Malady, William E.

William E. Malady of Williamstown, died Saturday at the Health Care Center at Washington, Washington Twp. Age 78 years.

Mr. Malady was born in Philadelphia, PA and has been a resident of Williamstown since 1959.

He worked 30 years at the US Naval Ship Yard in Phila., PA as an electrician, retiring in 1985. He served in the US Army during WWII. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #3352 in Williamstown, Disabled American Veterans and St. Mary's Parish Family. He was the first customer at Geets Diner in Williamstown.

Devoted husband of Frances M. (nee Fife). Devoted father of Timothy, his wife Lori and Linda Schneeweiss and her husband Hank. Loving grandfather of Devyn and Katie. Dear brother of Anna Mitchell, Mary Madden and Theresa Frizzle.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am Wednesday at St. Mary's RC Church, Main St. & Carrol Ave., Williamstown, where a viewing will be held one hour prior. Interment St. Mary's cemetery, Williamstown. Arrangements are made by BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME, Williamstown.

Malashevitz, Michael David

Michael David Malashevitz, 54, of Cape May Court House, NJ died on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 at the Oceana Rehab Center. He was born in South Plainfield, NJ and lived here for forty years. He was a color matcher for the Emsig Corp. He was a former Boy Scout and enjoyed working with electronics. He was a Middle Township High School graduate.

He is survived by his mother, Jane; his brothers, Steven J. Malashevitz and his wife, Mary Ann of Englewood, OH, and Alan J. Malashevitz and his wife, Melissa of Little Egg Harbor, NJ; his sister, Diane J. Schoener and her husband, John Schoener, Jr. of Glassboro; and six nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael in 1979.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Fairview cemetery, Cape May Court House. Memorials may be made to the New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home, 524 Northwest Blvd., Vineland, NJ 08360. ATTN: Activities Fund.

MALCONTENTO, Michael C.

passed away on July 7, 2006 after a long illness, of Moorestown, formerly of Philadelphia, PA. Age 73. Beloved husband of Charlotte (nee Kane). Loving father of Michael Malcontento II (Cyndi). Dear brother of Tony Malcontento (Vera) and Catherine Labalafalo. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and his beloved and faithful canine companion, PeeWee. Prior to retirement in 1988, Michael was employed at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard for 37 years. He was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He will be remember as a very kind and generous man, who was always happy. Malinowski, Connie

Connie Malinowski, 74, of North Cape May, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at North Cape Center after a long illness. She was born and raised in Wilmington, DE before her family moved to Cambridge, NJ. She graduated from Palmyra High School in 1951. She moved to Cape May County forty years ago and has owned and operated several hotels and motels in the area. She was a member of St. John of God Church. She managed the QSL Radio Station in Okinawa. She was a charter member, past secretary, and past chairman of the scholarship committee of the Polish American Club of Cape May County; past president and secretary of the Cape May County Women's Republican Organization; secretary of the Greater Wildwood Hotel and Motel Association; life member of American Legion Post 184 Wildwood and the Women Vietnam Veterans of America 602 in Erma; member of the Deborah Heart Hospital and for the last four years, the Rio Grande Fire Company Auxiliary; and President of the Union of Polish Women of America Group 159. She was a former Republican Committeewoman of Wildwood and was active in the Wildwood Ladies Republican Clubs. She also served on the Zoning Board of Wildwood.

Connie is survived by her husband of 56 years, John Malinowski; her children, Kathryn Fulginiti of Wildwood, John Richard Malinowski, Jr. of Villas, Michael G. Malinowki of Santa Fe, NM, Charles D. Malinowski of Charlotte, NC, and James F. Malinowski of Wildwood Crest; her sisters, Gladys "Dolly" Szaroleta of Wilmington, DE, and Patricia Buckanavage of Waterbury, CT; her brothers, Frank Gentkowski of Wilmington, DE, and Walter Gentkowski of Seattle, WA; 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, January 17, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John of God Church, 680 Town Bank Road, North Cape May, where viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Rio Grande Fire Department Auxiliary, 1120 Route 47 South, Rio Grande, NJ 08242.

Anna M. Malloy

Anna M. Malloy, 85, wife of the late John R. Malloy, daughter of the late Robert & Ida Rumpf, went to her Heavenly Home on Sunday afternoon, 3/23/2003, at Virtua Hospital in Marlton, NJ, after a long illness with a heart condition.

Anna May was born and lived in Philadelphia, until her move to the Wiley Home in October of 1988. She was employed in the Housekeeping Department of Wiley Home for over 25 years before retiring in 1988.

She is survived by her children, Loretta R., Robert C. and William H. and the late Raymond J. Malloy and her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her loving friends at Wiley and especially the Gilmore children.

A viewing will be held in the Chapel of Wiley Church, Main Street, Marlton, NJ, from 1:00-1:30PM on Wednesday, where a funeral service will be held at 1:30PM. Funeral directed by the Bradley Funeral Home, Marlton.

