GRAHAM, David F. Suddenly on August 11th, 2009. Of Gibbsboro, NJ. Age 69. Beloved husband of 43 years to Lois (nee Beyer). Loving father of James and his wife Deborah and Susan Ousouljoglou and her husband Tony. Dear son of Leona Graham and brother of Janet Graham. Devoted grandfather of Emily, Abby, Dakota, Peyton and Maggie and caring uncle of Michael Moss. Dave was a member of the American Legion Post 371 Gibbsboro, Square Circle Sportmans Club, Medford Lodge No.178 F & AM, served as a Captain in the United States Air Force and a nursing home administrator for most of his adult life. He was an avid sports fan and participated in SJ High School Sports especially volleyball and track as a referee. Gramlich, Ellen A.

Ellen A. Gramlich, (Nee Werner), passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2002 at the Cooper Medical Center in Camden, NJ. She was 84 yrs. Born in Mineola, Long Island, NY, she resided in the Leisuretown Section of Southampton, NJ since 1980 moving there from Orient, Long Island, NY. A retired Librarian Assistant she worked for the Sally Stretch Keen Library in Vincentown, NJ where she worked for 20 years. She had formerly worked for Bell Labs in New York City, NY as a Secretary. She is the wife of the late Henry M. Gramlich. She is survived by her son Henry M. Gramlich Jr. of Atlanta, GA and her daughter Ellen Hobbs and of Medford Lakes, NJ, her sister Marylou Zimmerman of Acra, NY and also three Grandchildren Kristine Johnson Ozbakan of Atlanta, GA, Jennifer Johnson of Lawrenceville, NJ and Matthew Hobbs of Medford Lakes, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the Holy Eucharist Catholic Church 520 Medford Lakes-Tabernacle Rd. Tabernacle, NJ. Granger, Christopher M.

Christopher M. Granger, age 12 of Ocean Twp. died Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at home. Christopher was born in Perth Amboy and was a 7th grade student at the Township of Ocean Intermediate School and Coastal Learning Center in Morganville. He is survived by his mother, Dawn Wagner; his aunt, with whom he lived, Tammy Erickson; 6 siblings, Daniel, Dominick, Jose, Bianca, Tara and Paige; as well as other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 30, from 10 am until the time of service officiated by his uncle, Rev. Marty O'Donnell at 11:00 am from the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave, Long Branch. Interment will be at Holmdel cemetery.

Graniero, Louis Mario

Louis Mario Graniero, 93 of Vero Beach FL, formerly of West End, passed away on Oct. 23, 2006 in Vero Beach, FL. He was born in New York City in 1913, but spent his first 9 years in Alsonia, Italy. He was a successful businessman who was founder and president of many garment and manufacturing plants, including Century Sportswear for over 40 years and RBM Manufacturing, both located in Long Branch. He was very involved in civic activities in Long Branch during the 70's and 80's. He was a member of the planning board and the board of adjustment. He was trustee of the Jersey Shore Bank and Monmouth College. He was a major benefactor to Boys Town of Italy, and chairman of the Italian Earthquake Relief Fund in 1977. He was a member of UNICO, the Sons of Columbus, and the Long Branch Exchange Club. He was also a member of the N.J. Opera Guild. He was an usher and communicant of St. Michael's Church, West End, Long Branch. His loving family and friends will greatly miss his warm, inspirational and generous heart and spirit. He will be remembered as a true gentleman, known for his tremendous compassion and assistance to not only family, but for anyone in need. He was predeceased in 1988 by his first wife of 51 years and mother of their children, Anne Penta Graniero; a brother Mario in 1987 and a grandson, Robert Graniero Jr. in 1985. He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 16 years, Angela Falvo Graniero; his three children Ronald Graniero and his wife Erica of Oceanport; his daughter, Mary Stevens Jonasson of Ocean Twp.; and son Robert Graniero of Vero Beach, FL. His sister Lina DeMeo resides in Scauri, Italy. He had 7 grandchildren, Monica Greco of Eatontown, Alison Stevens of Ocean Twp., Kevin Stevens and his wife Christine of Ocean Twp., Robin Cervantes and husband Chris of Wall Twp., Andrea D'Amico and husband Tomasso of Florence, Italy, Stephanie Graniero of Del Ray Beach, FL, Steven Graniero of Long Branch. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, Anthony and Michael Greco, Ashley, Brandon, and Lindsey Stevens and Alex and Marc Cervantes; and two former sons in law, Howard Stevens of Arizona and William Jonasson of Interlaken. Friends may call at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Avenue, on the corner of Third Ave, Long Branch on Friday, October 27 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. on February 23, 2004, of Marlton, NJ. Age 62. Wife of Howard W. Grant, Jr. Daugther of Isabel Z. Brown. Loving mother of James J. Gallagher and his wife Susan, Shawn A. Gallagher, Leigh Anne Gallagher, and Stacey M. Grant. Sister of James and Robert Brown. Also survived by her grandchildren Timothy J. Salamatin, Shannon K. Gallagher, and James J. Gallagher III. Grant, Sr., Phillip

