Donald B. Pendergast, 92, of Coraopolis, Pa., died Friday. Born in Syracuse, he lived there most of his life and had lived at 119 Crippen Ave. before moving to the Pittsburgh area in 2000. He retired in 1975 from Crouse-Hinds Co. in Syracuse after 40 years and had worked at Keiffer Brothers. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church and Oneida Lake Association. He was a member of Empire State Masons Konosioni Lodge 950 for more than 50 years. He had served in the National Guard. A son, Donald E. Woods, died in 1996.Survivors: His wife of 62 years, the former Grace Cuykendall; a daughter, Ginny Nolin of Coraopolis; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
