Devoted grandfather of 6 and great grandfather of 7. He was active in the Haddon Township government on Board of Adjustment, Police Auxiliary and pas president W. Collingswood Civic Association. He was also on the Recreation Council and served as Recycling Coordinator in Marlton. He was State Trustee and past president of the Sons of Italy Lodge #2315. Jack Delaney of Voorhees NJ, formerly of Pittsburgh PA died Tuesday March 26, 2002. Age 54. He is the treasured husband of Kathleen (nee Bishop), inspirational father of Patrick Michael and his wife, Susan, Scott Brice and his fiancee, Joey Lynn Pociask and Elizabeth and her husband, Dr. Benedict Woo and 2 grandchildren. He is the adored son of Ursula and brother of Kathleen Mackin and the late Colleen Barrick. He is the beloved son in law of Arthur and Kathleen Bishop. DeLauro, Anthony F.

Anthony F. DeLauro age 85 of West Long Branch died Friday, November 26, 2004 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was the Post Master for the Long Branch Post Office for 11 years retiring in 1987. He was past president of the Long Branch Exchange Club; past president of IAMA, Long Branch; past president of the Long Branch Old Guard; member of the Knights of Columbus, Long Branch; The Long Branch Rotary Club; the Long Branch ELKS 742; he was a West Long Branch councilman and a commissioner for the West Long Branch Fire Company # 2; a member of the Republican Club, West Long; past state president of the New Jersey National Association of Postal Supervisors. He was a communicant and usher of St Jerome Roman Catholic Church, West Long Branch. He served his country honorably in the US Army during World War II. Born in Weehawken, he had lived in Long Branch before coming to West Long Branch 48 years ago. He was predeceased by four brothers.

Surviving are his wife, Josephine Grandinetti DeLauro; 2 sons and a daughter in law, Anthony and Donna DeLauro, Navesink; Louis DeLauro, Long Branch; a daughter, Angela DeLauro, Long Branch; a sister, Mary Brotons, Lake Parsippany; and 3 grandchildren, Mia, Matthew, and Josh.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 29, from 2-4, 7-9 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave. on the corner of Third Ave, Long Branch. Funeral Tuesday, November 30, at 8:30 am from the funeral home followed by a 9:30 am Mass at St Jerome Church. Interment will be in Woodbine cemetery, Oceanport. DeLeonardo, Jamie

James A. "Jamie" DeLeonardo, age 35 of West Long Branch and Toms River died Sunday, February 2, 2003 at Community Hospital, Toms River.

Born in Jersey City, NJ he was a life resident of West Long Branch.

He was a parishioner St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch.

He graduated Shore Regional High School in 1986 and went on to graduate in 1991 from Monmouth University, West Long Branch where he served on the Student Government. He was the recipient of the Silver Congressional Award, a member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and resident counsel at Kensington Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Toms River.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Rose D'Adamo DeLeonardo

Surviving is one brother, Joseph; three sisters, Victoria, Christine and Patricia, all of West Long Branch and a nephew, Jason Krakowski DeLeonardo

Dellago, Theresa A. (nee Shovlin) of Marlton, NJ formerly Mamora, NJ passed into eternal life on April 29 after a long illness. She was surrounded by her loving family.Theresa who was born in Kulpmont, PA, is predeceased by her beloved son Joseph. She is survived by her husband Joseph of 57 years; daughters Maryrose (John) Wolodzko of Yardley, PA; Sharon Dacey of Haddonfield, NJ; Bernadette Gately of King of Prussia, PA. Also left behind are her grandchildren, Desiree, Sean, Genevieve, William and 4 great grandchildren. During WWII Theresa contributed to the war effort while employed in the US defense industry. Her family was the joy of her life. She was a daily communicant with a profound devotion to the Sacred Heart and Our Lady of Lourdes. Dellapietra, Linda Speranza

Linda M. Speranza Dellapietra, age 93 of West Long Branch died Wednesday, January 28 at home. She was a parishioner of St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church, West Long Branch and a member of the West Long Branch Seniors. Born in New York City, she was a life resident of West Long Branch. She was predeceased by her husband James Dellapietra in 1985, a daughter in law, Mary Dellapietra and a granddaughter, Debra Steinhouser. Surviving is a son, Anthony Dellapietra of Tinton Falls; two daughters and two sons in law, Gloria & Leland Wersinger of Oceanport and Carolyn & Dominick Mazza of Ocean Twp., six grandchildren, Gary Wersinger, Gale Wersinger, Donna Wuest, Lisa Cummings, Lori Babiak and Donna Mazza and seven great grandchildren.

DellaValle, Dominic

Dominic DellaValle, 75, of Burleigh, died on Thursday, August 16, 2001, at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he had lived here for 30 years after moving from Philadelphia. He served in the United States Marine Corps in World War II. He worked for TKR Cable Company.