Phillip Grant, Sr., 75, of Whitesboro, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at Court House Convalescent Center, Cape May Court House, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Thomas and Gertrude (Berry) Grant, he was raised in Whitesboro then lived in Connecticut for thirty years before returning to Whitesboro in 1995. He was a machinist at Pratt & Whitney in Connecticut. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.

Mr. Grant was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Whitesboro. He was a deacon, an usher and a trustee of the church. He served as superintendent of Sunday School, secretary of the deacon board, former secretary of the trustee and usher boards, chairman of the improvement board, and as a member of the pastor's aide and the flower guild. He helped wherever he was needed.

Mr. Grant was also a member of Masonic Keystone Lodge #39. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He used his spare time to fix bikes and lawn mowers and to do repair work on cars.

Mr. Grant is survived by his wife, Eula Jane Grant; his four children, Phyllis Anola Comer, Phillip Grant, Jr., Jantia Hart, and Rene Darlene Grant; his eight grandchildren; his 13 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 9, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Main Street and Route 9, Whitesboro, where viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. A Masonic Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery, Cape May Court House, NJ. Memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Whitesboro.

Gratch, Eleanor R.

Eleanor R. Gratch, 81, of Cape May and long time resident of Avalon, died on Tuesday, December 11, 2001, at the Abington Memorial Hospital, Abington, Pa. She was born in Pennsylvania and lived in Maytown, Lancaster County for thirty years. Her late husband, Dr. Michael, served on the Medical Staff at Lancaster Genereal Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital there. She worked as a registered nurse for her husband 30 years in Maytown,, PA where he had a practice. She was a member of Maris Stella Church and the Avalon Yacht Club.

She is survived by a son, Dr. Michael J. and his wife, Diane of Holicong, Pa.; a daughter, Carol A. Jones and her husband, George of Albuquerque, NM; a sister, Jean Burke and her husband, Philip of CT; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Doris and a granddaughter, Ellen Jones.

The Funeral Liturgy will be said on Friday, December 14, 2001, at 11 am at Maris Stella Church, 50th and Dune Drive, Avalon, NJ Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery, Cape May Court House, NJ Memorials may be made to the Abington Memorial Hospital, 1200 Old York Road, Abington, Pa 19001 or the Doylestown Hospital, 595 W. Gratz, Bertram Charles

GRATZ, on September 21, 2002, Bertram Charles of Marlton NJ. Age 65. Loving husband of J. Janice (nee McLaughlin-McGrody). Beloved father of Christopher B., Jonathan C., and Cynthia, all of Marlton and beloved grandfather of Christopher John. Graves, Stanwood E.

