He is employed as a Sales and Service Representative with IMAC Systems Inc. in Tullytown, PA where he worked for 10 yrs. He is the beloved son of Calvin C. & Laura L. (Nee Angus) Rich of Leisuretown, Southampton, NJ. Loving father of Jennifer L and Danielle R. Rich both of Yardley, PA, brother of Dr. Robert A. Rich and his wife Michelle M. of Orleans, MA and Susan R. Ploss and her husband Richard S. of Medford, MA. Also survived by his fiancee' Ruth E. Cariola of Langhorne, PA., his nephew Jeffrey S. Rich of NYC, NY and his neice Rebecca A. Rich of Cambridge, MA. RICHARDS, Wayne D. on December 30, 2008, of Sicklerville NJ, formerly W Berlin, NJ. Age 70. Beloved husband of 41 years to Mary Elizabeth (nee Fox). Loving father of David Richards, Tammy Rodriguez, Lori Niswander, Bobby, James and Jon Richards. Dear step-father of Guy and Larry Haines. Dear brother of Ronald Richards, Sue Smith, Danny Richards, Martha Grimm, Lois Henson, Sarah Chesney, Earl Richards and Janet Richards. Caring grandfather of thirteen. Wayne will also be missed by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. He was born and raised in Roanoke, VA and served in the US Air Force. Mr. Richards retired from Kmart as District Manager. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Saturday from 1-2pm at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd. Marlton. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 2pm. Richardson, Ruby W.

Ruby W. Richardson, age 89 years, of Whitesboro, NJ, died on Monday, July 10, 2006 at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, Cape May Court House, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she has lived here since 1923 coming from Philadelphia, grew up in the First Baptist Church of Whitesboro, and sang with Hearts of Joy. The latter years of her life were spent at Court House Convalescent Center, where she enjoyed working on puzzles, and reading the Bible. She made many friends, and enjoyed being around people.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Howard W. & Martha J. Watkins; her husband: Rev. Troy A. Richardson in June, 1975; her daughter: Lavinia D. Richardson; her brother: Oley E. Watkins; five sisters: Marguerite Baskerville, Anna Mae Watkins, Hannah Lee Watkins, Helen Marie Watkins, and Delorse Felder.

She is survived by her two brothers: Rev. George H. Watkins and Shelley J. Watkins, both of Whitesboro, NJ; her sister: Lavinia W. Hatcher of Philadelphia, PA; a favorite niece: Cassandra A.B. Small of Philadelphia, PA; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 17, 2006 at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ, where relatives and friends may call after 9:00 a.m. There will be no review. Interment will be in Household of Ruth cemetery, Whitesboro, NJ.

Richardson, Virginia M.

Virginia M. Richardson, age 92, of Whitesboro, NJ, died peacefully at her home surrounded by family members. She was born in Stephens, GA, the daughter of the late Henry and Bessie (Thomas) Arnold. She lived in Beards Fork, WV before moving here in 1969.

She was a graduate of the Moody Bible College and was an evangelist. Mrs. Richardson was a member of the First Baptist Church of Whitesboro, where she was a past president of the Deaconess Board; past president and past treasurer of the Sunday School; past president of the Celestial Choir; served with the Women of the Pulpit Ministry; and she was the lead soloist of the "Royal Trumpets", a musical group that was radio broadcasted every week in West Virginia.

She was a commissioner of the Board of Education in West Virginia, and actively campaigned for Rep. Robert Byrd during his running for office. She also picketed during strikes of the United Mine Workers of America.

She is survived by two sons: Hosea R. of Galloway Twp., NJ, and William C. of Whitesboro, NJ; four daughters: Angeline Castle of Anaheim, CA, Shirlane M. Corbett of Millville, NJ, Linda R. Bigay of Vineland, NJ, and Sharon E. Ellis of Deptford, NJ; a sister: Yvonne King-Glouster of Atlanta, GA; sixteen grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hosey; two sons, Howard and Arnold; and a daughter, Barbara May.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 2, 2009, at Noon at the First Baptist Church, West Main Street, Whitesboro, NJ, where friends may visit at 11:00 a.m. There will be no review. Interment will be in Household of Ruth cemetery, Whitesboro, NJ.

Richardson, John E.

John E. Richardson Jr., of Franklinville, died suddenly at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Washington, Twp. on Wednesday June 26, 2002. Age 51 years.

John was born in Philadelphia, PA, formerly of Williamstown and has been a resident of Franklinville for 22 years.

He was a foreman at Nabisco Snacks in Philadelphia for 18 years and J&J Snacks in Bellmawr, NJ for the past three years. He was a coach for Franklin Twp. Roller Hockey and Soccer. He enjoyed kayaking.

