Patricia Archambault
SCHENECTADY - Private services will be held for Mrs. Patricia McGivney Archambault, 70, of Arthur Street, who died Thursday at home after a long illness.
Born in Schenectady, Mrs. Archambault was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and Union University School of Nursing.
She was a registered nurse for more than 30 years, retiring as a nursing supervisor from the Hallmark Nursing Center in 1992.
Mrs. Archambault was a member of the Nurses Association.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Archambault, whom she married April 19, 1952; two daughters, Jacqueline Croft of San Diego, Calif., and Ann Marie Gillmore of Schenectady; two sons, Michael Archambault of Schenectady and David Archambault of San Antonio, Texas; three sisters, Barrie Daniels of Scotia, Phyllis Brisco of Brewster, Mass., and Carol Grande of Bennington, Vt.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
There are no calling hours.
Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

Louise Delaney
WEST SAND LAKE - Mrs. Louise Paolino Delaney of Route 43 died Friday at Villa Mary Immaculate, Albany, after a long illness.
Born in Albany, Mrs. Delaney had been a longtime resident of the Rensselaer and West Sand Lake area.
She owned a concession stand with her husband in the City & County Savings Bank Building, Albany.
Mrs. Delaney was a volunteer at the West Sand Lake School for many years.
She was a communicant of Historic St. Mary's Church, Albany, and St. Henry's Church, Averill Park.
Mrs. Delaney was the widow of Edward J. Delaney Sr.
Survivors include her son, Edward J. Delaney of West Sand Lake; a daughter, Jean Chenette of West Sand Lake; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday at the W. J. Lyons Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Ave., Rensselaer, followed at 9:30 at Historic St. Mary's Church, where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush.

Lena Weisman
GLOVERSVILLE - Miss Lena Weisman, 86, of East State Street, died Friday at Nathan Littauer Hospital.
Miss Weisman was born in New York City.
She moved to Gloversville in 1988 and worked for the Lexington Day Treatment Center.
Survivors include three brothers, Solomon, Irving and Paul Weisman, all of New York City; and three sisters, Clara Zenger, and Rachel and Rebecca Weisman, all of New York City.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Hollenbeck Funeral Home, 4 Second Ave. A calling hour will precede the service Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Knesseth Israel Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lexington Center of Gloversville.

Kenneth J. Keefer
SARATOGA SPRINGS - Kenneth J. Keefer, 34, of Congress Street, died Thursday at Saratoga Hospital after being stricken at home.
Born in Troy, Mr. Keefer was raised in Stillwater. He had lived in Saratoga Springs since 1990 and had previously lived in Schuylerville.
He had been a self employed contractor for a number of years.
Survivors include three sons, Andrew, Jason and Nicholas Keefer, all of Saratoga Springs; a daughter, Melinda Keefer of Saratoga Springs; his parents, Ronald and Sharon Keefer of Stillwater and Sharon and Britt Callanan of Mechanicville; his longtime companion and the mother of his children, Christine Grant of Saratoga Springs; four sisters, Kimberly Rivers, Veronica Jones and Jody Grant, all of Mechanicville, and Kelly Callanan of Albany; and a brother, Scott Callanan of California.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 S. Main St., Mechanicville.
Calling hours will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Hudson View Cemetery, Mechanicville.