STANWOOD E. GRAVES (Archmandrite Michael), went home to be with the Lord suddenly on Wednesday, November 24th, 2004 in Haiti. He was 70. Born in Phila., PA, he is the son of the late Everett H. & Lenore B. Graves. A graduate of East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN and of the Episcopal Theological Seminary, Fr. Michael served in the US Army with the 1st Calvary Division and also as a Chaplain. In 1970 he became the Rector of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Plainfield, NJ and in 1976 founded the Orthodox Church of St. Stephen the Protomartyr in S. Plainfield, NJ. a parish of the Antiochian Archdiocese. Around the same time he attended St. Vladimir Theological Seminary in Crestwood, NY. While pastor of St. Stephen's, he founded the Central NJ Orthodox Clergy Assoc. In 1986 he received the blessing of Metropolitan Philip of the Antiochian Archdiocese and Patriarch Ignatious the IV of Antioch to establish the Orthodox Church in the Caribbean Islands based in Haiti. Early in his ministry Fr. Michael oversaw missions in Cuba, Dominican Republic, Martinique, and Puerto Rico, comprising the Metropolis of Panama, Central America and Mexico. He founded St. George School and Church in Petionville, Haiti with a student body of 700 and St. Stephen's Medical Clinic in Mayote, Haiti staffed by visiting doctors providing medical care for the poor. He also established Holy Angels Orphanage and Good Shepherd Chapel in Marin City, Haiti. Fr. Michaels' goal and vision throughout his ministry was to restore dignity to peoples lives and to save their souls. He is the husband of the late Sandra (Vowell) Graves and the Beloved brother of Linda Durham of Galisteo, NM and Ann Meili of Hollywood, FL a Donna Durham of Houston, TX, a nephew Rocky Durham of Santa Fe, NM and a great niece Audrey Durham of Houston, TX. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM in the Mother of God Orthodox Church at St. Joseph's Seminary, College Rd., Princeton, NJ. Graves, Lenore B.

LENORE B. GRAVES (Nee Bailey) died on Saturday, March 29, 2003 at the Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly, NJ. The wife of the late Everett H. Graves, she was 90 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she resided in Leisuretowne for the past 31 years moving there from Cherry Hill, NJ. A long time Volunteer connected with social and health services in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas, she was the Founder of T.O.U.C.H. of Leisuretowne, in Southampton, NJ, and organization of residents who provide health and need services to fellow Leisuretowne residents. Her interest in the theater allowed her to act as an author and director of many productions of the Curtain Callers of Leisuretowne. She is the beloved mother of Rev. Michael S.E. Graves of Haiti, Linda Durham of Galisteo, NM and Ann Meili of Hollywood, FL. She is the sister of Thomas Bailey of MA and Lorraine Glausman of PA, Grandmother of Donna (Daisy) Durham of Houston, TX and Everett (Rocky) Durham of Brighton, England and Great Grandmother of Audrey Claire Durham. Gray, Ethel Ruth

Ethel Ruth Gray, 71, of Cape May Court House, died on Monday, August 7, 2006 at the home of her son, John, in Tuckerton. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late William H. and Ethel (Mahan) Simon. She moved to Avalon permanently in 1971 and then to Cape May Court House in 1989. She formerly worked for Bell Telephone, General Electric and Hoy's Store. She was a homemaker and actively participated in raising her grandchildren. She was an avid volunteer at the SWIM Program at the Von Savage in Wildwood Crest; enjoyed reading and traveling. Ruth, as people knew her, loved the beach and during her high school years excelled as an athlete playing basketball, field hockey and track.

