She was an assembly line worker for General Electric Co. for 42 years and was a member of its 320 Club. Survivors: Her husband, Donald; a sister, Bernice Wright of Syracuse; a brother, Sylvester Durandette of Florida. Services: Private. No calling hours. Mildred Emery Arble, 90, of county Route 57, Phoenix, died Friday. Born in Hazelgreen, W.Va., she graduated from Cairo High School in  West Virginia. She was a clerk for James & Law Book Store in Clarksburg, W.Va., for several years. She was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Harrisville, W.Va. Her husband, J. Ralph, died in 1977. Survivor: A niece, W. Evonne Mauser of Phoenix. Services: Private. Burial will be in Harrisville, W.Va. Eugene J. Bianco, 81, of Solvay died Saturday. Born in Solvay, he graduated from Solvay High School and attended Syracuse University. He retired in 1977 as a manager in the reservations department for American and Mohawk-Allegheny airlines after many years. He was a member of American Ex-Prisoners of War, 8th Air Force-351st Bomb Group and Solvay-Geddes Veterans. He was a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. His wife, the former Julia Tomassini, died in 1994. Survivors: A daughter, Anne Heil of DeWitt; a son, Mark of Syracuse; a sister, Charlotte Tarolli of Solvay; three grandchildren. Services: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Family Funeral Care and 9:30 a.m. in St. Cecilia's Church. Burial, Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours, 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 2601 Milton Ave., Syracuse. Edward F. Czyz, 54, of Liverpool died Friday. Born in Syracuse, he graduated from Le Moyne College. He worked for State Insurance Fund for 12 years. He was a student at Wing Tsun in Auburn. Survivors: His wife of 25 years, the former Arthia Brisson; a daughter, Amanda Czyz of Liverpool; a son, Jeremy of Liverpool; his mother, Sophie Czyz of Syracuse; two sisters, Stella Jennis of Syracuse and Fran Wilczynski of Bridgeport. She retired in 1980 as a laboratory assistant at Upstate Medical Center after 14 years and had worked at Julius Resnick Pocketbook Factory 21 years. She was a communicant of St. Peter's Church. Survivors: Three brothers, Rocco and Vito Fragola, both of Syracuse, and Dominick Fragola of Mattydale. Services: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Farone & Son Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Peter's Church. Margaret A. Frary, 50, of Adams Center died Friday of cancer. Born in Syracuse, she graduated from Central Technical High School and had been an accounting clerk at Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York in Syracuse. She had lived in Preble, Amber and Tully before moving to Adams Center in 1983. She worked at Zayre department store in Watertown and as a library assistant at South  Jefferson School since 1988. She was a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church in Adams. Her mother, Irene Stankiewicz Culican, died previously. Survivors: Her husband, John T.; a son, Vincent J. of Adams Center; a daughter, Katherine L. Frary of Ithaca; her father, James Culican of Syracuse; a brother, James Culican of St. Petersburg, Fla.; four sisters, Kathleen Besel of Glen Burnie, Md., Mary Kashdin of Fayetteville, Elizabeth Byrne of Jamesville and Frances Hamel of Morrisville. Anthony "Tony" Fugo, 86, of Pembroke Pines, Fla., died Saturday. Born in Syracuse, he graduated from Vocational High School and lived in Syracuse 49 years. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Syracuse and Florida. He was a member of Knights of Columbus and a communicant of St. Maximilian Kolbe Church in Florida. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors: His wife of 60 years, Stella; two sons, Anthony of Marietta, Ga., and John of Chapel Hill, N.C.; a daughter, Michele Weech of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a sister, Rose Nistico of Liverpool; a brother, Joseph Fuoco of Hollywood, Fla.; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. He was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was in the Battle of the Bulge. He was an automotive mechanic for Citrus County in the Fleet Management Division. He was of the Christian faith. He was a Navy veteran, serving on the USS William R. Rush. His father, Leonard, died in 1995. Survivors: His wife, Lyn; his mother, Rita Meyer of Hubbardsville; three sisters, Kathy Schnurr of Voorhees, N.J., Patricia Meyer of Hubbardsville and Jeanne Hyde of Hamilton, Ohio. Survivors: Her husband, Victor; two sons, Gerald of Baldwinsville and Richard of Weedsport; a sister, Nellie Van Nostrand of Geneva; four brothers, Neil Becker of Port Byron, Morris and Donald Becker, both of Weedsport, and George Becker of Syracuse; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Born in Pittston, Pa., she lived in Syracuse, Moravia and Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., before moving to Little York Lake. She graduated from Eastwood High School and attended Syracuse Business School. She retired in 1970 as a bookkeeper for Hellier Equipment and had also been a bookkeeper for Travelers Insurance Co. in Syracuse and Thomas D. Ryan Implement Co. She was a charter member and past president and vice president of Moravia Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Her husband, Karl D. died in 1992. Survivors: A daughter, Betsy Russell of Little York; two sons, Karl D. Jr. of West Palm Beach, Fla., and David F. of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
