JIMMY "SKIP" GONZALES, 50, of El Prado died Saturday. He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac and Maria Carmen Gonzales; and brother, Isaac Gonzales Jr.
He is survived by his brothers, Felix Gonzales and Emilio Gonzales and wife Gloria; and sister, Martha Chacon and husband Celso.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at the same church.

TAMMY T. LUCERO GRIEGO, 30, of Espaņola died Sunday after a long illness.
She was a loving, kind person who loved to laugh.
She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Lucero and brother Johnny Lucero Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Griego; son, Logan Griego both of Espaņola; mother, Alice Lucero; brothers and sisters, Johnny Lucero III, Billy Lucero, Carol Ocaņa and husband, Freddie; Noel Ocaņa and husband, Paul Jr.; and Cherry Lucero, all of El Rito; and many other relatives and friends.
A rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. today at San Juan Nepomuceno Catholic Church in El Rito. Mass will be celebrated at noon Thursday at the same church with burial to follow at Placitas cemetery in El Rito.

JOSE FILIMON ORTIZ, 84, of Pojoaque died Sunday.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Corine Gonzales; father, Antonio Ortiz; mother, Pablita Ortiz y Rivera; brothers, Avelino, Alfredo, Jose De la Luz and Ramon Ortiz; and sisters, Lorencita Ortiz y Lopez and Rufina Catanach. He is survived by his son, Joseph Bert Ortiz and wife Erlinda of Pojoaque; four grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A public visitation will be held at 3 p.m. today at Block Salazar Mortuary chapel with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Nuestra Seņora de Guadalupe Church in Pojoaque with burial to follow at 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.

RICHARD A. "PANCHO" PADILLA, 47, of Las Vegas, N.M., died Monday at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque.
He was born in Las Vegas, N.M. to the late Esteban D. Padilla and Magdalena Archuleta Padilla, who survives him. He was married in 1987 to Geraldine Salazar. He was presently employed by the city of Las Vegas as a street superintendent. He loved his family, was a father figure to his nieces and nephews and was always available to help out his friends and family. He had a smile for everybody. He loved to go out dancing. He loved the outdoors and tending to his animals. He had a special place in his heart for Our Lady of Guadalupe. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church and was a Cursillista.
He was preceded in death by his father, Esteban Padilla; brother, Steve Padilla, Jr.; and mother and father-in-law, Merlinda and Daniel Salazar.
He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Padilla of the family home in Las Vegas, N.M.; mother, Magdalena Padilla of Las Vegas, N.M.; his h'ita, daughter whom he raised, Jennifer Gutierrez of San Antonio, Texas; niece and nephew whom he helped raise, Isabella Trujillo and Marcelino Trujillo, both of Las Vegas, N.M.; sisters and brothers, Sadie Trujillo, Ralph Padilla and wife, Yolanda; Ruben Padilla and wife, Judy; Lorraine Garduno and husband, Christy; all of Las Vegas, N.M. and Toby Padilla and wife, Sylvia; sisters and brothers-in-law, Vangie and Tony Roybal, Christine and Oliver Torres, all of Las Vegas, N.M., Mercedes and Antonio Jaramillo of Espaņola, Frances and Alex Perea, Steve and Lydia Salazar and Josie and Duane Roybal, all of Las Vegas, N.M., Monica Martinez of San Antonio, Texas, Gloria Cain of Roswell, N.M. and Eloy and Agnes Montoya of Santa Fe; special friends, Nora Ortega, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Garcia, Jr. and Muldavan family, all of Las Vegas, N.M.; and many other relatives and friends.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at the same church with burial to follow at San Jose Cemetery.

RAMON J. SANCHEZ, 43, of Caņon died unexpectedly Sunday.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Ramon and Modesta Sanchez and sister, Diana Sanchez. He is survived by his companion, Annabelle Martinez and their children, Jeremy and Matthew Sanchez; brother, Phillip Sanchez and wife Susan; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ramona Pacheco and sister, Theresa Montoya.
He is survived by his sisters, Esther Lopez and husband James and Lucia Torrez and husband, Roberto; brother, Telesfor Vallejos and wife, Theresa; stepchildren, Dennis Pacheco and wife, Geraldine, of Albuquerque; Duane Pacheco and wife, Lila, of Velarde; Ramon Pacheco and wife, Amy, of Llano Quemado; Johnny Pacheco of Espaņola, Sammy Pacheco of Taos and Darlynn Pacheco and husband Antonio of Albuquerque.

He is survived by his mother, Emma Barela of the family home in Cleveland, N.M.; son, Roy David Barela of Florissant, Mo.; sisters, Gloria Barnson and husband Brian of Ruth, Nev.; Lee Gi of Cleveland, N.M.; brothers, Ernest Barela of Albuquerque and Eddie Barela and wife Mary Ann of Renton, Wash.; special friends, Antonio Pacheco, Bobby Muniz and Rick Padilla; and many other relatives and friends.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at St. Gertrude's Church in Mora. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the same church with burial to follow at San Antonio Cemetery in Cleveland, N.M.