Ruth is survived by her husband, John "Jack" J. Gray; three children: Ruthann Doyle (Gary) of Cape May Court House; Patricia R. Bokenko (Donald) of Normandy Beach; and John J. Gray, III (Carol) of Tuckerton; one brother, William H. Simon (Joan) of Bensalem, PA; one sister, Helen Rosato (Louis) of Cape May Court House; and seven grandchildren: Erin L. and Sean G. Doyle; Kelsey Bokenko; John J. Gray, IV; Morgan Bokenko; and Brian and Mary Kate Gray.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 11, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may visit on Thursday, August 10 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private. Gray, Helen

Helen Gray, 81, of Sicklerville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 24. Born in Philadelphia, she has been a resident of Sicklerville for the past 30 years. Mrs. Gray was active with the Camden County Senior Citizens and a volunteer knitter for the Retired Seniors Volunteer Program. She was a member of St. John Neumann Church in Sicklerville. Devoted mother of son John Tharp of Montgomeryville, PA and daughter Joanne VanAtter of Sicklerville. Loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John Neumann Church, 234 Sicklerville Rd., Sicklerville, where a viewing will be held 10-11 a.m. Interment Holy Cross cemetery, Yeadon, PA. Gray, John "Jack" J.

John "Jack" J. Gray, 78, of Cape May Court House, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Born in Philadelphia, PA to John and Rosina (Truman) Gray, he was a Korean War Veteran with the Army Engineers, and later worked for General Electric in Philadelphia. He moved to Avalon, NJ in 1971 where he worked for the Postal Service and then moved to Cape May Court House in 1989. He was a member of the Elks Lodge of North Wildwood, Moose Lodge of Erma, and the VFW. He was predeceased by his wife, Ruth, in August of 2006.

He is survived by his children, Ruthann (Gary) Doyle of Cape May Court House, Patricia (Donald) Bokenko of Normandy Beach, and John J. (Carol) Gray III of Tuckerton; sister, Margaret "Peg" (Nick) DiMascio of North Cape May; and grandchildren, Erin and Sean Doyle, Kelsey Bokenko, John J. Gray IV, Morgan Bokenko, and Brian and Mary Kate Gray.

Funeral Services will be on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Visitation will be on Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Cape May County Veterans cemetery. Gaylen L. Gray, age 46 of Marlton, NJ, formerly of Alton, IL. Died suddenly on Sunday at his home. GRAY, on February 6, 2002, Irene G. ‘Ruth' (nee Griffith) of Southampton. Age 81. Beloved wife of the late Leon E. Gray. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Janet Griffith of Washington Twp. and several cousins and friends. Mrs. Gray was a supervisor for 43 years with NJ Bell Telephone retiring in 1982 and a member of the Pioneers of America. In 1975, she began helping her husband with their business, Gray's Florist, Mt. Laurel. Graziano, Frank Peter

FRANK PETER GRAZIANO, 62, of North Carolina, formerly of WEST LONG BRANCH, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh, N.C. He was employed by Entenmanns Bakery, Edison, for 13 years, retiring in 1994. He then went on to become the business owner of Best Transmission in Cary, N.C. Born in Long Branch, he had lived in West Long Branch before moving to North Carolina in 1994.

He was predeceased by his father, Frank Graziano Sr., and his mother, Rose Bernardo Graziano. Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Frances Police Graziano; a daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Albert Labriola of Cary; a brother, James Graziano of Ocean Township; a sister, Martha Miller of Eatontown; and two grandsons, whom he adored, Nicholas Frank and Thomas Albert Labriola of Cary.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, with a funeral service at 8 p.m. at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave. (corner of Third Avenue), Long Branch.

Graziano, Joseph J

Joseph J. Graziano, age 50, of Manahawkin died Friday, March 18, 2005 at home. He was a sales person and driver for Tuckerton Lumber. Born in Long Branch, he lived there most of his life before moving to Manahawkin a year ago. He was predeceased by his parents, Anthony Graziano, Sr. and Angelina Strollo Graziano. Surviving is his daughter, Taylor Graziano of N.C.; and a brother, Anthony J. Graziano Jr. of Freehold. Visitation will be held at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave. on the corner of Third Ave, Long Branch, on Wednesday, March 23 from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm with a funeral service to begin at 8:30 pm.

