Delbert J. Ryder, 80, of 14 Rainbow Shores Road S., Pulaski, died Friday. He was born in Syracuse. He retired in 1984 as a carpenter with Carpenters Local 12, Syracuse. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion Post, both in Baldwinsville. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Liverpool. She graduated from St. Francis DeSales High School and St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Hospital and past president of St. Elizabeth Alumni Association. She attended St. Patrick's and St. Joseph's churches in Oneida. She was a member of the Catholic Nurses of the Syracuse Diocese and volunteered for the American Red Cross for more than 50 years. Her husband, W.
