid fisherman and baseball fan. He was an industrial engineer for the Pike Machine Products in Elizabeth, NJ for twenty five years.

He is survived by his wife: Gemma Vilma Gonzalez Silva; daughter: Danielle Nicole of Wildwood; parents: Harry, Jr. and Ruth McBride Crawford of Garfield, NJ; brothers: Harry, III of Garfield, and Mark of Succasunna, NJ; and sister: Karen Norton of Forked River, NJ.

Funeral Liturgy will be said on Friday, November 7, 2003, at 10:30 AM at St. Ann's Church, 2900 Atlantic Av., Wildwood, NJ. Emtombment will be in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ. Friends may call Thursday evening 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Av., Cape May Court House, NJ.

Crawford, Nakoma Graham

Nakoma Graham Crawford, 59, a native of Whitesboro, NJ passed away on Wednesday, August 8th, 2007 with her loved ones at her side, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Nakoma was born on August 27th, 1948 in Philadelphia, PA to Mary Graham and the late Stedman Worth Graham. Later moving to Whitesboro, NJ she was educated in the Vineland School District. For fifteen years, Nakoma worked for the Wildwood Linen Company as a dedicated employee.

Nakoma enjoyed working and serving throughout the community of Whitesboro and was a faithful member of St. Stephens A.M.E. Church along with being a member of the choir. She was loved by many for being kind, cheerful, and determined. She was devoted to her family and will be sadly missed by many.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her father Stedman Worth Graham (deceased), mother Mary Graham, her four brothers Irving Graham (deceased), Stedman Graham, James Graham, Darry Graham and one sister Anita Graham-Shelton.

The funeral services will be held at Christ Gospel Church on Sunday, August 12th, 2007. The viewing will be held from 2pm -3pm. The funeral will begin at 3pm with the Reverend Ronald Campbell, officiating. The repast will be held at the Whitesboro Recreation Center.

The family invites all of Nakoma's friends and family to come celebrate her life with them, and in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Concerned Citizens of Whitesboro, P.O. Box 412, Whitesboro, New Jersey 08252.

Crawford, Ida Mae

Beloved wife of the late Russell T., Sr. Devoted mother of Nellie Buck of Barrington, NJ and Russell T., Jr. of Barrington. Dear sister of Albert, Edwin, Joseph, Walter, John, Dorothy, Hess, Florence, and Anna Leavey and Dottie Leve. Loving grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren. Mrs. Crawford was a life long resident of Barrington and a member of the Barrington VFW Post 7247 Ladies Auxilliary. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday morning from 10 to 11am at the METTS-POPIOLEK FUNERAL HOME 400 Clements Bridge Road, Barrington, NJ where there will be a funeral service at 11am. Crawley, Barbaretta

Barbaretta Crawley, age 57 years, of Vineland, NJ and formerly of Burleigh, NJ, died suddenly on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at the Stamford Hospital, Stamford, CT. Barbaretta was born to the late Boise Mitchell & Beatrice Peterson in Detroit, Michigan and has lived here since 2006 coming from Burleigh. She retired in 2001 after thirty years of service as a Customer Service Representative with Verizon in Vineland. She was a past member of the First Baptist Church of Whitesboro and the Bell Telephone Pioneers.

She is survived by her companion Joseph Hudson, two sisters; Estelle Laverine Mitchell & Michelle Peterson, longtime family friend Gerry Dean and four nephews; James (Melissa) Crawley, Kenyatta Mitchell, Marcus Crawley & Fred Crawley.

Funeral service 2:00 pm, Friday, September 25, 2009 at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ, where relatives and friends may call after 1:00 pm. Interment in Household of Ruth cemetery, Whitesboro.

Crawley, George Mitchell

George Mitchell Crawley, 49, of Whitesboro, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2004 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. Born in Kinsale, VA to the late Albert and Ida (Smith) Crawley, he moved here in 1970 from Virginia. He worked for Yohaun's Construction. He was a member of Eureka Baptist Church in Wildwood and the Elks Lodge.