Beloved husband of Lynne (nee Brase). Devoted father of John C. Richardson. Loving son of Dolores E. (nee Deutsch) and the late John E. Richardson. Dear brother of Robert, Thomas, James, Dolores, Theresa and Rosemarie Patterson.

A Memorial Mass will be held 10 am Tuesday at St. Mary's RC Church, Main St. and Carroll Ave., Williamstown, NJ, where friends and relatives may call one hour prior. Burial of Cremains St. Mary's cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association, 295 Route 70, Suite 2, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.

Riches-Dieffenderfer, Katherine Elizabeth

Katherine Elizabeth Riches-Dieffenderfer, 90 yrs, of Cape May Court House, died on Saturday, March 12th, 2005 at the Court House Convalescent Center, Cape May Court House, NJ. She was born in Philadelphia, PA and has lived at Loyalton for the last five years coming from Wildwood Crest where she had lived since 1945. She was a past Officer Manager for Dr. Diamond in Wildwood. She was predeceased by her husbands Austin Riches in 1950 and John Dieffenderfer in 1975. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wildwood and the Evening Department of the Wildwood Civic Club.

She is survived by her son Bill Riches of Cape May Court House. Also survived by 2 grandchildren; Beth Sheron and Lonnie Riches.

Dear sister of Sandra Dakota, Bernie Martin, Kenneth Martin, Jeff Martin, Mark Martin, Tammy Wolfgong, Valerie Nelson, Laura Martin, Keith Martin and Eric Martin. Kay will also be missed by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Richter, George C.

George C. Richter, 89, of Oakhurst passed away Friday, Oct. 20 at St. Barnabas Hospice, Long Branch. He owned Richter's Garage, Elberon for more than 60 years. He was a charter member of the Elberon First Aid Squad, and a life member of Elberon Engine Co. #4. He was predeceased by his wife Brigid Richter in 1992; and brothers, Richard, Albert and Walter. Surviving are a daughter and son in law, Maureen and Frank Rose; a son and daughter in law, Joseph and Joan Richter; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday, Oct. 23 from 5-9 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., (corner of Third) in Long Branch. Funeral Tuesday, 9:30 am from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10:30 am at St. Michael's R.C. Church, West End. Richwine, Loretta C.

Loretta C. Richwine, 74, of Cape May Court House, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at Loyalton in Cape May Court House. Born in Harrisburg, PA to the late Joseph and Catherine (Duttenhoffer) First, she moved here two and a half years ago from Harrisburg. She worked for Bell Telephone in Harrisburg for over 25 years. She enjoyed reading and cooking with a Pennsylvania Dutch flair.

Mrs. Richwine is survived by her son, Dr. Charles M. Richwine, IV and his wife, Lori; her three grandchildren, Adam, Eric, and Gia; her brother, Edward First of Enola, PA; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Richwine, III on May 15, 2007.

Graveside services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Make A Wish Foundation of New Jersey, 1034 Salem Road, Union, NJ 07083-7058.

Richwine, III, Charles Monroe

Charles Monroe Richwine, III, 75, of Cape May Court House, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at his home. Born in Harrisburg, PA to the late Charles Monroe and Helen (Norton) Richwine, II, he moved here one year ago after living in Harrisburg for 74 years. He was employed by the City of Harrisburg and was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church and the Verhovay Club in Harrisburg and was a life member of the VFW.

Mr. Richwine is survived by his wife, Loretta C. Richwine; his son, Dr. Charles M. Richwine, IV and his wife, Lori; and his grandchildren, Adam, Eric and Gia. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Keith N. Richwine and Larry H. Richwine.

RICORDS, FRANK C., Jr., on March 13, 2009, of Ocean City, NJ. Formerly of Merchantville, NJ. Age 87. Survived by his sister Jean C. Stout and her husband Grant W., Sr. Also survived by his nephew Grant W. Stout Jr. and his wife Elizabeth, and two grand-nieces Laura and Kim Stout. Mr. Ricords was a graduate of the University of Alabama and attended University of Pennsylvania Law School. Frank was a veteran of the US Army, who served his country during WWII in Europe. Ridall, Richard Kenneth

Richard Kenneth Ridall, 77, of Seaville, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia. Born in Staten Island, NY to the late Kenneth Jones and Evelyn (Blume) Ridall, he has lived in Seaville for 7 years after moving from Devon, PA. He was a member of Paoli Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Ridall is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (nee Franklin) Ridall; his children, Rebecca Ridall Persons of Simpsonville, SC, Richard Todd Ridall of Exton, PA, Mark Franklin Ridall of Swainton, and Holly Cassidy of Seaville; his brother, Kenneth Jones Ridall of Frisco, TX; fourteen grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at Seaville United Methodist Church, 3100 Shore Road, Seaville, where viewing will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be private. Riddle, James

