Ontario Center/SODUS - Found Peace on March 8, 2010 one day after turning 90 Years. Born March 7, 1920 to Edward & Nina Mason. Married to Wayne VanDeViver on November 28, 1940. Predeceased by Wayne in 1979. Grace had many special people in her life. Her Children, Friends, Cousins & Caregivers, Jack & Linda Van DeViver & sons, Michael & Christopher; A daughter & her 2 children & 2 great grandchildren, Raymond & Constance DeNagel, Thelma Russell, Norman & Dorothy Harris; Nephew, Rodney & Nancy Esley & all of their families. A special thank you to the staff at Blossom View Nursing Home & to the residents who became Grace’s Family. Memorial contributions can be made to the Blossom View Nursing Home Activities Fund 6884 Maple Avenue Sodus, New York 14551.
Visitation for Grace will be Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 1:30 PM at MURPHY FUNERAL HOME 1961 Ridge Road, Ontario, New York at 1:30 PM followed by a Celebration of Grace’s Life at 2:00 PM for all of Grace’s Family & Friends.

WILLIAMSON - Died on March 4, 2010 at age 80. ONTARIO - Died February 26, 2010 at age 94. Predeceased by her husband Clarence. Survived by her sisters Doris Virkus, Nancy J. Koon; many nieces & nephews.
She served in WAAC Post Headquarter Company during WWII. Member of American Legion Post 428 Ladies Auxiliary for over 60 years. He retired from Kodak Synthetic Chemical Division after 35 years, a lifelong member of Ontario Baptist Church & Chief Cookie Baker. MACEDON - Went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2010 at age 81. Predeceased by her husband Earl T. Jones, son Jerry W. Farrell. Survived by her daughters Deborah Roets (Chick Ruffalo), Donna (Dean) Newcomb; Several grandchildren including Richie, Tammy, Jerry, Deena, Harley, Nicole, Sarah; Many great grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Kykendall, June (Bernice) Greene “Mother”

Sodus Bay/LeRoy Island, Huron: Entered into eternal rest peacefully, Monday, February 22, 2010 at age 91 at home with her loving family by her side. She was born April 15, 1918 in Rochester, NY, daughter of Pitanella (Nellie) & Leo Greene. She married William Irwin & was widowed at an early age. She was employed by Neisner’s Offices as a buyer until finding her new love & husband G. Kenneth Kykendall, Supervisor of Engineering at Kodak Park. They married Feb. 14, 1944. Widowed Jan. 17, 1979. She is predeceased by her sister Violet & brothers Warren & Vernon L. Greene. Forever cherished by her daughters, Debra Kykendall Horn (Kenneth G.), Patricia Shaffer Chapman; loving grandchildren, Treasure Horn, Shad (Ananda) Horn, Kenneth L. Horn, Melissa Hyde; great grandchildren, Nicole Rose Zaso, Kathleen Neilsen. A special thank you for the presence of Jordan Ventrillo & Ananda Horn. Your thoughtfulness was a blessing. A noted appreciation to Maryjo Lockwood, her physician & our friend. No services will be held. A gathering of family & close friends will follow at her home for “A Memory Tribute”. A Memorial/Graveside Service will be held at Riverside cemetery at a future date. Arrangements by Murphy Funeral Home

M. Eileen Foley (Vandewater)

ONTARIO / Sodus Point/Englewood Fla.: Age 94. Predeceased by her husband Floyd (Mike). She is survived by her beloved children Joyce (Robert) Davis of Cerillos, NM, Robert (Kay) of Carson City Nev, David (Joanne) of Cuba, NY, Michael (Janet) of Livonia, NY; grandchildren, Annarie Radler, Katie and Kristin Foley, Jillian Foley; stepgrandchildren Jodie Tackett, Martin March; sister Jerry Elliot of Rochester. Eileen graduated from Ontario High School in 1933, attended Geneseo Normal School (SUNY Geneseo), was a teacher, devoted mother, and homemaker. No prior visiting hours.A Mass and internment will be at St. Mary’s of the Lake, Ontario 11:00am Monday February 22, followed by a reception at the Parish Center. Predeceased by his loving wife Virginia, parents, Edwin & Lula Fern (Hack) Lupold, brother George Lupold, sister Irene Elliott. Survived by son Gary Lupold of Phelps; daughter Nancy (Albert) Tuttle of Shortsville; grandsons, Brad Tuttle of Palmyra, Eric (Suzanna) Tuttle of Ontario; great grandson Nevan; sister Thelma Ritz; nieces & nephews.