He is survived by his daughter, Joyce Poteat; his brothers, Albert, Jr., Ed, Lloyd Preston, Fred, and Calvin; his sisters, Margaret and Gloria; and one grandson, Mikal Poteat.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 16, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may call after 9:00 a.m. Interment will be in Mt. Olive cemetery, Swainton.

Cray, Jr., Harold Louis

CRAY, Harold Louis, Jr. on April 7, 2009, of Mt. Laurel, formerly of Pittsboro NC and Cherry Hill NJ. Age76. Beloved husband of Patricia M. Cray (nee Bergen). Loving father of Harold L. Cray III 'Chip' (Karen Cash), Michael B. Cray (Sharon) and Paul D. Cray (Kelly Ann). Devoted grandfather of Michael, David, Jennifer, Ryan and Mara. Mr. Cray was the dear grandfather of the late Ian Cray. Mr. Cray was a graduate of St. Benedict's Prep School, Newark NJ and Notre Dame University and was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He was employed with Varian Associates for over 20 years retiring as a Sales Engineer. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation from 10-10:30am on Monday April 20 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church Main St. Moorestown where a Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30am. Inurnment will follow at Colestown cemetery, Cherry Hill NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Harold's memory to Team Cray Cystic Fibrosis Foundation 2004 Sproul Road Broomall Pa 19008.

Creagh, Carol M.

CREAGH, Carol (nee Pilvalis) on May 12, 2005 of Marlton, NJ. Age 57 years. Beloved wife of John. Devoted mother of Sean, Judy and Kelly Creagh, Desiree Wolford and husband Bill and the late Frank Leone, Jr. Loving sister of Frank Pilvalis and wife Janet. Also survived by 5 grandchildren Veronica, Dominic, Devon, Makenzie and Julian. Dear Aunt of Lynne Pilvalis and many other nieces and nephews. Mrs. Creagh loved knitting and sewing and was an excellent seamstress. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday morning from 8:00-9:30 AM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd in Marlton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Joan of Arc Church 100 Willow Bend Rd in Marlton, NJ 08053. Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson.

Creamer, LeRoy

LeRoy Creamer, 65, of Dennisville, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2003 at Cooper Hospital, Camden. He was born in Dennisville to the late Morris and Grace (Tozour) Creamer and was a lifetime resident. He worked at Brewer's Sawmill in Dennisville and was a life member of the Dennis Township Fire Department.

He is survived by his daughter, Penny Gihorski of Dennisville; his cousin, Bobette Scull; and his six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Damerau in 1992.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 2, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where relatives and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Interment will be private in Union cemetery, South Dennis. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 626 North Shore Road, Absecon, NJ 08201.

Crecca, Eleanor J.

CRECCA, ELEANOR J. (nee Homza) on March 25, 2005, of Cherry Hill, NJ. Formerly of Voorhees and Newark. Eleanor was 93. Wife of the late Michael Crecca. Loving mother of Maryann DeChristofaro of Whiting, NJ and Eleanor Campanaro of Voorhees, NJ. Also survived by her brother Henry Homza, grandchildren: Diane, Carolyn,

Joseph, Christopher, Liza, and Tina, and 7 great-grandchildren. Cree, Anne T.

ANNE T. CREE (Nee Thomas) of Medford, NJ passed away suddenly on Monday, October 6th, 2008 at the Medford Leas. She was 85 yrs. of age. Born in Pittson, PA she is the daughter of the late Ralph C. and Elizabeth M. Thomas and the wife of the late Robert F. Cree. She is the Beloved mother of Susan C. Power of Leverett, MA and Carl D. Cree of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by several Grandchildren. Funeral Services are pending at this time. Cresse, William B.

