Ron Nunziati
A memorial service for Ron Nunziati, 75, who passed away April 12 in California, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Pahrump Community Church.
He was born Dec. 25, 1929 in San Francisco, Calif., to Otto and Kate Nunziati and was a resident of Pahrump for more than seven years.
He served in the U.S. Army and worked in the food industry, retiring from Petrini Markets in California.
His wife Joanne of Pahrump; stepdaughters Melissa Jennings of Pahrump, Deborah Pray and Patricia Firpo of California; stepson Michael Firpo of California; children Diane Triney, Jimmy Nunziati and Linda Nunziati, all of California; brother Gene; sister-in-law Patricia Butcher of Paris, France; seven step-grandchildren; and six grandchildren survive him.
His parents and sister Maryann preceded him in death. (4/12/05)
Frederick Barnett
Services for Frederick G. Barnett, 73, who passed away April 16 in Pahrump, will be held June 19 at Nevada West Mobile Home Park, space No. 27.
He was born June 1, 1931 and was a 15-year resident of Pahrump.
He worked in construction, specifying in concrete, and was part of the Royal Engineers of England.
His sons Dean Preston of California; daughters Christine Marsh of Pahrump, Lynn LaFauer of Florida, and Lorrain Leighton of South Africa; brothers Alan, John and Peter; sister Dina; and seven grandchildren survive him. (4/16/05)
William Brown
Services have been held for William Harley Brown, 74, who passed away April 28 in Las Vegas.
He was born Nov. 15, 1930 in Wapato, Wash., to Clare D. and Opal Allen Brown. He was a 10-year resident of Pahrump.
He served in the U.S. Navy for 22 years as a submariner and obtained all of his rankings from seaman to Lieutenant J.G. on the USS Pickerel before retiring from the USS Barbel in 1968. He served in the Korean War and retired from the civil service in 1986.
His wife Natividad of Pahrump; son, Sherman Brown; daughters Yvonne (Norman) Harper, Stacey Tyson, Tamra (Bobby) Tagle, and Anna Marie Pogata; brothers Robert Brown and Donald (Leticia) Brown; sisters Donna (Eugene) Stormo, Dona (Douglas) Taylor, and Joy Brown; extended family; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great, great grandchildren survive him.

Betty Fout
Services for Betty Fout, 75, who passed away May 1 in Las Vegas, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Grandview cemetery with burial to follow. A visitation will be held Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
She was born July 16, 1929 in Mississippi and was a 3-year resident of Pahrump, coming from California.
She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.
Her husband Vernal Fout of Pahrump; sons Larry Odcock and Richard Vaughan, both of Pahrump, and Michael Odcock of Las Vegas; daughters Monna Carlson and Belinda (John) Buford, both of Pahrump, and Faye Purvis of Mississippi; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren survive her.
Her parents preceded her in death.

Pritave family services are being held for Leona Mary Haynes, 64, who passed away April 27 in Pahrump.
She was born May 3, 1940 in Canada and was an eight-year resident of Pahrump, coming from San Diego, Calif.
She was a member of the Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge and American Legion Women's Auxiliary. She was of the Catholic faith and a member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church.
Her husband Carlton Felix Haynes of Pahrump; son Michael Haynes of San Diego, Calif.; and sister Armela of Humbolt, Saskatchewan, Canada survive her.

She was born Oct. 1, 1946 in Chicago and moved to Pahrump in 1996, coming from Wyoming.
She was employed by KPVM and was of the Catholic faith.
Her husband S. Thomas Paden; daughter Robin Leigh Asaph; son Michael Ronald Asaph; and mother Helen Gregory, all of Pahrump, survive her.
Her father and brother preceded her in death.

Betty Davis
Services have been held for Betty Jean Davis, 75, of Las Vegas and Pahrump, who passed away April 24.
She was born July 6, 1929 in Kewanee, Ill., and resided in Las Vegas since 1967.
She worked as a picture printer and photo lab person and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints.
Her sons Larry Martin of Tucson, Ariz., Gene Johnson of Las Vegas and Earl Johnson of Coolidge, Ariz.; daughters Kay Nathan of Florence, Ariz., Judy McCullor of San Antionio, Texas and Rebecca Hess of Las Vegas; brothers Leo Ensley of Chicago, Dean Ensley of California and Gary Ensley of Oklahoma; sisters Elaine Cooper of Kewanee, Ill., and Nancy Whitsell of Alpha, Ill.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren survive her.
Her parents Clarence and Ruth Ensley, brother Wayne Ensley and sister Irene Grant preceded her in death.
Interment is at Davis Memorial Park, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Remembrances may be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice. (4/24/05)

Private family services were held for Tamara DeTrueaux, 43, who passed away April 19 in Las Vegas.
She was born Feb. 24, 1962 and was a Pahrump resident since 2000, coming from Boston.
Her mother Anne Rinden of Pahrump; father Gordon (Margaret) Truax of Fullerton, Calif., son James Postalwait; brothers Timothy L. Truax and Tracy A. Truax; and niece Tracy C. Truax, survive her.

Lyle Kuenzer
Private family services will be held for Lyle E. Kuenzer, 84, who passed away May 7 in Pahrump.
He was born May 7, 1921 in Michigan and moved to Pahrump in 1996, coming from Arizona.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and worked as a service technician. He was of the Lutheran faith and was a member of Mt. Olive Church.
His wife Donna Kuenzer of Pahrump; daughter Carole (Chester) Gilbert of Freesoil, Mich.; son Jon (Pat) Olson of Loveland, Colo.; brother Frank Kuenzer of Pass Christian, Miss.; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren, survive him.
