Beverly J. Gallt Belding, 67, of Orlando, Fla., died Friday. Born in Deposit, she had lived in LaFayette, Syracuse and Fairmount before moving to Orlando in 1982. She had worked for the West Genesee school district. Her husband, Arthur, died in 2000. Survivors: Two daughters, Shelly Pixler and Deborah Pellizzari, both of Orlando; a son, Darcy of Clearwater, Fla.; a sister, Carolyn Moltion of LaFayette; a brother, Vance Gallt of Orlando; two grandsons. Services and calling hours: None. Burial will be in Oceoce, Fla. Conrad and Thompson Funeral Home, Kissimmee, Fla., had arrangements.

He was president of Young & Franklin Tool Works in Liverpool. He was a member of Jordan United Methodist Church. Survivors: Several cousins. Robert Olin "Bob" Gilbert, 77, of 2411 Midland Ave., Syracuse, died Saturday. Born in Barbour County, Ala., he attended public schools in Edison, Ga. He was a cook at University Hospital and the Tip-Top Bakery. He was a member of the Victory Temple Fellowship Church and a former member of Second Olivet Missionary Baptist Church. His wife, Delores, died in 2001. Survivors: His former wife, Hattie Gilbert of Jacksonville, Fla.; a daughter, Janet Harrison of Jacksonville; three sisters, Wilma Alex of Syracuse, Margie Albertie of Jacksonville and Luerine Hanysworth of Las Vegas; two grandchildren; a great-grandchild. Edward J. Healy Jr

Edward J. Healy Jr., 67, of Coachman's Whip, Baldwinsville, died Sunday. Born in Philadelphia, he had also lived in Hartford, Conn., Boston and Bloomsburg, Pa., before moving to the Syracuse area several years ago. He graduated from LaSalle University and University of  Pennsylvania. He retired in 1991 as chief executive officer of First Columbia Bank & Trust Co. in Bloomsburg, Pa. He also had been president of Middleborough Trust Co. in Massachusetts and Guaranty Bank & Trust in Hartford. He was a member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club in Middleborough. He was an Army veteran. His wife, the former Helen Surrick, died in 1999. Survivors: A daughter, Elizabeth S. Healy of Bloomsburg; two sons, Edward J. III of Baldwinsville and Christopher R. of Bozeman, Mont.; a sister, Elizabeth H. Muller of Savannah, Ga.; a brother, John B. of Blawenburg, N.J.; a grandson. Services: 5 p.m. Friday at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Bala Cynwyd, Pa. No calling hours.

Clinton J. Kelly, 80, of Minoa died Tuesday. Born in Syracuse, he graduated from Most Holy Rosary High School and attended Syracuse University. He worked for Olivetti Underwood Corp. for 26 years and Cole Typewriter nine years. He was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Minoa and a former usher and lector. He was a member of the Minoa Zoning Board of Appeals and the Knights of Columbus Councils 5184 and 3717. His son, Albert F., died in 1998. Survivors: His wife of 52 years, the former Betty G. Slate; two daughters, Maureen A. Gossin of Minoa and Colleen J. Kelly of Liverpool; a brother, Francis E. of Clay; a granddaughter; a great-grandson. Services: 9:15 a.m. Friday at Russell H. Schepp and Son Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Minoa. Burial, Pine Plains Cemetery, Manlius. Calling hours 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 109 E. Ave., Minoa.

Helen "Clancy" Kemp, 83, of Syracuse died Monday. She was born in Pompey. Two sons died previously, Alex in 1994 and Thomas C. in 1995. Survivors: A daughter, Helen C. Miller of Syracuse; two sons, Timothy G. of Syracuse and James C. of Delray Beach, Fla.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Services: 6 p.m. Thursday at Fairchild & Meech DeWitt Chapel, 3690 Erie Blvd. E., DeWitt. The family will greet friends after the service.

Survivors: Three daughters, Beverly Klug of Syracuse, Mary Ann Scalion of Marco Island, Fla., and Barbara Bragger of Marcellus; three sons, Robert J. of Cicero, and John F. and Dennis J., both of Syracuse; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren. Fred R. "Gebby" Gebhardt of St. Petersburg, Fla.

Fred R. "Gebby" Gebhardt died Sunday of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. He was a marching band drill designer and had designed drills for the Syracuse University Marching Band and the West Genesee High School Band in Camillus. He and his wife had owned Syracuse Brigadiers Drum & Bugle Corps. E. Dale Gunter Funeral Home, St. Petersburg, has arrangements.