William B. Cresse, 51, of Erma Park, died after a long illness on Friday, July 16, 2004 at his home. He was born in Cape May Court House on March 19, 1953 to Arthur C. and Janice Lucille Sayre Cresse. He was an avid fisherman. In 1973, Bill was the recipient of the PBA Meritorious Civilian Award in recognition of the rescue of a 21 year old girl from the icy waters of the Cape May Harbor.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Cheryl Giddis of Del Haven; a nephew, Evan Giddis of Del Haven; and a niece, Erin Giddis of West Cape May. He was predeceased by his brother, Jonathan Mark; his paternal grandparents, Edith and Charles Arthur Cresse; and maternal grandparents, Catherine and Theodore Sayre.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 at 3:30 p.m. at the Cold Spring Presbyterian cemetery, where relatives and friends are invited to attend. Memorials may be made to the Fisherman's Memorial Fund, c/o Jeff Reichle, 997 Ocean Drive, Cape May, NJ 08204.

Cresse, Lucille

Lucille Cresse, age 76 years, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at the Crest Haven Nursing Home, Cape May Court House. Lucille was a lifetime Cape May County resident and was born in Cape May Court House to the late Catherine (nee Stevens) and Theodore Sayre. She was a Payroll Supervisor with the Cape May County Treasurers Office for over 29 years, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Rio Grande Fire Department, the Cape May County Historical Society, a volunteer with the Cape May County Surrogates Office and Treasurers Office.

She is survived by her daughter Cheryl L. Giddis of Del Haven, her companion William J. Hunter of Cape May Court House, her two grand children; Evan (Diana) Giddis & Erin (Matthew) Wertz and her two great grand children Nicolena & Xander.

Graveside funeral service 10:00 am, Friday, March 13, 2009 at the Cold Spring Presbyterian cemetery, Cold Spring. There is no calling time. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Volunteers In Medicine, 423 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.

Cressey, Veronica S.

Veronica S. Cressey, 87, formerly of Northfield, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 21, 2008 at her daughter's home in Dennisville. Born in Philadelphia to the late John and Elizabeth (Bonner) MacGrogan, she moved to Dennisville five years ago after living in Northfield for 48 years. She was formerly employed at Atlantic City Electric. She was a member of the Church of St. Bernadette in Northfield as well as the Tilton Swim Club, Northfield Garden Club, and the AMICA Club.

Mrs. Cressey is survived by her two daughters, Linda Deighan Meiklejohn and her husband, Harry of Bensalem, PA, and Michele Heim and her husband, Julius of Dennisville; her four grandchildren, Brian Deighan, Erin Deighan, Douglas Heim and wife, Michelle, and Jay T. Heim and wife, Monica; and her three great grandchildren, Edward, Ava, and Logan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Cressey in December 1988.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Belleplain Rescue Squad, 138 Washington Street, Belleplain, NJ 08270 or to her favorite charity, the American Cancer Society, 626 North Shore Road, Absecon, NJ 08201.

Crew, Eleanor M.

CREW, Eleanor M. (nee Flickworth). Of Medford, NJ. Eleanor was ushered into glory on January 9, 2008. Age 74. Beloved wife, best friend, and soul mate of George Crew. Loving mother of Karen Crew Waltemyer and her husband Jonathan and Linda Auger and her husband John. Dear sister of Catherine Kreidler and her husband Sonny. Caring grandmother of Jennifer Warner and her husband Matt, Catherine Semple, Alex Semple, Amanda Semple, Meghan Semple and great grandmother of her beloved Callie Grace Warner. Eleanor was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and former member of the Shawnee Baptist Church. She was a prayer warrior who supported missionaries all over the world in many ways. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Monday January 14th from 9-11 AM at Bethel Baptist Church, 1704 Springdale Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ. A funeral service will be held Monday 11 AM at the Church. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Shepherds Ministries, 1805 15th Ave, Union Grove, WI 53182 or to the Bethel Baptist Church.
