In 1979, Frank married the former Donna Jean Ordmandy, daughter of Regina and the late William Ordmandy, also of DeLancey. Shortly after their marriage, Frank and Donna moved to Florida, where they made their home in Arcadia and raised two beautiful children, Melissa Jean, 24, and Dustin James, 18.

While in Florida, Frank entered the medical supply business and became employed by the Medical Department Store in Venice. Over the past 21 years as co-owner and manager, Frank brought his business expertise to the improvement and expansion of the company, which is now a major medical supplier throughout the state. At the time of his death, Frank and Donna were about to enter a new life venture. They had laid the groundwork for a land development business in the mountains of western North Carolina and planned to build a new home there.

Frank was also an avid sportsman, and with his family, enjoyed white-water rafting, fishing, camping, boating and golf.

Although Frank and Donna enjoyed the hot, sunny Florida weather, they both missed the beauty of the fields and mountains of their native home. Each year they brought their family here to visit their parents, relatives and friends in DeLancey. Frank and Donna even taught their children to snow-ski here during several winter visits.

Frank (Dusty) will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