Joseph A. Coleman Jr.
SARATOGA SPRINGS - Joseph A. Coleman Jr., 76, of Brookwood Drive, died Friday at Saratoga Hospital.
Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Coleman lived in Saratoga Springs for 32 years.
He was a graduate of Keveny Academy and attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
For 38 years, Mr. Coleman worked for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. in Troy, Schenectady, Clifton Park and Saratoga, retiring in 1987.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Mr. Coleman was a member of the Saratoga County YMCA.
He was a third degree member of Council 246 Knights of Columbus and a member of Saratoga Assembly 0745 fourth degree Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Coleman served on many council committees, was chairman of the house and bingo committees and was instrumental in the transition to the council's new home on Pine Road.
He was past president of Saratoga Columbian Association and was named Knight of the Year for 1999 and 2000.
Mr. Coleman was a was a communicant of the Church of St. Peter, where for several years he served as tabulator of the weekly collections.
Mr. Coleman was predeceased by a son, Jeffrey E. Coleman, who died this past year.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Jeanne Walthers Colemam; a son, Joseph A. Coleman III of Dayton, Ohio; a daughter, Cynthia House of Ballston Spa; a brother, Jerome Coleman of Loudonville; two sisters, Virginia Morris of Cohoes and Florence Holohean of Syracuse; and five grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at the Church of St. Peter, 241 Broadway.
Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford.
Calling hours are from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the William J. Burke & Sons Funeral Home, 628 N. Broadway, where third and fourth degree members of the Knights of Columbus will conduct a service at 7:30.

Gertrude Plemenik
COLONIE - Mrs. Gertrude Bahr Plemenik, 78, of Winners Circle, died Oct. 7 in Grossniedesheim, Germany, while visiting her family.
Born in Altlussheim, Germany, Mrs. Plemenik emigrated to the United States and married Richard Plemenik.
She had lived in Ballston Spa for several years before moving to Colonie in 1999.
Mrs. Plemenik was a file clerk for Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Albany for 15 years, retiring in 1982.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Schenectady.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Schwedhelm of Baddurkheim, Germany, and Kate Diether-Bahr of Grossniedesheim, Germany; and a brother, Henry Bahr of Otterstadt, Germany.
A memorial service will be announced by the Glenville Funeral Home, East Glenville.
Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.

Frances Butterfield
SARATOGA SPRINGS - Mrs. Frances E. Butterfield, 59, of Jordan Drive, died Thursday at home.
Born in Saratoga Springs, Mrs. Butterfield was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Howard J. Butterfield, whom she married Nov. 21, 1959; two daughters, Marcia A. Little of Stillwater and Kimberly A. Schaff of Queensbury; four brothers, Donald Duffney of Milton, Joseph Duffney and Brad Duffney, both of Saratoga Springs, and Elliot Duffney of Rochester; four sisters, Gwendolyn Delaurie of Rock City Falls, Nancy Carleton of Victory Mills, Sharon Wood of Lake Luzerne and Amber Duffney of Nashville, Tenn.; and five grandchildren.
The service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Tunison Funeral Home, 105 Lake Ave. Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Eugenia Dockendorf
SPRINGFIELD, Vt. - Mrs. Eugenia Kaemmer Dockendorf, 80, of Barlow Road, died Thursday at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, N.H., after being stricken.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Mrs. Dockendorf lived on Bailey Avenue in Latham for most of her life before moving to Loudonville in 1989 and then to Springfield in 1994.
She was a former member of St. Ambrose Church, Latham.
Her husband, Francis P. Dockendorf, died in 1988.
Survivors include a daughter, Diane Forde of Springfield; a son, Douglas V. Dockendorf of Saratoga Springs; a brother, Jack Kaemmer of Mobile, Ala.; and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 8:15 a.m. Monday at the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady, and at 9 a.m. a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Ambrose Church, Old Loudon Road, Latham.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna.

Eugene Murtha
TUCSON, Ariz. - Eugene C. Murtha, 71, of La Cholla Boulevard, died Thursday at the Life Care Center.
Born and educated in the Bronx, Mr. Murtha was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.
He was a foreman electrician at the Mohawk Paper Co., Cohoes, for 30 years until retiring.
Mr. Murtha was the widower of June Kelly Murtha.
Survivors include a daughter, Colleen Murtha Stoff of Tucson; a son, James John Murtha of Thornton, Colo.; three sisters, Loretta Savino of Long Island, Kathleen McNichols of Saugerties and Theresa Mahoney of the Bronx; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:15 a.m. Monday at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, 58 Leversee Road, Route 40, Speigletown, followed at 11 a.m. at St. Peter's Church, Stillwater, where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated.
Calling hours will be from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.