Donations may be sent to Wiley Mission, 99 East Main Street, Marlton, NJ 08053, in her memory.

Malmberg, Kristen L.

MALMBERG, Kristen Lynn, on December 22, 2008, of Medford NJ. Age 31. Beloved daughter of Eric S. & Linda C. (nee Scott) Malmberg. Dear granddaughter of Jean C. and the late Gustave B. Malmberg, Jettie U. and Hugh Porter and the late Walter B. Scott. She is the loving niece of Karen & Jack Cook, her godparents, Bobbi & Roger Napper, Bill & Mary Scott, James & Nancy Scott, Joyce Davis, Frankie & Donna Porter and the late Lillie Seibold. She is also survived by many loving cousins. Kristen was a 1996 graduate of Shawnee High School, Medford NJ and a 2000 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Cabrini College with a B.A. in Early Education. While at Cabrini College, she was also a member of Kappa Delta Pi. An active member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Marlton, Kristen was a Sunday School and VBS Teacher and a Youth Group Advisor. This past September, Kristen started a new teaching job at the South Jersey Christian Academy in Sicklerville where she taught Literature & Social Studies and for 5 years prior she taught Literature at Marlton Christian Academy for 4-8th grade. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation from 10-11am Saturday at Prince of Peace Church where a Memorial Service will be held at 11am Saturday. MALTESE, Michael

Age 83. Of Woodbine, formerly of Cherry Hill, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2009. Retired from Cutler Metal and served in the US Navy. Avid Phillies Fan and always going to hit "the big one". Always willing to help anyone.

Predeceased by his wife Pat and a great grandson. Survived by a son Michael (JoAnn) and Marianna (Robert), 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and sister Concetta.

Mancini, Nicholas

NICHOLAS MANCINI, 93 of Holiday, Fla., formerly of WEST LONG BRANCH, died Saturday at Intergrated Health Services, Tarpon Springs, Fla. He was a senior patrolman at Monmouth University, West Long Branch, before retiring and was also employed at Signal Lab at Fort Monmouth, Eatontown. He was also the owner of Blue Anchor Food Products, West Long Branch. He was a communicant of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. He was a life member of the Monmouth County Firemen's Association, the New Jersey Benevolent Firemen's Association, and the West Long Branch Fire Company 2, where he served as chief in 1954. He was a member of the International Police Association. Born in Newark, he lived in West Long Branch before moving to Holiday in 1970.

His wife, Anna Banko Mancini, died in 1991; and a grandson, Nicholas Mancini, died in 1984. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Nicholas F. and Yvonne Mancini of West Long Branch, and Robert J. and Maryanne Mancini of Clearwater, Fla.; four grandchildren, Deborah Casaccio, Charlene Richman, Robert Mancini, and Rosann Velesquez; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Damiano Funeral Home, Third and Franklin avenues, Long Branch. A funeral will be held 8:30 a.m. Friday from the funeral home followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass at Holy Trinity Church, Long Branch. Interment will be in Mount Carmel cemetery, West Long Branch.

Mandakas, George

MANDAKAS, on August 29, 2002, George J. of Mt. Laurel NJ. Age 65. Beloved husband of Marilyn G. Mandakas (nee Geller). Loving father of 3 children, Carole A. Mandakas, Betsy J. Allemand and John W. Mandakas. Also survived by 1 sister, Lu Kosaitis and 4 grandsons, Calvin, Ian, Jeremy and Quinn. From 1960-1962, Mr. Mandakas served in the US ARMY. He was a Computer Sales Manager working with Ceridian/IBM for 30 years, retiring in 1992 and an active member of the Fellowship Golf Association, Ramblewood Country Club, Mt. Laurel. Mandell, Joseph V.

Joseph V. Mandell, 82, of Cape May Court House, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2008 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Born in Philadelphia to the late Joseph and Rose (nee Rex) Mandell, he moved here 20 years ago from Philadelphia. He was formerly employed by Budd Co. - Red Lion Plant in Philadelphia. He was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church.

Mr. Mandell is the husband of 58 years of Betty (nee Mallon); the father of Joseph M. (Kathy), Dennis J. (Maryanne), and the late James T.; grandpop of Christine Suder (Pete), Lynn Madonna (John), Denise Mandell (Jeff Farren), Dennis, Regina, Alison, and Joe Mandell; great gramps of Courtney and Adam Suder, James T., John, and Isabella Madonna, and Robert Farren; and brother of Dolores O'Connell of Myrtle Beach, SC, the late Margaret McLaughlin, and the late Rose Case Czerwonka.

Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Church, 35 Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House, where visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Interment will be private. Mandica, Matthew Paul

MATTHEW PAUL MANDICA, 17, of EATONTOWN, died Sunday, June 8, at New York Presbyterian Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a junior at Monmouth Regional High School and a member of its baseball team. He was a parishioner of St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church, West Long Branch. He enjoyed being with his family and friends to express his wonderful sense of humor. His personality made him a true asset to his family. He obitpix was a great person, a beloved son, brother and uncle. He will be extremely missed, yet never forgotten. Born in Long Branch, he was a life resident of Eatontown.