Mr. DellaValle is survived by his wife, Linda; his children, Richard DellaValle of Marlton, Robert DellaValle of Dallas, TX, John DellaValle of Dallas, TX, RoseAnn Mueller of Dallas, TX, Michael DellaValle of Cape May Court House, William DellaValle of Cape May Court House, and Don Weatherby of Jacksonville, FL; his brothers, Joseph DellaValle of Philadelphia, PA, James DellaValle of Philadelphia, and Anthony DellaValle of Drexel Hill, PA; 9 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 20, 2001, at 12 noon at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery, Cape May Court House. DELO, MICHAEL J., on May 29, 2007, of Marlton, NJ. Age 23. Survived by his heart broken parents Mike and Vicki Delo, adored sister Christine Delo, loving grandparents Jean Delo of Keystone Heights, FL, and Jim and Joy Johnston of Mt. Laurel, formerly of Cherry Hill, Dear Aunts and Uncles: Cheri Drea of Cherry Hill, Suzy and Rob Johnson of Cherry Hill, Jerry Delo of Arlington, VA, Jeff and Donna Delo of Arlington, VA, and Ann Delo of Reston, VA. Also survived by his Loving cousins who are as close as siblings: Amber and Brittany Drea, Jimmy and Matt Seppanen, Joy Johnson, Kristin Delo, and Devin and Katrina Delo, and step-cousins, Sean, Brian, Robert and Patrick Johnson. Predeceased by his grandfather Raymond Delo. Michael graduated from Cherokee High School in 2002. He was attending Penn State University, pursuing 2 degrees, one in Secondary Education and another in Political Science. He was the Eminent Commander of Sigma Nu (Delta Delta 1394). He was inducted into the Penn State Chapter of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He was employed as a counselor at the Evesham Recreational Day Camp and Evesham Childcare Program. Michael loved being with his family, spending summers in Ocean City and was proud to be a Penn Stater. Mrs. Del Rossi was a resident of Bellmawr since 1964 and was a longtime parishioner at Mary, Mother of the Church in Bellmawr. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed crochet, knitting and cooking.

Beloved wife of the late Henry A.; Devoted mother of Jeanette and her husband, Vincent Iosca; Dear sister of Angelina Gavranich, Mildred Ayers, Mary Cinafrani, Rita DiFillipo and the late Carmen Pillo and Lillian Bellanca. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

DeLuca, Daniel J.

Daniel J. DeLuca, 77, of Cold Spring, NJ, lost his battle with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) on Saturday, July 29, 2006. For the past 20 years both Dan and his wife Gloria have been well known and beloved residents of Cape May County. His passing marks the end of a long life devoted to his family, teaching, coaching, reading and most recently helping visually impaired children experience the joy of a free week-long vacation on the Jersey shore.

He was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived in River Vale, NJ where he taught high school in East Paterson and Fair Lawn and earned a MS Degree in Education at Seton Hall University. During most of his 35 years as a full-time teacher he was a head wrestling coach for East Paterson, Fair Lawn and Garfield School Districts. In recognition of his many successful teams, Coach of the Year award, knowledge of and many contributions to the sport in New Jersey he was inducted into the Amateur Wrestling Hall of Fame.

After retirement, he could not leave his love of teaching and wrestling and continued to substitute teach in the Cape May County Vocational School and Wildwood Catholic. He coached wrestling at the Wildwood and Middle Township High Schools. And, much to his wife's frustration he never stopped adding to his large library of books about politics, history and biography. He then joined his wife at the Helen L. Diller Vacation Home for Blind Children as the resident administrator for the last ten years which became one of the loves of his life.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria M. Bryon De Luca; his four children: Thomas DeLuca (Deana Grau); Mary Jane Brewer; Bert E. Picot (Brad Arlett) and Lorraine (Steven) Gilb; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He has joined his son, Danny, Jr. and Annie Beatrice De Luca.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2006, at 8 pm at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ where relatives and friends may visit on Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 pm. The committal and interment service will be on Wednesday, August 2, 2006, at 1 p.m. at the Calvary cemetery, 58 McLean Boulevard, Paterson, NJ. Memorial donations may be made to the Helen L. Mr. DeMarco was Co-Founder and former owner of DeMarco Business Forms in Phila, Chairman of the Board of St Edmond's Federal Savings in S. DeMaria, Ronald H.

Ronald H. DeMaria, age 64 of West Long Branch, a leading member of the New Jersey Bar, died Thursday April 22, at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, New York. He was a partner in the law firm of Genova, Burns, and Vernola, Livingston. He received his JD at Seton Hall University and his MBA at Rutgers School of Business. For more than 35 years, he specialized in labor and employment law. While representing management, he gained an intimate knowledge of all aspects of practice and procedure before the National Labor Relations Board. He earned the confidence of his clients through his sound advice in labor negotiations, arbitration and through strikes and labor union campaigns. His representation was regularly sought in both state and federal courts on such issues as discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge. New Jersey Magazine recognized Mr. DeMaria as one of the outstanding labor and employment lawyers in New Jersey.

Mr. DeMaria's many professional achievements also included having been editor in chief of the Seton Hall Law Journal and later president of that law school's alumni association. He also served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School.

He was born in Newark he had lived in West Long Branch since 1979. He was a communicant of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. He was predeceased by his father Louis.

Surviving are his wife Dolores Colannino DeMaria; a son Ronald Anthony DeMaria of Tinton Falls: a daughter Alyssa DeMaria of Davenport, Florida; his mother, Florence Zottoli DeMaria of Brick; and a brother Louis DeMaria of Metuchen.

Demas, Teresa

TERESA DEMAS, of Southampton, NJ, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2010. She was 95. To her entire family, from her husband to her great-grandchildren, she was Tessie. For the last decade, Tessie lived comfortably with her sons and daughters-in-law. She wintered in Southampton with Joseph, Robert & Reary, and summered in Wevertown with Joseph, Kenneth & Claire. Teresa was born in New York City on 4/14/14 to Italian immigrants Domenica and Domenico Coscia. She married Joseph Demas in 1934. Together they raised their three sons in the Bronx. The original Martha Stewart, Tessie was an extraordinary cook, an organizational expert and a professional shopper. She never turned down a gin rummy game, (for money, of course) and never missed her August treks to Saratoga Race Track where she always bet on the gray horse. Tessie had 5 grandchildren: Reary, Jody, Jamie, Collin and Corey; and 3 great-grandsons: Johnny, Dylan and Ethan. They will all remember her meat sauce and her "shoe". She is also survived by the Coscia family: Mary, Lillian, Lydia, Joan, Victor and their families. Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service on Thursday, January 21 at 11:00 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ, (609-953-7600).
