FARMINGTON - Born in Marion, NY on June 25, 1920. Died on January 8, 2007 in Perinton, NY. Predeceased by her first husband J.D. Whiting, & beloved second husband Hal Hole. She is survived by her children, Jay Dee (Laurie) Whiting, Lawson (Sheila) Whiting, Susan (Howard) Bordman, Margot Bennett & Tina Whiting; 10 grandchildren, Jade, Amber, Jennifer, Robbie, Lawson, Trevor, Jarrod, Eric, Kathy, & Michael; 14 great grandchildren, Jayden, Elizabeth, Nick, Lauren, Jordan, Katelyn, Bobbie, Ashley, Lindsay, Emma, Makenna, Dylan, Evan & Julia. Maggie lived an adventurous life, as a young woman she received her pilots’ license & flew for the civil air patrol. She also flew under the Peace Bridge at Niagara Falls. Maggie was a nationally renowned seamstress for many celebrities including the 1982 Miss Connecticut, Elizabeth Taylor & Welthy Honsinger Fisher. Her Funeral services will be held Saturday 9AM at St. Mary’s Church, Canandaigua. Interment will be in Woodbury cemetery, Connecticut in the spring. Arrangements by PAYNE & MURPHY FUNERAL HOME.

Dantonio, William P.

ONTARIO - Formerly of Elamsport, PA. Died on January 6, 2007 at age 78. Predeceased by his daughter Nancy Marie Dantonio. Survived by his children, Sandy (Bill) Dostman, Sherrie Davis, Glen Dantonio; grandchildren, William, Tara, Timothy, Tanya, Kristal, Lila; 2 great grandchildren Kiera, Coleton; 2 brothers, 2 sisters; several nieces & nephews.

WILLIAMSON - Died January 5, 2007 at Blossom View Nursing Home at age 94. Predeceased by her husband Elwyn “Al” Leaty. Survived by her sons, Jan (Shirley) Leaty, Daniel (Tuyet) Leaty; 7 grandchildren; 11great grandchildren; 4 great, great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
Friends are invited to call Monday 2-4 & 7-9PM at MURPHY FUNERAL HOME 1961 Ridge Rd., Ontario. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Tuesday at St. Mary’s of the Lake Church, Ontario. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary’s of the Lake Church in her memory.

Don is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Irene “Sam”, his 4 children, Kim (Scott) Baker, Lisa (Mark) Best, Chris (Jim) Cone and Donnie (Robin) Hyatt. 7 grandchildren, Tara Craddock, Christina, Michael and Emma Baker, Shane (Ashley Allison) Engelsen, DJ and Rachel Hyatt and 1 great grandchild, Grant Engelsen, his nephew and wife, Larry and Sharon Kershaw of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Webster.
Our heartfelt thanks go to special friends, Bob and Pat Wood, Bruce and Kathy Johnson, Tom and Mary Tubilio and George and Marilyn Utz, and many more.
At his request, there will be no calling hours and in lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice. Also, in his memory hug someone you love today.

Johncox, Eleanor

ONTARIO - Went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2006 at age 88. Predeceased by her daughter Karen DeShaies. She is survived by her children, Joanne Mortimer (James Sachs), Mark (Betty) Johncox; son-in law, Richard DeShaies; grandchildren, Kevin (Lisa) Schicker, Tom Schicker, Ted Mortimer, John Schicker, Amanda (Matt) Luckenbach, Erin Johncox, Mike (Liza) Mortimer; 9 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ruth Ford, Doris Lochte; several nieces & nephews. She was a Genesee Hospital Nursing School graduate and a nurse at Webster Health Center for many years.
Friends are invited to attend her memorial service 2PM on January 28th at the Lincoln Baptist Church. Her burial was held privately at Union Hill cemetery. Donations may be made to Lincoln Baptist Church in her memory. Arrangements by MURPHY FUNERAL HOME.

Chase, Carlton J. "Chase, Papa"

MARION/WEBSTER - passed away Sunday, December 17, 2006 at age 83. He is survived by his loving wife Millie of 60 years; 5 children, Diane Haibel, Gail (James) Synyard, James (Carmen) Chase, Christine (Jerry) Uziel, Barry (Carolyn) Chase, all of Webster; 9 grandchildren, Todd Synyard, Amy Howard, James Synyard, Jennifer Allen, Jamie Playfair, Michael, Ryan, Adam, Cassidy Chase; 5 great grandchildren. Chase retired from Genesee Brewing Co. in 1984 after 20 years. He drove truck for over 50 years. He enjoyed his family who loved him very much & he will be sadly missed. Reynolds, Mabel F.

ONTARIO - Went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2006 on her birthday at the age of 87. She leaves her life companion, A. Eugene Reynolds, of 63 years. Three daughters Cheryl (Robert) Clarke, Audrey Stenzel, Diane (Frank) Schreiber; One son David (Ellen) Reynolds; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. She was a 50 year member of the Ontario Baptist Church and taught Sunday School for many years. She was a member of the Eastern Star Chapters in Walworth, Palmyra and Ontario for 50 years and also a charter member of the Ontario Garden Club. Special recognition to the staff of Van Tassell unit at DeMay Living Center in Newark.

Survived by his wife Pat; children, Kristin (John) Yurus, Sara Egbert, Edward Egbert, Jr.; granddaughter Courtney Marie; parents, Eugene & Elizabeth Egbert; siblings Eugene (Ramona) Egbert, Mary Ann (Peter) Marron, Karen (Joe) Moses, Sharon (Jeff) Ferreri, Joyce (Bill) Pinkerton, John Pratt; mother-in-law Florence Pratt; father-in-law Gordon (Ruth) Pratt; several nieces & nephews. Ed worked for Blackmon-Farrell Electric Co. for many years & was a member of the Marion Sons of the American Legion. ROCHESTER - Formerly of Ontario. Went home to be with her Lord, Dec. 11, 2006 at age 56, after a long courageous battle with MS. She is survived by her adoring children, Christopher (Tina) Breed, Laura (Shawn) Crandall, Jessica (Carl) Provenzano; grandchildren, Jacob & Joshua Breed, Jonah, Caleb & Isabelle Crandall, Mason & Carter Provenzano; mother Lois Peterson; sisters, Dawn (Eric) Mehserle, Vicki (Jon) Drexler, Hollie (Mike) Stenglein; nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her father Rev. Sheldon R. Peterson. Shelli was a graduate of Jamestown School of Nursing. In 1988, Shelli received the National Multiple Sclerosis Mother of the Year award, presented by President Reagan in the Oval Office. Tyner, Phyllis Evans RN

NEWARK - passed away suddenly, December 7, 2006 at age 66 following emergency surgery. The daughter of John & Mary Evans, she was born & raised in Aberfan, South Whales, UK. Phyllis received her nursing degree from Merthyr Tydfil Hospital and graduate degree from Frenchay Hospital Bristol University, England and Sully Hospital University of Whales. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Richard; sond James Edward and Andrew Robert; sister Rose Davies; several nieces. Predeceased by her beloved brother Gareth. Phyllis was devoted to her family and will be missed by many.
Her Funeral Service will be held 10AM Tuesday at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Newark. In lieu of calling hours friends are invited to meet with the family 9:30AM on Tuesday at the church. Interment held privately at Riverview cemetery, Clifton Springs. Donations may be made to Clifton Springs Hospital Foundation in her memory.
