BRIANNA "NANNERS" ISABEL GARCIA, 17 months, of Santa Fe died Saturday from unknown causes.
She loved to dance to Gonzalo and recently became a fan of Barney. She is survived by her parents, Berlinda L. Delgado and Michael C. Garcia; brother, Jose Delgado; and many other relatives and friends. Those wishing to make contributions to the Brianna Garcia Memorial Fund may do so at any Wells Fargo Bank. A visitation will be held at 4 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. today at Berardinelli Family Chapel. ROBERT MAES, 82, of Española died Sunday at the Española Valley Hospital. He was born in Dixon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Inez Maes and Filomena Martinez Maes. He is survived by many relatives. A public visitation will be held at 10 a.m. with funeral services to follow at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony's Church in Dixon followed by burial at Dixon Cemetery. JERRY MARTINEZ, 62, of Española died Monday. He worked for 36 years for the Española Hospital as a safety officer. He coached little league and basketball EVCA. He was a former president of the Lions Club, and he loved to fish. He was preceded in death by his parents, Abedon and Adela Martinez; and brothers, Pete and Guillermo Martinez. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Martinez of Española; daughter, Eileen Martinez and companion Joseph Springfield of Chimayó; sons, Jerry Martinez of Española and Mark Martinez and companion Loni Martinez of Chamita; three grandchildren; brother, Gilbert Martinez and wife Olympia of Albuquerque; sisters, Edna Plunket of Oakland, Calif., Bertha Valencia and husband Henry of Hemet, Calif., Irene Orlando of Las Vegas, Nev.; pet, Creamer; and many other relatives and friends. GLADYS CAIN SLOAN, 91, of Santa Fe died Sunday. She was born in Estes County, Ky. She was a lifelong resident of Santa Fe and a member of Netherwood Park Church of Christ in Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her parents, Buford and Mary Jane Cain; husband, John "Jack" Sloan; and son, Raymond E. Sloan. She is survived by her sons, John R. Sloan and wife Rita of North Potomac, Md., and Donald A. Sloan and wife Billie of Santa Fe; brother, Lloyd Cain of Santa Fe; 11 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. RAMON D. ARCHULETA, 65, of Española died Thursday after a long illness.
He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, bingo and keyboard. He was a member of the Rock Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pablo and Elisa Archuleta; brothers, Manuel and Frank Archuleta; and sister, Consuelo Valdez.
He is survived by his wife, Octavianita Archuleta; sons, Felix and Matthew Archuleta, Joseph and wife Gabriella, and Donaldo Archuleta, all of Española and raised as a son, Pablo Lujan of Abiquiu; daughter, Glenda Rodriguez and Margaret Roybal and husband Martin, all of Española; four grandchildren; five grandchildren raised by him; and many other relatives and friends. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Santo Niño Catholic Church in Tierra Amarilla with burial to follow at Los Ojos Catholic Cemetery.

EMILIA MONTOYA DURAN , 80, of Santa Fe died Friday.
She was the owner of Jordan's Coffee Shop for over 14 years, managed the Mine Shaft in Madrid for five years, was a partner in Joseph Montoya's coffee shop "Nana's" and served food at Las Golodrinas for seven years. She helped raise her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frutoso Duran; parents, Juan Montoya and Delfina Sanchez; daughters, Dolores Marquez and Gertrude Montoya; two grandchildren; brothers, Horace, Pete and Joe Montoya; and sister, Mary Segura.
She is survived by her son, Samuel Montoya; daughters, Maria Moya and Jaime Bravo and Teresa and husband Randy Smith; great-granddaughter she raised, Yolanda and husband Mark Archuleta; adopted daughters, Rose and Lorraine; brother, Raymond and wife Helen Montoya; sisters, Lucy and husband George Montoya and Irene and husband George Montoya; 19 grandchildren; and many other relatives.
A visitation will be held at 4 p.m. today with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. at Berardinelli Family Chapel. Another visitation will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. at the same chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Thursday at Santa Maria de La Paz Catholic Church with burial to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.

ARMANDO ANDY JARAMILLO, 66, of Española died unexpectedly Saturday.
He was a former resident of Albuquerque. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and working out in the yard. He also loved music and was a musician.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pionono and Eva Jaramillo; daughter, Patricia Anna Marie Jaramillo; sister, Isabel; and brother, Carmelito Jaramillo.
He is survived by his wife, Rosita Jaramillo of Española; step-son, Dennis Shaun Archuleta of California; sons, Andrew Andy Jaramillo of Española, Lawrence Jaramillo and companion Pauline Rodriquez of Albuquerque; daughters, Dolores Herrera and companion Walter Gonzales of Española, Pamela Lovato and husband Pete of Albuquerque and Loyola Jaramillo of Arlington, Texas; brothers and sisters, Elma Mora, Timmie Sandoval and Pauline Crespin, all of Albuquerque, and Vicent Jaramillo of California; 12 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart of Jesus in Española.

RUBEL MARTINEZ, 81, of Chimayó died suddenly Saturday.
He was a carpenter and cabinet maker. He was a member of the Carpenters Local Union No. 1353. He was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayó.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, James and Kenneth Martinez; brothers, Silviano and Eliseo Martinez; and sisters, Fedelina and Elaiza Martinez.
He is survived by his wife, Aurora Martinez; children, Linda Ortega and husband Harold, Bryan Ortega and wife Monica; Edmund Perry, and Casey and wife Ann Martinez; nine grandchildren; brother, Ricardo S. Martinez; sisters, Rosana Martinez, Celerina Espinoza and Charlotte Smith and many other relatives and friends.
A rosary will be recited at 7:45 p.m. today at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayó. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the same church with burial to follow at the Potrero Cemetery.

He was a graduate of West Las Vegas High School.
He is survived by his mother, Jane Montoya; step-father, Raymond Romero; sister, June Montoya; brother, Brandon Romero and wife Arien Romero; and many other relatives.
A visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Berardinelli Family Chapel.