He was predeceased by a nephew, John Matthew Mandica. Surviving are his parents, John and Kathlynn "Kitty" Mandica; five brothers, John B., Michael, Anthony, Dominic, and Joseph; seven sisters, Kathrine De Sarno, Jacqueline Lurch, Amanda Bontz, Nicole Mandica, Stephanie Mandica, Danielle Mandica, and Victoria Mandica; and three nieces and four nephews, Alex, Niki, and Joey Lurch, Gary and Michael De Sarno, Marcus Mandica and Vincent Mandica.

Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Damiano Funeral Home, Third and Franklin avenues, Long Branch. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Thursday from the funeral home followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Jerome Church. Interment will be in Woodbine cemetery, Oceanport. Mandica, John Matthew

John Matthew Mandica, Long Branch infant son of John B. and Georgeana Viespoli Mandica died Thursday May 29, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch.He is also survived by his brother, Vincent Mandica, his paternal grandparents, John and Kathlynn Mandica, Eatontown, his maternal grandparents, Vincent and Angelika Viespoli, Florida, his aunts and uncles, Kathrine De Sarno, Jacqueline Lurch, Amanda Bontz, Nicole Mandica, Stephanie Mandica, Danielle Mandica, Victoria Mandica, Pamela Decos, Michael Mandica, Anthony Mandica, Dominic Mandica, Joseph Mandica, Matthew Mandica, Dominick Viespoli and several cousins.

At the request of the family all services will be private. Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch will be in charge of the arrangements.

ALBERT M. MANDL JR., age 43, of Sicklerville, died Tuesday at his home after a long illness. Born in Hamilton Twp., Mercer County, and residing in Sicklerville for the past 11 years. Albert worked as a computer programmer for 17 years at The Cooper Health System's Data Center, in Mt. Laurel. His hobbies and interests included dancing, painting, drawing, bird watching and gardening. He was a naturist. He is a member of the Candle Light Dance Club in Cherry Hill. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Kelly). Loving son of Cecilia L. Mandl and the late Albert M. Mandl Sr. Dear brother of Caroline C. Mandl and Marilyn J. Mandl all of Hamilton. Devoted step-father to Dawn M. Satterfield and Jerry J. A. Riggio and loving grandfather to A.J. Zancolli and Juliana C. Satterfield all of Sicklerville. JOHN NULTY MANGANO went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 26, 2008 at the Virtua West Jersey Hospital in Voorhees, NJ. Just 1 hour old, John is the Beloved son of Arthur John Mangano and Erin Elizabeth Nulty. A family gathering and memorial service will take place on Tuesday at 3:00 PM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ, (609-953-7600). Mangiamele, Joseph H.

Joseph H. Mangiamele age 83 of Manchester died Thursday September 18, at home. He was a general foreman for J. F. Kiely Construction Company, Long Branch for forty years, retiring in 1992. Born in Hackensack, NJ, he had lived in Long Branch for 35 years and Spring Lake before coming to Manchester. Mr. Mangiamele served with the United States Army. He was a beloved and devoted husband, a loving father, cherished grandfather, and his family was the most important part of his life.

Surviving are his wife of fifty-four years Rosemarie Berger Mangiamele, 2 sons, Paul M. Mangiamele, Eden Prairie, Minn; Joseph P. Mangiamele, Centerville, Ohio; 3 daughters, Rosemarie Goodpaster, Fairhope, Alabama; Joi, Machmer, Fort Collins, Co.; Joanne Mangiamele, Charlotte, No Carolina; 2 brothers, Alfred Caruso, Long Branch, Paul Caruso, Queens, NY. and 9 grandchildren.

Mangino, Frank

Frank Mangino, 82, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at Court House Convalescent Center, Cape May Court House. He was born in Camden, NJ to the late Antonio and Catherine (Zegrino) Mangino. He was an Army Veteran of World War II. He moved to Cape May Court House 3 years ago after living most of his life in Woodlynne. He is survived by his brother, Joseph Mangino of Cape May Court House; and his sisters, Angie Stowe of Woodbury, Mary Kolessar of Williamstown, Marge Tofani of Camden, ME, and Florence Plum of Williamstown. Funeral services are private.

Age 86. Went into the loving arms of her savior Jesus on May 1, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. Loving mother of Courtney M., Nicole C. and Alyssa F. Devoted daughter of Frances (nee Przedzial) Penman and the late Edward Penman. Dear sister of Steven Penman and his wife Eileen. Joyce worked in the Air Freight Industry for 20 years. Prior to her illness, she worked at Barthco International as an export specialist. Joyce will be dearly missed by her colleagues, family members, friends and everyone who knew her.
