F.M. ADDISON
F.M. Addison, 80, of Mountainair passed away Saturday.
F.M. was born March 18, 1924, in Knapp, Texas, to F.M. Addison Sr. and Elsie May (West) Addison. He married Mary Frances Smith on Aug. 29, 1948, in Tahoka, Texas. They moved to Mountainair in 1954. F.M. owned and worked on his own ranch south of Mountainair.
F.M. is survived by his wife, Frances; son, Robert Addison and wife Terry of Fort Sumner; daughter, Brenda Dee and husband Charles Dixon of Alto, N.M.; four grandchildren, Brecca, Kelly, Jennifer and Bill; three great-grandchildren, Quayde, Christopher and Kelton; and nephews Billy Dean Addison and wife Barbara Jo, Jerry Gene Addison and wife Linda, Carl Rex Houston, and Sammy Lee Houston and wife Sandy.
He was predeceased by his parents, F.M. and Elsie May Addison; sisters, Zella Lee and Zelma Dee; and his brother, William West. F.M. will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.

AUGUST JANTZ
August Jantz, 90, of Estancia passed away March 13 in Albuquerque.
August was born Oct. 18, 1914, in Durum, Kan., to Peter and Amelia (Lowe) Jantz. He married Mattie Pauline Beck on June 1, 1949, in Mountainair. August was the last surviving child out of 19 children born to Peter and Amelia Jantz. He was a World War II veteran, serving his country in the U.S. Army.
August is survived by his wife, Mattie Jantz; sons, Larry Wayne Jantz and wife, Carla, of Denver, Colo., Tommy Gene Jantz and wife, Joyce, of Clayton, Samuel Joe Jantz of Albuquerque, and Robert Dee Jantz and wife, Susan, of Bullhead City, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Amelia Jantz; a son, Richard Lee Jantz; and his brothers and sisters.
A graveside memorial service was held March 18 at the McIntosh Cemetery with Earl Jantz officiating.
The family is requesting a donation to the Pippin Youth Ranch, P.O. Box 5037, Clovis, NM 88102.

MARIA FERNANDA GONZALES
Maria Fernanda Gonzales, beloved daughter of Martin and Yolanda (Montano) Gonzales of Mountainair, passed away March 16 in Mountainair.
Maria was born July 7, 2003, in Albuquerque. She is survived by her parents, Martin and Yolanda Gonzales; grandparents, Joseph and Maria Luna; great-grandparents, Melecio Montano, Margarita Luna and Carolina Salsido; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Rosary was recited Friday at the St. Alice Catholic Church in Mountainair. A Communion Service was held Saturday at St. Alice with Deacon Charles Schwenn officiating. Interment followed at the Mountainair Cemetery.

FRANCES LEORA FRANCE
Frances Leora France, 67, of Moriarty passed away Saturday in Albuquerque.
Frances was born in Bakersfield, Calif., on Sept. 16, 1937, to Franklin and Ora (Edwards) Hamblin. She moved to New Mexico 10 years ago, coming from Grass Valley, Calif.
Frances is survived by her son, Jamie Woodhouse and wife, Gina, of Moriarty; daughters, Karen Leeman and husband, Duncan, of San Jose, Calif., and Suzanne Klenc and husband, Dan, of Okinawa, Japan; brother, Sherman Crookshank and wife, Rica; sisters, Gladys Clark, Luella Griggs and husband, Jim, Darlene Perotti and husband, Vince, and Ethel Van Tassel; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Frances will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service was held Monday at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty with Pastor Bobby Looper officiating. Burial services will be held at a later date in California.

STANLEY LENARD
Stanley "Stan, The Man" Lenard passed away peacefully March 26.
He was born Oct. 6, 1940. Stanley was a Vietnam veteran, serving his country as a very proud Marine. During his 1960s tour of duty in the Philippines, he was wounded in battle. Despite his battle injuries and the illnesses he suffered during the ensuing years, when asked how he was, his reply was always "Excellent, of course!"
He never complained and was always willing to help others and loved being around people. It was quite common to see him about town on his motorized wheelchair, greeting people and running errands as long as he was able.
Stanley is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Christina, of Estancia; son Xavier Silva and wife of Belen; stepdaughter Lori Silva of Silver City; sister-in-law Diane Munoz of Estancia; four grandchildren in Belen and Silver City; and a host of friends.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Estancia. Interment will take place at a later date at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.

MARJORIE NELDA JORGENSON
Marjorie Nelda Jorgenson, 71, of Moriarty passed away March 31.
Marjorie was born to Erwin T. and Beverly (Blackwell) Sweet on Feb. 3, 1934, in Pomona, Calif. She worked as a cosmetology instructor in San Jose, Calif., until she married Arnold Jorgenson in Reno, Nev., on June 27, 1970. They moved to New Mexico in 1998 from Rock Point, Ariz.
Marjorie is survived by her husband, Arnold "Yogi" Jorgenson of Moriarty; daughters, Jainanna Sweet and Geneva Jorgenson, both of Moriarty, and Kim Shak of Sacramento; and three grandchildren, Tisha Volk, Matthew Volk and Aaron Volk of Moriarty.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Erwin and Beverly Sweet. Marjorie will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service was held Monday at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Edgewood.