RIDDLE, on February 11, 2003, James of Mt. Laurel NJ, formerly of Marlton. Age 56. Beloved husband of Nancy J. Riddle (nee Haley). He is survived by his mother in law, Mary Haley and 2 sisters, Anne McFadden and Helen Sciamanna. Also survived by several loving nieces, nephews and friends. He is the brother of the late Harry Riddle. James is a Veteran of the US ARMY during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Purple Heart. For the last 10 years, he has been self employed, most recently owning JEM Building Services. Ridgway, Ruth Shirley

Ruth Shirley Ridgway, 78, of North Cape May, NJ died on Friday, August 12th in the Cooper Hospital - University Medical Center, Camden. She was born in Wildwood and has lived here since 1984 coming from Rio Grande. She graduated from Atlantic City Medical School and received a Nursing Associates degree. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Wildwood, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Rio Grande Fire Company and was Assistant Director of Shore Shot Basketball Camp. She was also an Election /Poll Volunteer and was an avid sports enthusiast.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelley (George) Vogelei of Cape May Court House; her three sons, Andrew (Brenda) of North Cape May, James (Nancy) of Erma and Robert (Michele) of Cape May Court House; her nine grandchildren, Scott (Marge), Joseph (Erin), Mark, Justin, James, Ashley, Zack, Carly and Abby; her two great grandchildren, Tommy and Emily. She was the former wife of Andrew. She is also survived by a cousin Jay Heritage.

Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. on Wednesay, August 17, 2005 at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may call after 9:30 am. Interment will be in Union cemetery, South Dennis. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

RIEGEL, Betsy Alice

Suddenly on October 30, 2008. Age 66. Of Marlton, formerly of Metuchen. Beloved daughter of the late Joshua and Edith Riegel. She is survived by several cousins in California and Pennsylvania, and her pets: Korey, Fozzi and Savannah. Betsy was a graduate of Metuchen High School and received her Bachelor's Degree and Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University. She worked for the State of New Jersey her entire career serving as a social worker, District Office Manager and Director of the Interstate Adoption Unit in the Divison of Youth and Family Services. She moved to the Department of Human Services Central Office and was a key member that established the School Based Youth Services Program and Abbott Early Education reforms. When she retired from the Dept. of Human Services, she was an Executive Assistant to the Assistant Commissioner for Intergovernmental Affairs and Special Initiatives. In her retirement, she worked as a part-time Care Management Consultant for the offices of the Public Guardian. She was beloved by her colleagues, most of whom became long-term friends. She was an animal lover and advocate for animals who volunteered for the local Animal Orphanage. She was an avid world traveler, and most of all a good friend to so many people scattered across the country. Friends are invited to her Memorial Service at 1 pm on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at the Cathedral of the Woods, 100 Stokes Rd, Medford Lakes, NJ 08055. Loving father of Al Ford, Debra Lovenduski (Jonathan), Laurie Ecker (Robert), Tina Riegg, Heather Miller (Keith), Cheryl Kokoszha (Mark), Kimberly Riegg and the late Jonathan and Stanley Riegg. Dear brother of Elva Fawcett, Helen Yacona, Rita Larrimore and Mary Licwinko. Caring grandfather of thirteen. Stan will also be missed by many loving nieces and nephews. Stan worked for Railway Express for over twenty five years. RIES, Barbara S. (nee Stickles) suddenly on March 10, 2003, of Cherry Hill, NJ, formerly of Pleasant Valley NY. Age 63. Beloved wife of Stanley Ries Jr. Loving mother of Stephen C. Ries of Glendora NJ and Darrin D. Ries of St. Albans VT. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Stickles (nee Oakley) of Bourne MA and a brother, Burton D. Stickles Jr. of Sandwich MA. Riggin, Edward J.

RIGGIN, EDWARD J. age 79, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Christmas morning at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, and moved here nine years ago. He was a member of the Our Lady of the Angels Church and the Seniors Club. He served in the US Navy, and was a member of the Thurston Elmer Wood Post of the American Legion.

He is survived by his wife, Pat; a daughter, Debbie Trainer of Philadelphia, PA; a sister, Elaine Bennett of TX; and four grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Sandra O'Neil.

The Funeral Liturgy will be said on Friday, December 29, 2006, at 10:00 am at Our Lady of The Angels Church, East Mechanic St. and Garden State Parkway, Cape May Court House, NJ, where friends may visit at 8:30 am. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre cemetery, Philadelphia, PA.

Mary was a devoted member of the Church of the Transfiguration.
