BERNARDA "BERNIE" TRUJILLO, 86, of Las Vegas, N.M., died Tuesday after a brief illness at St. Vincent Hospital.
She was born in Cimarron to the late Francisco Onava and Anacleta Armijo. She was married in 1940 at the Immaculate Conception Church in Las Vegas, N.M. She was a person with a lot of faith and a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church. She loved to crochet and was an excellent seamstress. She was happiest when surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anacleta and Francisco Onava; husband, Jose Trujillo; four grandchildren; brothers, Jose Guillermo, Arcenio, Bonifacio, Cipriano and Tomas; and sister, Cecilia.
She is survived by her sons, Lorenzo Trujillo and wife Dorothy of Barstow, Calif., and Lupe Trujillo and wife Helen of Los Vigiles; daughters, Mary Trujillo and Nea Gomez of Las Vegas, N.M., and Anna Trujillo of Pahrump, Nev.; 12 grandchildren; grandchildren she raised, Andrew Trujillo, Chris Trujillo and Hope Trujillo; and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. today at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with burial to follow at San Jose Cemetery.

NICHOLAS WOLOSHUK, 80, of Santa Fe, died Wednesday.
He was a 40-year resident of Santa Fe. He was an accomplished author, collector, promoter of the arts and the founder of the Santa Fe Village. He devoted his later years to promoting the gospel of Jesus Christ and participated in 13 pilgrimages to Israel, where he served as an ambassador for Jesus Christ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Capital Christian Church Mission Fund.
He is survived by his daughters, Karen Klawitter and husband Jimmie, Nina Sebesta and husband Ron, Dawn Justin, Helen Woloshuk, and Leta Woloshuk and husband Barney; sons, Nick Woloshuk Jr. and wife Dana, Mark Woloshuk, and Joel Woloshuk; sister, Peggy Hoover and husband Pete; brother, Eddie Woloshuk; 11 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Capital Christian Church with burial to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.

SHARON S. BOECHAT, 60, of Chimayó died Wednesday after a long illness.
She was born and raised in Pennsylvania. She was a resident of New Mexico for the past 10 years. She was employed at Big Rock Casino at the time of her death.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Auguste Boechat.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Boechat of Chimayó; son, Edward Boechat of Santa Fe; four grandchildren; sister, Kathy Schlopy of Florida; and best friend, Emily Clark of Albuquerque. A devotional service will be held at 6 p.m. today at the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home. Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Friday at Loma Vista Cemetery in Alcalde.

ETHLYN VALETA DICKASON, 85, of Los Alamos died in Los Angeles.
She was born to Michael John and Anna Laurie of Marysville, Ohio. She was married in Richwood, Ohio, in 1941; relocated to Los Alamos in 1945, where her husband was chief of security until 1958; and raised six children.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Floyd Gunderman; husband, Donald P. Dichason; and son, David Michael.
She is survived by her children, Bonnie Kay Pagliaro and husband Frank, Paula Sue Dickason and Ron Moon, Janne Dickason Targan and husband Stephan, Donald Paul Jr. and wife Martha, and Richard William and wife Jean; 14 grandchildren; and many other relatives.
A visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at McGee Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to The Irma Tuason Children's Fund, 11725 Gerald Ave., Granada Hills, CA, 91344.

ISAIAS LOPEZ, 66, of Los Ojos died unexpectedly Sunday.
He was preceded by his father, Tircio Lopez.
He served in the U.S. Navy and retired from the Bureau of Reclamation. He had an avid love for mechanic work and refurbishing vehicles.
He is survived by his wife, Erma Lopez; children, Lucinda Valdez and husband Danny of Santa Fe, Isaias Lopez and wife Arleen of Belgium, daughter Melissa Garcia and husband of Albuquerque; six grandchildren; mother, Ignacita Lopez of Cebolla; brother, Jerry Lopez of Albuquerque; sisters, Andy Madrid and husband Herman, and Virginia Lopez, all of Cebolla, Domy Ulibarri and husband Felibertom, and Lorraine Abeyta and husband Fermin, all of Tierra Amarilla; and many other relatives and friends.
Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the San Jose Catholic Church in Los Ojos with burial to follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.

PASQUALITA S. MONTOYA, 71, of Santa Clara Pueblo died Monday.
She was an LPN II for 44 years at the Española Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Merejildo and Clara Sisneros; brothers, Roy Vigil and Frank Baca; and sister, Eva Vicenti.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer J. Naranjo and husband David of Santa Clara Pueblo; brother, Sam Sisneros and wife Ramona; sister, Virgie Sisneros and friend Dennis; two granddaughters; and many other relatives and friends.
Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. today at Santa Clara Catholic Church in Santa Clara Pueblo with burial to follow at Santa Clara Pueblo Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Annabelle Martinez; two grandchildren; brothers, Rudy Pacheco and wife Rosie, and Manuel Pacheco; sister, Viola Romo; and many other relatives.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday at the same church with burial to follow at Las Cruces Cemetery.
