Andrew James Kenwright McClune, 18, of Lockerbie, Scotland, died Friday from injuries suffered in a fall at Sadler Hall, Syracuse University. Born in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, United Kingdom, he moved to Syracuse in August. He was a student at SU and worked for the school's Division of International Programs Abroad. He was an Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps cadet. His father, James S., died in 2001.Survivors: His mother, Deborah Kenwright Scott of Lockerbie; his stepfather, Sandy Scott of Lockerbie; three brothers, Alexander, Iain and Christopher, all of Lockerbie. Paternoster of Pulaski; three sons, Michael J. of Pulaski, Scott J. of Parish and Shane E. of Sandy Creek; a brother, James Hollenbeck of Dayton, Ohio; five grandchildren. He was a member of Onondaga Hill Presbyterian Church and IBM Quarter Century Club. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War and a member of American Legion Valley Post 1468. His wife, Patricia A., died in 2000.Survivors: A daughter, Judith A. Dudley of Esperance; two sons, Douglas A. of Syracuse and Stephen A. of Tully; a sister, Alta Quigley of Endicott; three brothers, Charles of Syracuse, Arthur of Florida and Donald of Pennsylvania; five grandchildren. Alfred W. Pecore, 82, formerly of West Genesee Road, Baldwinsville, died Friday at St. Luke Health Services, Oswego. He was born in Clayton. He retired in 1979 from Goulds Pumps in Baldwinsville after 42 years. He was a member of Baldwinsville First United Methodist Church, a life member of Plainville Volunteer Fire Department and a troop leader for many years for Boy Scout Troop 107 in Baldwinsville. His wife, Margaret L., died in 1985; a daughter, Cheryl A. Jones, died in 1980; a daughter, Melody L. Fletcher, died in 1986.Survivors: Three daughters, Kathy L. Taylor of Fulton and Diane K. He was a communicant of Holy Family Church, where he was a Eucharistic minister. He was a life member of Knights of Columbus St. Joseph's Council 254 and a member of Teamsters Local 317. His first wife, Angela, died in 1945; his second wife, Grace, died in 1997; a daughter, Mary Ann Zaia, died in 1963.Survivors: Two daughters, Theresa Carrio of West Virginia and Kathrine Sorbello of Florida; two stepdaughters, Katherine Greco and Elaine Santoianni, both of Boston; two sons, Joseph of Rochester and Thomas of Phoenix; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren. Theodore "Ted" Burns, 89, of 9 Summer St., Danvers, Mass., formerly of Auburn, died Friday. Born in Auburn, he lived in Auburn 85 years before moving to Danvers in 1998. He retired in 1974 after 37 years as a corrections officer at Auburn Correctional Facility. He was a communicant of Holy Family Church. His wife of 48 years, the former Mary Doyle, died previously; a daughter, Mary Agnes Burns, died in 1998. He was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and a member of Brooklawn Golf Club, Sons of Italy and Northside Businessmen's Association. His first wife, the former Constance Alibrandi, died in 1988. Survivors: His wife, Mary; two sons, Cary T. Sr. and Thomas D. Sr., both of Liverpool; a sister, Millie Bevilacqua of Staten island; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
