Raymond F. Picciano, 76, of Stein Road, Weedsport, died Wednesday from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He was born in Auburn. He was a sales representative for Mark Products in Syracuse for more than 20 years and had been a bartender at the Krebs in Skaneateles. He was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Weedsport and a former member of Weedsport Lions Club. He was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II.Survivors: His wife of 52 years, the former Frances Hearn; a daughter, Denise F. He was a former member of Order of Eagles in Florida and was a life member of John Cole American Legion in Port Byron and Auburn Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1975. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He retired in 1980 after more than 30 years at the United States Postal Service in Oneida. He was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Oneida and a 62-year member of the Oneida Elks Lodge. He was a life member of Leatherstocking Detachment of the Marine Corps League and was a member of the Oneida American Legion. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and received a Purple Heart. His wife, the former Barbara Brennan, died in 1992.