Greaney, Leo J.

GREANEY, LEO J., on May 24, 2008, of Medford, NJ and Vero Beach, FL. Native of Amesbury, MA. Age 74. Husband of Elizabeth (nee McGregor). Beloved father of Leo J. Greaney Jr., Francis P. Also survived by his grandchildren, Bridget and Danny Greaney, Erin and Keira O'Sullivan, and Carly and Ryan Pettipaw. Mr. Greaney was a graduate of Merrimack College, North Andover Mass., where he sponsors the "Leo J. Greaney ('55) Honors Scholarship" to provide merit-based financial aid to the school's brightest and most promising students. In 1958 he joined Campbell's Soup Company in the Management Training Program and rose through the organization to be appointed as Vice President and Corporate Controller in 1989, a position that he held until his retirement in 1996, after 38 years of service. He was a member of the Sweetwater Yacht Club in N.J. and the Grand Harbor Golf & Beach Club in Vero Beach, Florida, where he celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary last year. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Wednesday from 6:00-9:00 PM and Thursday from 8:45-9:45 AM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt. 73 & Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM at St. Mary of the Lakes Roman Catholic Church, 40 Jackson Rd., Medford, NJ. Interment will follow at Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ. The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the American Lung Association (www.lungusa.org) or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (www.jdrf.org).

Green, Jr., Richard G.

GREEN JR., RICHARD G., age 67, of Green Creek, NJ, died on Monday, December 4, 2006, at his home. He was born in Richmond, VA, and lived in this area since 1976. He was former pastor of the Mill Run, PA Baptist Church; the Downingtown, PA Baptist Church; First Baptist Church of Cape May of Cape May Court House, NJ; and the Trinity Fellowship Assembly of God Church of Cape May Court House, NJ. He had held sales positions and was owner of Apple Orchard Ed. Supply Store, and in semi-retirement worked at Griswald Special Care. He was a graduate of Eastern Baptist College and the Eastern Baptist Seminary of Philadelphia, PA. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in West Cape May, where he was involved in leadership activities. He loved prayer and financial support for Christian organizations for the survival of traditional family values in the U.S.A.

He is survived by his wife, Janet L. Haas Green; his children: Carolyn Carty and husband, Geoff, and their children: Jacob, Brian, and Eric of Swedesboro, NJ; Robert K. and his wife, Jennifer, of Palm Bay, FL; Donna Green of King of Prussia, PA; Elizabeth Streets and her husband, Walter, and their son, Jayson, of Maple Shade, NJ.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2006, at 10:30 am at the First Assembly of God Church, 1068 Seashore Road, West Cape May, NJ 08204, where friends may visit at 9 to 10:30 am. Interment will be in the Cold Spring Presbyterian cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Assembly of God Church Youth Ministry at the above address, or the Greater Lansing Youth for Christ (support for Brian Hass, nephew), PO Box 80555, Lansing, MI 48908.

Green, Sr., John P.

John P. Green, Sr., age 64 years, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Friday, January 25, 2008 at the Crest Haven Nursing Home Transitional Life Center, Cape May Court House. He retired in 1994 after 18 years of service as a Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman with the Middle Township Public Works, Road Department. He was born in Clarkton, NC, and has been a lifetime Cape May County resident. He enjoyed relaxing while hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-six years, Ezel (nee Felder) Green; his four sons: John, Jr. (Susan) Green of Whitesboro, NJ, Kenny Green of Arizona, J.B. Keith of Wildwood, NJ & Kevin Keith of Florida; his three daughters: Meretha Green of Whitesboro, NJ, Kerry (Edward) Hughes of Arizona & Denise (Gilbert) Lewis of Wildwood, NJ; his brother: Audry "Fink" (Shirley) Green of Cape May Court House, NJ; twenty-two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ, where relatives and friends may call after 10:00 AM. Interment will be private.
